They were great. Came out on a Sunday and got me back up and on the road. Went through kia in April and had my spark plugs changed. 7 months later my car is down again. At least now I know the work was actually done! They took me to the parts store so we could get the parts and made sure it ran right before leaving. Thank you so much for everything!

I am from out of town about 4 hours away and got hit in a fender bender on the weekend. I called Flacks on a Sunday to come and tell me how bad my car was if it was able to be driven back home or not. They came out to me within less than an hour, did a full diagnostic, read my codes on my car, recommended next steps and were super nice and knowledgeable. I also appreciated they were up front about their $80 service charge and even wrote a detailed paper receipt for me to give my insurance. Highly recommend them!

I don't do this lightly, knowing I could be affecting someones livelyhood. He installed the wrong brake part on the wrong side and gave my daughter a very unsafe car. The brake pedal went to the floor. Attempts to have him make it right went no where. I asked for pictures throughout the process and never got anything not to mention payment issues. Just STAY AWAY! No you did the inspection and you bought the parts. BTW if they ask you to pay with venmo cause the cc transaction is too slow don't so it. Still trying to get my money back from cc company!!?

The reason that i left 3 stars is because you guys gave me and my wife great service at first. When you dropped the radiator in that was perfect but the issue is still there the car is still leaking antifreeze and I ve been un able to travel. You guys said you would return and haven t said a word. i will consider 5 stars once we can speak about the situation. I know you do good work but after this snow storm I m not sure what has happened like adults.

We were in Tennessee for a football tournament and our alternator went out on our 2014 Toyota Sienna. Luckily we made it to O'Reilly and ran into Flacks Automotive there. They were extremely helpful getting our car back on the road in a pinch when we were 4 hours away from home. Gave us a price way better than anyone in the area and got it done extremely fast. He had everything he needed to get it done in his vehicle and finished the job with excellent quality. Everything worked perfectly afterwards. I'm so grateful to these folks and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. 5 stars! Go see Flacks Automotive!

I am very disappointed in Iv he came and tore my car down and promised to come back and fix it. I brought all the parts. Didn't come back at all. He went got other tool. That I brought. Gave him $280 and the tool didn't cost that much. Brought the tool back and said I be back in the morning never showed up it's been a wk. Haven't heard from him or seen him. I guess I learn my leasing not to trust someone you thought was trust worthy. If that's how you do friends I don't want it. I guess you need the money more then I need my car fixed. Never again will I pay someone to do something before it's fixed right. That's not how you do business. But thanks for nothing. Keep the money .

I was in Knoxville for a dog show when my car broke down while getting ready to drive the 5 hours home on a Sunday. A mechanic at my event identified the problem but couldn't do the repair. I was able to locate the part but neither of thr local Firestone locations were willing to help. I called Flacks and he arrived in about an hour, made the repair, and got me on my way home I needed to help, and they were there! Thank you for getting me home.

So initially, I was skeptical because mobile mechanic you never know, but I went with my gut and I m so glad I did they worked efficiently and my car was back rolling in a little over an hour. They change my water pump and did an oil change too very skilled mechanics I would highly recommend. And I will definitely be using them in the futureService: Oil change

Great guy! Came on a holiday when I blew a break line at 5 pm on the interstate. He came to the nearby gas station I was parked at quickly and worked hard. It was a hydraulic line. He took me to get a new one, bent it, got super oily and got me back on the road! Highly recommend using his service!

He beat me to my car to do the repair, Oreilly had sold me the wrong part so he even went and got that swapped and had me going in an hour. Replaced the starter in a Walmart parking lot!! Fast, kind and extremely professional

Don't call this guy. He replaced my fuel pump and car doesn't start some days since. I've tried reaching out to let him know and he want respond to my txt or answer my calls

yeah don't book with them , they'll work on your car do something random like take a piece out of your car then tell you they'll come back but they won't they'll ignore messages and calls they just want your money thats all just find a way to take it to a real shop or a better mobile mechanic don't trust them n im being real they did me the worst way i thought bro was cool but he played me so just take my advice before paying .

I was in Knoxville and needed to get back home to Nashville but needed new brake pads asap. I called on a Thursday, late afternoon, and he was able to meet me at the parts store within about 20 minutes. Then changed all my brake pads right in the parking lot within an hour or so and got me on my way, and I was not overcharged. HIGHLY recommend Flacks if you need moment's notice repairs.Service: Brake service & repair

This young man is amazing! I was having a very rough day....My car was really acting ugly....Mr IV came to me in less than 10 minutes...he and Heather were very knowledgeable and helpful, didn't charge an arm or leg took my wife to get the parts, even waited for me to gather myself before leaving. I will definitely call them in the future for my mechanic needs. There aren't enough stars to rate them, so I have to give them a 5. But if there were more stars, I would give them all of them. We traveled to Tennessee for a graduation. On the morning of the graduation we came out of the hotel to find coolant on the ground and the reserve reservoir was empty! I went to the gas station across the street from our hotel and paid $22 for a gallon of coolant. Drove it appropriately 20 minutes to the venue and it was empty again by the time the graduation was over! We were over 6 hours from home. At first, I googled Pep Boys and Firestone. They had low to mixed reviews. A lot of ppl were talking about being ripped off, having paid exorbitant amounts for repairs and left with the same issues. It was a Saturday and we had plans . I googled mobile mechanics and the first one I called said he couldn t help because he was headed out of town. I called Flacks next and his wife said the mechanic had a birthday party to attend with his daughter that afternoon but she still gave him the call. IV, as I came to know him, was willing to interrupt his Saturday to come to us to see if he could help. We called, he kept his word, and he showed up! He quickly diagnosed the failed water pump and went to work to locate a replacement. He even drove his car to the auto parts store to pick it up. I trusted him with my CashApp card. He called me from the store, had the clerk to confirm the total and brought me a receipt. And after he had removed my water pump only to find that Murray s brand had put the wrong water pump in the right box, he went back to a second auto parts store to exchange it only to find that the Murray s brand there had the same issue; wrong part in the box. He called me to ask if I was ok going with a different brand. And he brought me my new receipt. He worked diligently over 4 hours to get us going. Idk what we would have done if he wasn t willing and capable of helping us. He and his wife came across as honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I don t let just anyone work on my vehicles but I highly recommend IV at Flacks. Thank you for making all the difference in how things turned out for us.

This guy is amazing and very knowledgeable. My AC compressor decided to explode on my Land Rover while driving down the road. Ivey came out and made it to where my car was drivable, ordered the part for me, and fixed it while also teaching me what he was doing because I requested to watch so I could learn. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my car repairs and I would highly recommend them before looking into any other places in Knoxville or the surrounding areas.Services: Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

Do not call these people. Come pulling up n climbed out and the weed smell had my neighbors hi. My infiniti was having starting issues. I told him on the phone what I had checked so far. he came and checked the same stuff. Borrowing my tools. Then stood and just kinda hovered anxiously till I said how much? He said 60.00. I paid them . And was mad at myself. I should've sent them on down the road when they got there. And I tell ya. I honestly think they wrote all these 5 star reviews themselves. Because the service didn't come from therm.

We were traveling with our travel trailer though Knoxville and our right front brake locked up. Being from out of town we looked up brake repair near me and found Flake Automotive. I called and asked if they do mobile repair. They said they would be out in about an hour. They showed up, repaired our brake and had us on the road in no time. Since we were from out of town I expected a big bill, but to my surprise they were very reasonable, honest and did an excellent job. Very nice young couple working hard at their own business. Absolutely incredible!!! Took max an hour and a half from time of call to completion of service. Very affordable and patient. Any issues in the future with my car and they will be my first call! Communication is amazing as well! I knew what was going on the entire time, even though i wasnt there. Extremely reccomend using their services!!!

They were to me in less than an hour on a Sunday. I think he had the starter off in what seemed like 10 min if that. Went and got the part came straight back and was done in NO TIME at all. Very pleased and if anything goes wrong again with a vehicle I have I will be giving you a call again.

This couple is great with their customers and their cars. They came to MY HOME to assist me with a rusted flat tire and a dead battery. They wasted NO TIME to get to the problem and it took less than 30 minutes to do so. Im probably going to make them my mechanic from now on, lol. They also reminded me of any other parts that Needed to be fixed before heading out. (tail or headlights out, improper tags, oil leaks, etc) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. I love Flacks Automotive and I'm definitely a happy customer.Services: Tires, Battery

Going on day 4 still no car fixed and waiting for a response. My car is still not fixed and he s walking around with my money and not answering any phone calls. Terrible service !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND if you need your car fixed your better off going to someone else because you don t know what he ll do next.

IV came out same day to replace the starter in my truck and got it done in 30 minutes. 10/10 service and will def call him for any future needs
