My wife brought her Subaru in because it was over heating. She also requested new tires and an oil change. After a couple of days they called her and said it was ready. They said it was a bad radiator cap. I was immediately suspicious with that diagnosis due to what the car was doing, I felt this was the wrong fix. I drove her there to pick it up. She drove for about 10-15 minutes then called me and said it was over heating again. The price for the new radiator cap and fixing the overheating problem was over 100.00.We know the tires are new, but now we aren t sure if the oil was actually changed. I m now in the process of changing the thermostat myself.

Shout out to Taylor who helped me this morning when I needed reassurance about a sensor light. He just got to work not open yet but asked what I needed. Great customer service! I'm a 31 year customer... Guess that means I am satisfied... Truly the best place in West Knoxville for Tires, oil and brakes ... Reasonably priced and excellent customer service. My highest recommendation!

I ve been going to Fisher Tire Co. for years. I have bought all my tires from Fisher and they have serviced them. I can highly recommend Fisher Tire. The only reason I didn t give them 5 stars is that my spare was not put back in its correct place the last time I had to have 2 tires replaced. Rick I.

Took my Nissan Rogue Sport in for a right front tire leak on Monday, December 27th. They were covered up and said I could leave vehicle and they would get it later. I left it there to be repaired. Didn't care what it cost, wanted it fixed before I drove home to Alabama on Tuesday. They called and said come get it a couple of hours later. When I got there was told leaking around the wheel, why did it start now? Never has before...Anyway...no charge. Tuesday morning tire had lost 10 pounds of air. Drove home wondering if I could get there without a problem. Made it home, soaped the tire good with Dawn soap and had no problem finding the nail. They didn't charge me anything because they didn't do anything! Put air in tire and sent me on my way.My dad had used this place I guess his entire life for alignments, tires, don't know what else. Anyway, I wonder how many times they sent him, and others, on their way. I won't use or recommend them to anybody again.

2nd time buying tires there without proper balancing. I asked the person to make sure they were balanced but had to come back AGAIN- then wait for an hour to get them properly balanced.

Finally! My 2005 CR-V drives like a dream! After so much work myself and a year of driving a washing machine down the road, Fisher helped me pinpoint the issues with my car and has gotten my alignment PERFECT. Fisher is now my go-to mechanic when I have issues I can't figure out myself. I've been here before and they always give me best prices around, including this time. Thanks, you guys are awesome!

Just wanted to give a shout to this sweet family business for fixing my tire for free just a few minutes before closing in order to make it home with a peace of mind, knowing I made it hone safely. They just earned my future business ..it was so kind of them following a chaotic day. I hope this public post reaches the individuals who were there to help me today I was deeply touched

These guys are just the absolute best. Prices are fair and they treat you with so much respect and class. I have dealt with them for several years now and have grown more and more amazed at the level of service they provide. They go above and beyond to help you with your vehicle and I trust them completely. Best service in Knoxville!

Everyone is cordial, and customer satisfaction is goal number 1. Prices are very fair. Biggest concern at the new Hardin valley location is they didn't build enough bays. They are so busy you need an appointment.I guess that's what happens when you rise to be the best. Keep up the great work. Jim Griffith.

Be aware!Came in with a 2017 4Runner to get alignment and I thy wanted to change out strut and sway bar link claiming it needs replacement since it s in bad conditions.So I took it to Toyota service for second opinion Toyota showed me nothing needed replacement and the noise was from the hood Just be aware before you spend money you don t need to at fisher tire.

Great staff and service, above and beyond! I ordered tires here, but showed up at their other Kingston Pike location, without hesitation they rushed my tires across town and kept me on my way without a hitch! I am so sorry for that inconvenience, but I am so glad to know a business will still take care of the customer in this day & age! I will be a repeat customer! Thanks again! Highly recommended you all!

Quick friendly and family oriented service! I went to their Bearden location originally. They new I needed brakes immediately and called this location to see if I could be worked in today! They explained everything I did need and also saved me money! I would feel confident sending my beginning driver's to this center because they treated every customer that came through like it was their own vehicle.I shall be back to get my tires here as well!!

This place just blessed me. I can t even express my gratitude. I had bent my rim pretty bad on Alcoa highway coming home from work long story short, rims are expensive and I figured my tire was also ruined. Within 40 minutes, they determined my tire was fine when they easily could have gotten me to buy another one but they were honest and replaced my rim with an extra one they had laying around for no charge. They were kind and respectful to every person that walked in there. Gary and all of the staff there were truly a blessing to me and my family today.Thankyou guys!

Friendly staff, professional as well. Will help, but very busy. Need to call ahead to check on best time to bring car in for service. Family has gone there for years.
