Excellent communication and excellent workmanship. Did master cylinder repair significantly cheaper than Lexus (like $2,000 worth). I plan to use them for my go to shop for oil changes and any additional repairs needed for my car. Also repaired my son s Honda HRV significantly less than any other quote. It s running well back to NC with new timing belt pulleys and water pump.

Wow, sometimes you find a local gem. Car troubles are never fun! But, when you find a business like this where the staff is friendly & professional, the waiting area is clean & well kept, & you're provided a detailed quote with a time-line for the repair, it makes it a little easier. I would highly recommend Kevin, Jacob and the mechanic staff at Ftn. City Auto Clinic. Nellie is running like a charm! Thanks guys!!

I received a coupon flyer in the mail for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment online and received my appointment confirmation. I went to Fountain City Auto Clinic for the first time. I was welcomed when I went inside and greeted with the gentleman behind the desk. Everyone was so friendly. I had a great experience. They did not try to upsell me, which is really nice some I am a lady and went without my husband. I highly recommend this local business for your auto needs.

My wife and I had our vehicle looked at your place of establishment and was very happy to know they diagnosed our concern, but we have decided not to have our vehicle fixed at this time. Your establishment was very understanding on our situation. The repairs to our vehicle, due to the age of the vehicle and the repairs we had recently, we have decided it was time to look for another vehicle. Fountain city auto repair worked with my warranty company and myself to get the transmission repaired in my car. They did great work and were so pleasant to talk to. They kept me informed during the process and were very prompt on the repairs.

Fountain City Auto Clinic is easily the most professional, polite, and reasonably priced mechanic in Knoxville. They will make suggestions, but they never pressure you. Your estimate is digital, and you can pick and choose what you want done. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else because I m lucky enough to live down the street from the best mechanic in town.

I would like to reserve any stars or any meetings for fountain City auto clinic as I just met them today and they seem to be very charming young men who know their stuff. their offices are to die for, you need to go see those cool offices. But again my friend have his car down there and I'm waiting for the work to be done before making fun of judgment on this business. I want to thank the gentleman that I seen in their office this morning thank you for the education and thank you for allowing me the honors to look at the classic Cadillac that had on the lot it was absolutely wonderful wonderful wonderful

I have took my vehicles to fountain city auto clinic for a few years now and no complaints at all. Very reasonable charge for outstanding work. Only place I will take my vehicles to be serviced.

The staff was very nice and helpful but paying close to $400 for two tires doesn t seem right to me especially when I was given other quotes before so it seemed like they chose the most expensive tires when they could ve been less but hey and I drove my car to their shop but I definitely wasn t able to drive it back home nor did anyone think or advise me that my car battery was out when I had to go pick her up . This place isn t bad but it s a last resort for me after my experience. I just feel like I had to spend my hard earned money and time just to go get it and it sucked no one even cared there to tell me and yes it sat for days but as a client things should be communicated so I m not inconvenienced and bc of my work schedule I still don t have my car.

I had been told it was something else completely at 3 different shops. Fountain City diagnosed the real problem fixed it and gave it back in just a couple days. Kevin and Jacob are very friendly and helpful. Id definitely recommend Fountain City Auto Clinic.

Honest staff and management, and they do great work. I brought in my Honda Accord a few months ago to have the Turbo and Fuel injectors replaced. I knew what I needed done and had priced out the OEM parts already. The Shop manager was very straight with me about the price from the beginning and I felt everything was very fair and competitive. The Techs did a great job, and I've had no issues since the service. I will be back, and I have recommended them to my friends.

Always GREAT service! I have been taking my cars here for years and so does my entire family. They are very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and reliable. Kevin, Jacob and the entire team go above and beyond to make sure any needed maintenance and repairs are done right. I won't take my car anywhere else.

We ve used FCAC for several years now. I like that they send a text with services for you to accept or decline as they are working on your car. Great for those of us with busy lives who don t have time to sit around and wait.

I ve been to Fountain City Auto Clinic several times now, and each time service has been efficient and effective. Their staff and mechanics are knowledgeable and don t talk down to people a big plus! The prices here are also reasonable, and the text appointment reminders are helpful. I don't leave many reviews but just wanted to share my good experience over the years using FC Auto Clinic.Very fair and honest people, I try to do most of the work myself on my vehicles but when I can t figure something out, this s the first place I come. Matt is an phenomenal mechanic, I trust working on my vehicles. Solid shop, thanks for all the help!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance
