I recently bought a Kia and had the best experience. Zach was incredibly communicative and so informative during the whole process! The whole team at this location was friendly and professional. I bought a 2017 Acura from here and the experience in its self is nerve wracking, but after speaking and meeting with Zack and Chris I was confident I was making the right Choice they were kind, answered all my questions and concerns, spoke to me like I was a person not just someone they needed to make a deal with. Everything went smoothly. I will do business with them again in the future and refer family and friends. I absolutely love my new car .

They are amazing. Chris Looper and his son Chris jr are awesome they got me financed to start my credit when no other dealership would, I have Gap and warranty. You need a car, you need cheap payment an down payment, to fix your credit come see them

Bought a e350 van. They knew I was coming from 5 hours away. Was in a tight spot for financing. Well when I went to sign papers all the sudden I had to buy a $2500.00 warranty. The finance company Said I had to. Supposedly. In a tight spot I said ok. Reviewing the paperwork turns out I didn t not have to purchase this $2500.00 warranty that I m paying interest on also. Thx guys. Can I rate a quarter star?

I recently did a trade in at Freedom Motors, and it was such a great experience! Zach C. helped me out and helped me get a car from them I could trust! I was anlso able to trade mine in for a fair price. Car stuff stresses me out to no end, but they made it so simple. The whole team was super attentive and helpful, and I m so grateful! I will definitely be recommending!

Giving 3 stars due to the fact i traded my 2021 mitsubishi outlander sport with little milage, and got a 2015 ford f250 with 177,172 milage on it at first i thought yay why not but felt cheated alittle, but now i am scared to drive the truck its to big for me lol, the customer service was amazing at first but when we called back because we thought the blinkers didnt work they was nice but also rude in away then found out a headlight was out and constantly have to air up front driver side tirer now its to late to change my mind, i will not ever go to this place again im sorry i know this is my fault my lesson i have to learn from but i am not happy and cant trade this truck in anywhere due to its value so im stuck.

This place was amazing !! Customer service like no other ! Friendly, fast and super convenient. We drove almost 2 hours to check out a vehicle and it was exactly as described and more. Fast approval and paper work was able to be signed online they even delivered the truck so we didn't have to drive back up since we came late on a Saturday. Will do business again in the near future. This place can't be beat !

So I started my own courier service LLC and got a job offer way quicker than I was prepared for...long story short, I had to have a quality vehicle ASAP or risk immediately starting my business off with a poor reputation! The wonderful staff, and especially Chris who I initially spoke to, all but jumped through every hoop and over every hurdle for me. They got me financed and on the road in record time, and the vehicle itself (ford transit connect) was VERY fairly priced and had all sorts of accessories I hadn't even expected. All in all, I made out far better than I could have hoped with this purchase, with a nice warranty to boot. The vehicle drives great and just stepping into it makes me smile! You won't be disappointed.

Went there to look at a Nissan Rogue but noticed a 2011 Infinity EX35 that fitted our needs better. We were set to buy but we wanted to get it inspected first. They stated we could use there guy to inspect it for no cost but we took it to a trusted auto shop and boy are we glad we did. They showed us so many things wrong with the car including severe rust damage that in their opinion made the car unsafe to be on the road. We drove the car "very carefully" back and on letting them know what we had found were greeted with nothing but rudeness. We will not be going back. And as of this posting they are listing that same EX35 at the same price. Please get your own mechanics to inspect any vehicles you find at this lot.

We just bought a truck from freedom motors. And I tell you what Jacob is one of the best salesman and nicest people that I have ever met. He didn't rush me trying to get me to buy something that I didn't want he was not aggressive and he was very respectful of my time. In and out in less than an hour with financing included. Would highly recommend freedom motors for any of your service or utility vehicle needs
