Travis and the team took great care of my in-laws vehicle. They explained their work in a professional and easy to understand manner. Very happy with the craftsmanship to this point. They have earned our business going forward.

I sat there for 2 hrs before I was told anything about my car being repaired. The $200 cost ended up almost $600 before a different mgrr dropped it to $520. My car was supposed to be ready by around 6:30 pm Wed. A different mgr sent a text at 12 noon the next day saying my car was ready. They did give me a ride home after sitting there 5 hrs. I was told since I only live a mile away, they would come call and come get me. The next day at noon, I was told there was no one available to give me a ride back. So, I walked a mile in the rain to get my car.

On Friday, July 7th I was driving from Orlando FL on the way to Milwaukee WI. Just outside of Atlanta, my trailer started vibrating, so I decided to put my new spare tire on at a rest stop near Chattanooga TN. Well, my new spare vibrated even worse as it wasn't balanced! I ended up changing back to the original tire (with a broken belt) before ending my day's drive in Knoxville.With a little bit of research, I found this particular Free Service Tire & Auto Care with 4.8 star rating and great reviews. I was sure to get there first thing in the morning because I didn't have an appointment and it was a Saturday so l knew that they would be busy.I was greeted by Austin who was the first employee to arrive. Austin was very friendly and helpful, he directed me on where I could park my truck and trailer so it was out of the way but still serviceable even before the store was open. The second person to arrive was the store manager, Seth. I explained my trailer tire woes to Seth and he said that he would do his best to help me out with the understanding that he had customers with appointments that he would have to prioritize. I was totally cool with that because I knew that I was the one trying to fit into their schedule.Fortunately, Seth, and the second manager to arrive, Travis, were ok with me helping them by allowing me to remove my own trailer tires in their lot which saved their techs time as all they needed to do was replace and balance the tires. Turns out I had two more tires with broken belts that needed to be replaced. Seth had two tires on site but had to order the third to be delivered form their supplier in town. Fortunately, the tire arrived quickly and everything was done (3 new tires plus 2 tires that needed to be balanced) within a couple of hours all while handling their already scheduled appointments.Seth, Travis, Austin and the rest of the team were all easy going and super accommodating. I really appreciate them fitting me into their schedule, allowing me to assist with the work, and getting the job done right and in a timely manner. I made it to Milwaukee by 9pm that night. I am now back in Orlando and the trailer was smooth as can be for the rest of my trip thanks to the team at this Free Service Tire & Auto Center!PS, if you are going to be at this store for a while, I highly recommend taking the short walk down to Duck Donuts. Made fresh to order, OMG! They are really good!

I never post but I went to Free Service Tire on Kingston Pike and what a joke. I needed a ball joint replaced and they quoted me 1.5 hours. I got there at 2pm and after sitting there for 2 hours I finally asked what was taking so long. Tech said they had to put it back together since they couldn't get the ball joint off. I explained how to do the job and after the techs and store managers talked about it they decided to do it. 30 minutes later and they were done. I told the store manager I wanted a discount since I had to tell the tech and you how to do the job and I was there for 3 hours for what took them 30min. He said he couldn't do that since it took them 2 hours to do the job. Maybe instead of standing around in the back they should have been working on my truck. See picture.My 2 cents stay away from these ignorant folks. Unless they want to rent out their lift so you can do the work yourself their not qualified to do anything but change the oil and change a tire. And if I were you I would still check to make sure the oil was added and air was put in the tires before leaving

They greeted me with a smile and it was wonderful because I was having a bad day. I had a big nail in my tire. Prompt service! Awesome price! Go see these guys you won t regret it! Blessings upon blessings to anyone reading this!

Recently had a tire that was leaking air and the guys here were able to find the puncture and patch it for me. Shout out to Travis and Keegan and Chris for their timely service. Super quick and friendly!

Free Service Tire and Auto put us on the front line and got our car fixed within no time after breaking down 8 hours from home! Jesse and all of his coworkers, were phenomenal and we can t thank them enough! We couldn t have been more fortunate to end up at Free Service Tire and Auto!

I want to brag on a company that was wonderful and so helpful.My husband had a loud squealing noise coming from his truck. We pulled over at the closest auto repair place and they immediately took the truck to look it over. They removed the brake caliper and found a rock that had become lodged. They removed the rock and put everything back together at no charge. This blew me away! We are so grateful, especially with the way this day seems to be going. I do believe the Lord led us right to the place we were suppose to be. They were kind and so helpful, and I would absolutely recommend them!This kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

Pull in at 330 guy tells me 20 min they will get to me. Now 425 only 1 other customer, not busy by any means and I m still sitting in the lobby. So I asked the guy how much longer until you get my car back there and he said it may be a little while until we get his car out of here., I say, why are you told me 20 minutes 45 minutes ago and I m still sitting here waiting for you to take my car back and he shrugged his shoulders and said we re working on it. If you only have one customers card that you are working on and you tell me 20 minutes and I wait 45 minutes and you still can t do anything and it s 4:30 in the afternoon with no business, what s really going on. So I just wasted an hour of my afternoon, but I chose not to continue waiting because I feel like I will be here three hours for a simple tire balance. I wasted my afternoon. Thank you for that guys

Simple tire plug, they said 1-1 1/2 hours, after 2 hours they actually started on it. Poor communication from the manager, he implied they d been waiting on the key, even though my wife was sitting there waiting.Don t go here, they really don t care how long you wait and they definitely won t take responsibility. Go to Discount Tire, they are always good and actually care. Discount earns your future business, this place treats you like a nuisance if you aren t buying a full set of tires.

Alex and the team and Free Service Tire saved me from hours of aggravation dealing with a problem on an Enterprise car I had rented. They quickly got me back on the road. If I lived in Knoxville, this is where I would go for all of my automotive work.

They have always been so helpful and get my car serviced quickly. It s hard to find people to trust working on your car, and they have been really reliable for multiple of our cars over the years. They take care of the problem and don t cut corners.

While the two other shops across the street gave me the run around I Walked into this shop needing some brake lights on my work van and Chris was courteous professional and promptly fixed it with no haggle, will definitely be returning with my work fleet and personal car to this business.

I am several months late to post this review, but they really deserve it. I took a rare and special classic car to them for a new set of tires, and Alex (young man with long blonde hair) made sure the crew took especially good care to not damage my wheels in the process. The tires he recommended were a good choice as well.

Seth was truly best in class with his assistance with my new tires. Being former military myself, Seth being a former Marine absolutely made my experience that much better. Great customer service! Place was packed when I came in and they made every effort to take care of every customer that walked in the door! Stayed past closing to get my car finished up and right with no complaints. Great management and team all the way around.

I went a year and a half ago to get a flat tire replaced, they got it done swiftly, so I determined that this is going to be my shop that I go to.My car started overheating, I called in, they got me an appointment when I needed it. A couple hours after dropping off the car, I received the news that there was a problem with the cooling system, as suspected. When one of the techs told me it may be the head gasket, the Service manager (Seth) stepped in and requested the time to make absolute, 110% certain of the issue.Turns out it's the water pump, which was explained to me, and I had an appointment set up very quickly to get it sorted out, for a time and date I can handle.Very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Thank you to the team here at Free Service!

Seth and Travis saved the day!! Thank you so much for getting me in an out quickly as I had to get back to work! I had a flat and they were able to repair the valve stem and get me on my way. Didn't even charge for it as I think they could tell that I've had a day, ha! Will definitely return for any future car issues. Thank you again.

Seth, Travis, and the crew are the best! I'd recommend them to anyone in Knoxville. Wether it's routine maintenance or when I was having some mystery electric issues, they're knowledgeable, kind, and affordable. They're so popular they might be a little busy, but if there's a wait, it's worth it.

Very great company! Seth is amazing! He will go above and beyond to help anyone! I ve had oil changes and my brakes replaced here. They ve made me a very happy customer! I will definitely continue to come back for any and all of my automobile issues, for as long as I live in Knoxville! They are a very trusted and customer first company! Today I was in great need of assistance with a flat tire, and the team at Free Service Tire & Auto met my needs and exceeded my expectations. They were busy, as expected on a Saturday. Nonetheless,they treated me with respect and kindness, found a way to fit me into the busy schedule, and exhibited an impressive sense of organization, focus, and professionalism. They also kept me informed of the progress, recognized that i had low air pressure in a second tire, and truly personalized my experience in that way that speaks to their experience and understanding of excellence in customer service. I highly recommend this group.
