Wow! These guys helped me tremendously!! I went to five other places and called at least four beyond that. They were the only ones to have my tire size, in stock and at a price I could afford, cheaper than ALL the other guys! Also, I needed a rim. Nothing special just an old, stock rim. They beat every other competitors price by hundreds of dollars and even offered to swap my tires out FREE when it arrives!! Thank you so much to Ben! Thank you for helping me and being absolutely wonderful and for the price I see why free is in the name! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to everyone! You won't be disappointed!

This was the first time using this company, but needed a tire to replace the spare that was put on after a flat. I was very impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness in taking care of my situation. Both Ben and Steve are to commended for their knowledge and efficiency, and I was very pleased by the price of the tire and job. I will definitely go back for my future tire needs.

The manager was so kind to an elderly lady that was upset because she didn't understand the work they did. He was so kind and gentle and polite with her. He explained it for her and resolved it and put a smile back on her face. He also worked on my truck, and they did a 4 wheel alignment and a tire rotation. He was extremely polite and courteous. It was a pleasant change from most retail places these days. I will always go back here for service as long as he is the manager. Just a terrific example of how to conduct yourself and treat people with respect. I hope the company realizes his worth. I'm a fan ! I regret that I didn't get his name.

I took my truck in for an oil change and for my tires to be balanced and rotated. I prepaid and I asked that they lock the key in my truck as I would be back after they closed. They balanced and rotated my tires but forgot to change my oil before locking the key in my truck. This is the most basic service that can be done to a vehicle. It may have been a communication issue but it is also incompetence. Now I'm waiting to be reimbursed for the oil change I didn't receive.

Went in without an appointment on a busy Saturday afternoon because was having trouble with one of my headlights. The Manager got me in and carved out a time for the tech to give my car a look. Problem was a short in my headlight. They ordered the part for Ford and will have it replaced within a few days. The Manager was incredible helpful, kind and listened to all the problems that I was experiencing because of this short. This is my new go to place for car service!!!

Exceptional customer service. I ve had a pretty terrible week and ended up with a flat tire. I didn t get the guys name unfortunately but he was working the counter. He went out of his way to patch my tire and make sure my kids and I were safe to go back out on the road. We were there right before closing and he refused to let us go until he knew we were good to go.

Called at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 12/30 for new tires. You drove to another branch to pick them up and had them installed by 5:00 p.m.!Great price and great service! Thanks.

Best place ever! I was given an estimate from another place to fix my A/C. It was outrageous. We are getting ready to drive to Florida so it had to be fixed. I prayed and Free Service took care of me. It just needed freon and a circuit board in the A/C. Now we don't have to rent a car. Praise the Lord first of all and thank you to you guys for your honesty. I will never go anywhere else.

Came in for an alignment, I assume the work was ok, I m a return customer. My issue was the fact I didn t get my before readings, I was told they were deleted. I m trying to diagnose a potential issue with my vehicle so wanted to know how far the alignment was off when I brought it in. Which I don t have and was just dismissed when asking about it.I will not be back based on this experience

Just left here as happy as can be. Ben helped tremendously at selecting which wheel and tire to choose from a huge selection. Before and after, and definitely looks so much better.

Would not go back! I went for a wheel alignment. I was told it would be $129.99 + tax. As it turns out, it was $129.99 + tax + $16.90 (for shop supplies). You might need a few shop towels, but you don't need $17 in shop supplies for a wheel alignment. Then when I asked for the printout to show how my truck was out of alignment, they couldn't produce it (printer was broke is what I was told). I'm not sure that I trust an alignment was even done. Next time, I'll go to a reputable shop! I don't trust them.

Do not do like I did. You will find out the hard way messing with these guys. After spending $1300, I have a vehicle that is worse off than before I spent the money with them. I have had to have the brakes and rotors replaced once within the 12000 mile warranty period. And guess what? It started doing it again within the next 12,000 miles. I returned inside of the warranty period both times and they literally told me it was because of a completely different reoccurring issue each time and that I didn t get repaired when they replaced my brakes UNDER WARRANTY. However, they never mentioned that part the first time I was there to have the brakes THEY INSTALLED replaced in under 12,000 miles.. Bottom line, they literally made up erroneous things that were wrong with my vehicle on two different occasions. The second time they refused to replace the faulty discs and pads under warranty. They will tell you something different every time you go in depending on who you speak to. And they have so much turnover that you WILL be speaking to a new person every time. So I m at the point where I blew over $1300 on faulty repairs. The warranty is worthless as they will figure out a way around it. So, I m just going to start over and spend my money elsewhere. I d rather not take a chance and get jacked round a second around again.PS The first time they originally replaced my rotors, pads, and tie rods, they informed me at 7:30 PM that their alignment rack was broken and sent me out, after replacing the tie rods in my vehicle with a crooked steering wheel. I had to stay in a hotel and get it aligned in the AM at Firestone as I was living out of town at the time.Sorry, I just can t say anything positive about this place. I won t recommend it to anyone and I m going to encourage my dealership contacts to stop using them for any contacts.

UPDATE- I want to update my review and let everyone know that I did finally receive a refund in the proper amount. I feel it is necessary to share this info to be fair to Free Service. I am still disappointed to have gone through this when I did everything I was asked to do during the process. I do want to thank Free Service for issuing the refund and making that part right. ORIGINAL REVIEW-I asked for a quote online and received it. It said to call the store and confirm. I called the store and was told everything was ok but they had to order the tires and it would take a few days. That was fine with me so we made an appointment. I called the day before the appointment, tires had still not arrived,so we rescheduled. This was still ok because I wanted these tires. 2 days later the store manager called me and told me the tires had arrived and we confirmed the appointment. Tires were installed and I was charged over $100 more than the quote. When I asked I was told they had to order the tires and that made them more. I showed the quote that had been emailed to me from Free Service and he said there was not anything he could do. He called the store manager and he would not do anything either. THEY HAVE A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS THEY WILL HONOR ALL COMPETITORS PRICES. IT SHOULD ALSO SAY, WE JUST DON'T HONOR OUR OWN QUOTES. The next day, the manager called me and said he was going to have the difference credited to my credit card and emailed me an invoice with the correct price and said that was what he was getting it corrected to. It has never happened. I never got a credit and have not heard anything from them since. Very disappointing. I have always had good dealings with Free Service and done a lot of business with them. Not anymore.

Appointment was at 10am, was told to come back around 11:45. It's an hour later. Don't care to wait, just give a realistic time frame. Many other tire stores to choose from in this area. My suggestion is pick one of them. Don't see how they claim a 5 rating back again 7/1/23 still a 2 hour wait from my appointment time, the only reason I come here is cuz I bought my tires here and get free rotation. Still have no idea how these guys pull off a 5-star review.

Let me start by saying that I know nothing about cars. I showed up and asked for an oil change because my normal people weren t available. They asked if I needed synthetic and I told them I wasn t sure and didn t know what that was. The service worker said he would go look at my car and let me know. He went to look at my car and told me he would take care of it, NEVER laying out my options or prices. I came back when they called and said my car was done, only to be informed my bill was 108 dollars. I have never in my life been charged that much. I was too shocked to ask questions at that time. I got home only for my husband to discover that they charged me for the most expensive possible oil and all the accompanying fees (that my car most certainly did not need). I am beyond disappointed and truly feel I was completely taken advantage of.

Worst service ever. I came here to get my tire patched and when i got home it was flat to the rim. (2 minutes down the road) On top of that they were closed for the weekend so when i came back on Monday i told them the issue and they took no responsibility for messing up my tire. It took them 6 hours to "take a look at it". They were extremely rude and told me they couldn't do anything for me after i waited 6 hours for my car. When i got my car back they left oil all over my cloth floor mats. When i came back in to talk to them about it they were continuing to be rude about my situation. I don't recommend this place for anyone. My tire was completely fine and barely losing air before i had them patch it. Now my entire tire is ruined and not holding air and now need to get a new one. Steer clear from this place.

Had a screw in my tire and they patched it. The guys at the front desk were friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but I was a walk in and they were pretty busy. They were upfront about everything and I appreciate it!

I had a tire go flat overnight, called them first thing in the morning and they had me drop my car off, and even went the extra mile to check my other tires and found a nail in another one. Chris at the front was so nice and friendly, this was such a great experience!

I have always been seen within a reasonable time. When I have air pressure issues with my tires they always get me in quickly. Your service managers are very knowledgeable and very nice to me. They don't talk to me like I'm an idiot because I'm a woman. I appreciate that so much.

Edit: Never received a response from the company regarding my complaint so I guess their technicians missing 2 frozen calipers, and low brake fluid in desperate need of changing so I can safely drive my vehicle is important to them. Very sad but I strongly suggest if you need anything other than a basic oil change look elsewhere.I had initially given a positive review but I spent over $600 on repairs and they didn't fix the problem. I took my Jeep in because I thought my calipers were sticking. They did an inspection and said "you just need new brakes on the rear" I think ok and when I picked it up I thought it felt the same but they assured me it was fixed. I take it to another shop and my entire front brake system needs shot so they fixed something that wasn't an issue and couldn't diagnosis frozen calipers. Obviously they don't do inspections. I'm going to file with the BBB because they didn't do what I needed. I am also a DAV so on a very tight income so thanks to my trusting FreeService my vehicle is unusable until I can put enough back to get my brakes fixed correctly. I will try to add the report from the Jeep place I had double check the work at free service and again I asked multiple times if they checked everything out correctly.
