It's always a pleasure doing business with these folks. I came in for My front rotors to be replaced, they quoted me a very reasonable price and said they would have me done by about noon. I got a call at 9:00 a.m. saying that my car was ready to be picked up. Extremely fast service, extremely friendly staff, definitely recommend.

Fisher came highly recommended from friends. Had an oil change and 4 new tires. There was a small mistake made- the oil filter used in my car had a puncture hole. This caused all the oil to spew out a few days later while out of town. It was Labor Day weekend so not much could be done. Walmart gave me a new filter to get home. Upon my return I had fisher take a second look, and brought them the punctured filter. They refunded me for the oil change and were extremely apologetic. I appreciated their customer service and their urgency throughout the situation. Overall it seems like it was a rare error that can happen when getting oil changes. I plan on returning for my next oil change and continuing to recommend them to others. It s rare to find an honest, family run business like this.

I currently drive a 2019 infinity qx50. I had a tire leak. I waited an hour and half for a tire plug and they broke the sensor on my tire. I called them once I noticed my tire wouldn't registered. They said my sensor was busted and it would cost me an additional $98.00 to repair. It definitely was not busted. It was working prior to me being my car in. Not happy at all. I won't be returning.

I always use Fisher Tire for maintenance on my vehicle. I always have great service and they don't try to push sales on you (like other shops do). I highly recommend.

I've been coming here for years. They have consistently been polite, full of integrity, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I've brought 5 vehicles here for repair for nearly a decade. They've beaten every estimate I've gotten from the competition without even knowing what their competitors quoted me. Very much worth the wait when they're busy. 5 stars is not enough

Bobby Jr n staff are friendly. was a bit miffed the tech had to stop and text fot five minutes between lugs, removal.... etc put an extra 15 to 20 mins on my wait time

Omg! Fantastic work! I needed brakes rotors balanced two tires and an alignment. Great customer service!! I dropped it off at 8am opening time (there was a line out of the door!). Had my car all done by 5pm. It drives so smooth! So so so so happy! Bobby Linda and Spencer- I appreciate your work so much! Also, normally anytime I ve ever had car work done, they always left grease and dirt! These guys did not! They took such great care of my car! I couldn t be any happier. Will be using them until I die.

Great people, they fixed my jeep when no one else could. I had done everything I knew to do for the vibration in the front of my jeep and still it was terrible. I went in and talked to Bobby Fisher and he knew exactly what I needed. Due to their expertise and equipment.I went there on a Saturday morning at 8 o'clock (get there early there was already a line waiting, they open at 8) it took about 3 hrs total, 2 hrs was waiting for them to get to me. But it was SO! worth the wait. Me jeep drives like a new one. And I want to add that my jeep has a 3.5" lift on it, and I've not been able to drive at interstate speeds in a long time but those days are gone I can drive at 70+ with no pulling or vibrations. Happy new and forever customer.

Fisher Tire Company and their staff go above and beyond to help you out. If they don't have what you're looking for they will often help you find somewhere that does. The staff is kind and reasonable. I have yet to find a better mechanic in Knoxville. This place really is a Jack of All Trades.

I went to get a wheel alignment done. They said my inner tie rod is bad. It was going to be $160 for one inner tie rod. I went to advance and bought two outer and two inner for a total of $80. I went to another shop I trust and they are doing the wheel alignment and said tie rods are fine. Prices are very expensive and is also trying to replace parts that are fine.

Have bought many tires from the store on Broadway through the years. These are the kind of folks you build a relationship with and trust completely. Great service! Only downside? They are almost always slammed - so plan ahead!

I have been trading with Bobby Fisher since the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor. I have ALWAYS been treated fairly and Always with the utmost respect and care for my cars over the years. NOBODY ever had a better friend in the tire business than Bobby Fisher.

Was in town just for the weekend, needed tires mounted and an alignment on my truck. 10/10 customer service. Super friendly and shoot ya straight. Highly recommend!

I was travelling through Knoxville from Kentucky and I ended up getting an irreparable flat tire. Fisher's was the only place that had my size tire. They got it changed, mounted, and balanced in hardly any time. The staff were super friendly, accommodating to my situation, and the price for the service was reasonable. If I was local, I would definitely use this place more often for my car.

I'm someone who's seldom at a loss for words, but the old school integrity and professionalism of Fisher Tire challenges me to find enough of the right words to give them their due. They provided my tires, and i've been back ever since for rotations and oil changes, including last week in advance of a road trip. The following day a warning light came on advising of low oil pressure, so I called to inquire if they could and or would look at it since the car's manual advised not driving it until it was fixed. I was afraid I was looking at a major engine repair. Amazingly, they asked where I lived and said they'd be coming over shortly to take a look and try to fix it. Which they did at no charge!Then, this morning, less than a week later, I took my car in because the engine warning light had come on this time, also not good. I arrived a little before they opened the doors and after waiting a little while drinking their coffee and having breakfast across the street, they advised they had scanned the issues with their computer and fixed a couple of indicated issues that turned off the warning light. No charge! We may not have peace on Earth this Christmas, but these folks are doing their part to provide good will toward men. Thanks, Fisher Tire!!!

Fisher tire is just the best tire shop in knoxville, what I mean by that is, once I found them I don t need to look for another tire shop, they take care of my wife s and my cars, they are honest and kind people to work with. I highly recommend them

Hands down the best tire shop in Knox county!The staff is very friendly and they know what they re doing! The owner is fantastic. He takes pride in his business and it shows in his staff and his work.The wheels and tires on my vehicle are very specific and not made anymore. These guys have taken care of my cars every time!I will always recommend Fisher Tire.

We had a overheating problem and stopped for breakfast the man at the restaurant sent us here as he felt as a family owned business they would do right by us. As we are from Michigan and needed to get home. They were so good to us and treated us fairly, as a traveler I have experienced shops who take advantage. I would recommend them to anyone

This place is amazing!!!! We where just passing though on your way home to Michigan and our vehicle started overheating, thank God we where referred to Fisher! They got us all fixed up and back on the road ASAP. They gave us options and could have easily taken advantage of us but didn't! Thank you Fisher Tire Company Inc you are amazing!!!!

Service was excellent and prompt. The staff was very polite and thoughtful.Edit...I had a leaky tire repaired and all tires rotated. I have a work van with tire location and pressure sensors and they did not relearn the tire locations on the system computer so I had to go to Walmart tire center to have it done.They also didn't inflate the tire pressure to the specs for the vehicle located inside the door on the frame.

Great place for tires or anything related to them. Very friendly and a nice clean waiting room. I can't say enough good things about Fisher Tire. I've been a customer for 36 year's. My husband, grandfather was one of the first customer.

Fischer Tire is THE PLACE for any tire issue you may have. Spencer has always been extremely kind and goes above and beyond when you are in a pinch. Don t think twice about coming here for your tire needs.

They are clearly only good with tire service, hence the name. They would not even entertain the thought of discussing a huge brake squeal my car has had for several weeks because they didn't hear it when driven. Not even a conversation of how often and loud the squeal is, etc. All I was told up to the point of "Mama Fisher" repeating once again before I left, was how they were brake experts and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. Such experts...but not one person even discussed rotar issues making the sound. Huge waste of time. I'll never go back.
