I can't say enough good things about this establishment!!! They gave me a quote for tires that included tax, mounting and everything that was HUNDREDS of dollars less than ANY of the other tire companies I contacted.Kirk ordered the tires for me without even knowing who I was and didn't ask for a deposit.The tires were there within 48 hours and on within a half hour of me bringing it to the shop. No surprises when I went to pay. The exact price that he had quoted me from the beginning. PLUS he told me to come back every 5,000 miles and they would rotate them for free!!!If you live in Knoxville, it's simply foolish to buy your tires anywhere but here!!!I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Fleet Tire is great, they got me right in, diagnosed two punctures in my flat, and went above and beyond to get the exact tire I needed ordered and picked up and installed all within a couple hours. Very friendly and excellent service!

When you hear "southern hospitality", that describes these guys! We were traveling from out of town and needed our tire repaired and they took care of us! I wouldn't even consider going to another place, these guys are the best!

Replaced two front tires on my RV. Kudos to them for being efficient. Got to my next stop and found the center to my aluminum wheels has gone missing. Apparently it was not installed properly since it had been there for 3 years prior. I also have a strange tire noise between 55 and 65 ill have to investigate further upon returning home.

When I ran over a large bolt, I took my car to Fleet Tire because it was the closest place. It was such a good experience! Incredibly fast patch, friendly employees, and great work. I definitely recommend! I'll be a repeat customer after my positive experience!

Great service! They know how to treat customers. We needed front tires on our Motorhome pretty quickly. We had an appointment somewhere else that didn t work out. We called Darren at Fleet Tires at 10am, he had our tires. We were on our way home and about 5 hours from him. He had 2 tires in stock. Without asking for a deposit, he said he would hold for me. His service was on 1st come basis, so I called again when I was closer to confirm everything. We arrived and were greeted at side garage with instructions from 2 gentlemen as to where to go. They had our tires off and new ones on so quick and professionally, checked all our tires pressure and set to proper level. Thanks to the entire staff, nice job. We appreciate you.

Really kind and generous team! I had some bad luck with a few nails that caused my tires to go flat and they fixed it up and sent me on my way with good timing. Highly recommend going here!

Best experience, as a woman in particular, that I've had in getting new tires.Jim Reel is so nice & was extremely helpful & accommodating in getting me the best tires for my preferences.The other guys are all kind & great in customer service.The chairs in the waiting area are the most comfortable of anywhere I've had to wait.There were 3 vehicles ahead of me & my wait was maybe 40 min's from arrival to departure. They are very quick, efficient w/competitive prices.I highly recommend Fleet Tires to ANYONE!Thank you gentlemen for making my experience a pleasant one. I'm extremely happy w/my new tires & appreciate the 5,000 mile free rotation service +

Got a flat on the side of the highway while finishing the last leg of our trip back to Nashville- we had our car towed here, and received amazing, quick service from a very kind gentleman who helped us get back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend. .

Fast, efficient, and friendly, this is a great place to get new tires. I called and the man working was professional and assisted in located a good tire in my price range. When I showed up an hour later, he remembered me by name and was able to get me back and done within 35 minutes. Highly recommend checking them out for your tire needs

Best tire shop experience in town. Took them around 20 minutes to fix my tire. The gentleman who answered the phone and at the reception is kind and helpful. Shop is clean and professional. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely a day making experience! Went there expecting worst case scenario with my tire, came away with best case scenario! These people are completely professional, courteous, and friendly. I don't understand why anyone would take their tire needs anywhere else

HAD FOR NEW TIRES PUT ON WRECKER ON REAR LOST BOTH RINGS AN LUG CAPS FOUND 4 LUGS LOSE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! There Employees don't do good job!!!

Top Class - A+ shop. These guys are the total package. The service here is hands down the best I have ever encountered. The thoroughness and quality of work goes far beyond expectation. I just wish I could give them a higher rating - this is where you want to go for your tire needs!
