On Saturday morning September 2, 2023 at 10:23 am.Fisher Tire Company checked all my tire pressure and added air free of charge.Thanks Mark, for going above and beyond customer service satisfaction on my car.

In and out. Came to fix a tire , the service was cheaper than originally stated and was 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected. Top tier service workers who are generally nice and straightforward. Would 10/10 recommend.

Loosing air in my tire as I drove in off the interstate without an appointment, Ron took great care of me! My tire was flat, and he found an exact replacement to match the other three. Fisher Tire is in a great location -- While I was waiting, I walked to a yoga class, and then rode my bicycle which I had in the back of my vehicle, on the nearby greenway. They even put air in my bicycle tires! My repair was completed in 2-3 hours and I was back on the road! I am happy that the cost was reasonable and I didn't feel overcharged for this service. Honest and fair, and they run their business like a well-oiled machine!

Fisher tire is unique among tire and repair places. They are FAIR, honest and knowledgeable. I drive an older car and completely trust them to keep me on the road for many more years!!

Absolute best, pure professionals. Have always been reasonable, great service with brakes, tires, and other general. They are honest when they aren t quite sure what the problem is and can provide recommendations on specialists. Can t recommend them enough.

This place is amazing. When I needed all four tires replaced before going out of town, every other place I called said it would take 4+ hours to get me in, then quoted me some outrageous prices.I found Fisher after checking out the Knox Stars winners and saw they were voted best tire shop, and I'm so glad I did. They came right out to check my tires and said it wouldn't be longer than 2 hours.The waiting area was super clean and well stocked with free coffee, drinks, and snacks for your wait. They even had WiFi so I was able to get some work done on my laptop.In two hours I had four brand new tires for a very fair price AND I was told I could come back for free rotations and alignments with my purchase. There's also a rebate period so I can get a little money back! I'm so pleased with my experience here. Also, Dan in particular is so kind! You can tell he loves his job.I'll be recommending Fisher to anyone I know looking for some tires!

What started out as a drip in the power steering system is now nothing but puddles everywhere I park the vehicle. Unprofessional parts changers. They changed unnecessary parts to the tune of $1200.00 only to make the situation worse. They don't have a clue what they are doing except changing tires. DO NOT USE THEM..

Appt to rotate tires (I purchased them there) and said after I arrived for "appt" it would be 3hr wait. That is NOT an appt! Satisfied in past but lost me as customer. Very disappointed.

I had a flat tire and stopped in a parking lot behind Fisher Tire conveniently. I walked over and asked if there was anyway that they could get me in. The man at the desk was extremely rude- he kept rolling his eyes at me and scoffing, making faces at me and barely talking/looking me in the eyes. I asked how long the wait would be for a tire fix and he said we have 10 more important customers ahead of you. I also told him I did not have a spare tire and he stared at me like I was the dumbest person on the planet. Not sure what his name was, but he had a combover and glasses- probably around 60. The rudest experience in customer service I ve ever had. Will not be going back just because of him.

We have four cars and love Fisher Tire Company in Bearden! Ron and David are the best. They are very honest, so I never have to question if they suggest a repair. One time when they did not get the oil drain plug in properly, they paid my son's bill to get the car fixed in Atlanta. No hassle! Sincere apology. Lately, because they are honest and do great work, they have been very busy. Plan ahead because they are worth it. These guys do great work! A true neighborhood gem.

Took car there for a second opinion after another shop gave me bad news, they said nothing was wrong and charged me nothing. Honest company and they do great work. Highly recommend

After finishing with an appointment nearby I stopped by Fisher Tire in Bearden. I use Fisher tire for oil changes and for my tires but I normally go to the location in Farragut. I was cutting it close on needing an oil change and didn t want to let it go any further since I put a lot of miles on my car for work. I got there about 4:50pm and they close at 5:30pm. Had my foster dog with me and it had been a long day and when I asked them if it was too late to get an oil change I was fully expecting them to say yes because I was cutting it close. They came back and said they could get me done before they closed. Being in retail I don t normally put people in that last minute type situation because it really is annoying but these guys were super nice about it and helpful and I wanted them and anyone else considering using them to know just how much I appreciated them.

I had a new tire installed by them and road force balanced. I had the other tires on the vehicle road force balanced as well. The car ended up with a shake in the front end on the highway that wasn't there before (vehicle had less than 70k miles) so I took it back. I told him about it and one of the guys behind the counter literally scoffed at me, like "yeah right." I won't ever go here again, for any reason.

Great service! I came here for the first time after just moving to the area. I had a tire that was leaking air and was convinced I needed a new one (so two) and instead of just selling me them which they easily could have, they sealed it for me and I was good to go. I have been a customer ever since, and now in the rare occasion they do recommend something else being done to my vehicle I know I can trust them. Prices are fair, people are great, highly recommend.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. I've had tires replaced, oil changes and brakes done here, as well as mechanical work. They've even told me they can't find anything wrong once when I thought I needed work! How often do you hear that when you take a car into a mechanic? Highly recommend these guys. Also very pleasant and courteous to deal with.

I've been going here for about four years, and honestly until today everything has been great.I dropped off my truck with an old estimate and explained that I wanted to get as much done on it as I could, but I would like to not pay for the most expensive shocks because my truck is 20 years old, who am I trying to kid? I asked them to call me when they knew how much it would cost.I waited all day to get a call, and at 2 pm I called them to find out. The man on the phone was nice and said they were *finishing* the work, but still could not tell me how much it would cost.I went to pick up the truck and the bill was nearly 800 dollars. *Naturally*, I was a little stunned by the price. That is a lot of money for me. I expressed surprise and the man behind the counter immediately took offense. I told him it was fine, I just wanted to pay and leave, but that wasn't enough for him. Not only did he fail to call and tell me what they were going to do with my truck, but when I had the *audacity* to be surprised at the cost, he blamed me for not communicating well enough. I literally had to walk out of the place with the guy still yelling at me.TL;DR: Please don't charge me 800 dollars after not telling me it would be 800 dollars, blame me for not knowing how much it would be and then shout me out of your shop. Thanks.

Had an alignment done, and let the shop know there was some pull in the rear. Was recommended forward control arms for the FRONT of the vehicle, went to my normal shop for work like that and there's no issue except for a singular loose bolt on the rear forward control arm. Beware of them trying to upsell you by hundreds and lie to your face about there being a problem.

I've taken our cars here for several years and always had great service. They've been able to take care of a variety of different issues, from tires to oil changes and brakes. It was nice to get straight answers without all the upselling and run around. Prices have always been fair or even better than I expected. I highly recommend this shop.

Great group of people who are quick and painless to deal with. Been coming here since I moved to Knoxville and have never had anything but positive experiences. They are always able to get me in within the week and taken care of quickly. Highly recommend.

Had tires put on our car yesterday and had a great, quick, friendly experience. Went back today to get an oil change (realized we needed one after the fact) and had the opposite experience. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes as the guy at the register ignored me and continued talking to his coworker directly in front of me. When I asked if I could get my oil changed, he acted like I had inconvenienced him and told me they were booked up. Still I continued since I had had a good experience the previous day and asked if I could come back later. He seemed further frustrated and told me to try back in 2 days. I understand that they could actually be very busy, but the attitude was totally uncalled for. I like to support local business but this experience does not make me want to patronize Fisher tire again.

After calling around to a bunch of different places to get pricing on tires and an alignment, I chose Fisher because they were by far the friendliest, most helpful, and were the least expensive for the tires I wanted. I made an appointment but was late, and they had me in and out in an hour. Overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for tires.

Super fast, courteous and clean. I pulled into the quick oil change and a technician met me with a mask and gloves on immediately and took care of my car. The waiting room was clean and air conditioned and it took less than 20 minutes.

A mechanic shop you can trust!They take wonderful care of our families four vehicles. We are never overcharged. We are treated like family there.In the 15 years they have been taking care of us they were always honest.
