Always room for improvement, but my tech I knew from another store was there and he was extremely nice, especially when explaining the best tire options. Service was quick and I picked up same day after an oil change, realignment, and replacing all four tires. I recommend them to all my family for tires and oil change. They are located so well across the U.S. if your tire gets a nail or you have a tire blow out, while out of state (where we have experienced) it is convenient to know your taken care of.

I ve been taking my vehicles here for awhile. I have taken my LR4 to the dealership and to Express Oil Change, and have paid on avg $55-$75 for the Oil Change. I had my wife bring in my Land Rover LR4 today for an oil change for the first time because I am out of town. They charged her $145 for an Oil Change, and told her because it was hard and took Special Oil. Neither of which was ever conveyed to me at any other place. I am only posting this hear because I don t want someone else s significant other to get taken advantage of in the same way. I have been very happy going here so I don t know what they were trying to do or what was going on but I will not be returning for any Hard Special Oil changes.

The staff was professional and trustworthy. I appreciated that while additional services and repairs were identified when I came in for a new set of tires I didn't feel like they were trying to "sell" me on unnecessary add-ons or upcharges. The next time I need basic maintenance my local Firestone Auto Care Center will be at the top of my list.

Firestone has always been reliable in fixing most of our auto repair needs. Great mechanics and reps helping us out. Got an appointment, they got us in on time and out with no problems!

I had to visit today due to an emergency tire repair/replacement. I was able to book an appointment online, they were ready for me when I arrived, and I was treated with kindness and respect during the whole process.This wasn t a planned visit but they made a very stressful situation easier. I can t recommend them enough.

Thank you to this firestone for going above and beyond for me I couldn't be more grateful for the services they have done on my car. They understood all my concerns in regards to my car, they also honor their warranty policies not many auto shops do. I greatly appreciate the service manager matt for taking the time and effort to care for my car words can't describe how grateful I am for that. This firestone has a great team I will be sure to refer family,friends,and colleagues.

This particular Firestone is the Best. I live closer to two other locations and will drive to this one instead. The staff and the manager James are always so helpful and trustworthy. Thank you all for taking care of me and my vehicles over the years.

New tires, alignment and brakes on my F150. They look great! Everything was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. 10/10 recommend this location. James is the man to see out there, great communication and knows his stuff. Give Cedar Bluff Firestone a shot!

Horse in trailer, 30 minutes from our destination, driving up from west Alabama, we sustained a flat tire near the Cedar Bluff Exit on I-40. TDOT tried to help, but out trailer's spare tire had a bad valve stem. I called Firestone, and even though it was 30 minutes from closing time they told us to bring our rig in and they would get us back on the road. John and the guys were great! They handled the issue quickly and professionally. they not only got our tire replaced, but they arranged to order and have another spare tire to take back with us on the return trip home for the *next* day. They also examined our other tires for deficiencies. Two thumbs (hooves?) up for road safety!!If you have never hauled a horse or animals in a trailer far from home and help, it is hard to explain what it is like to be broken down on the side of a busy expressway with a shredded tire and a bad spare. Firestone stayed late, got us back on the road, we made it to the show on time (horse in tact), and got safely home to Alabama. We can't say enough!

Service to the car was sooner and faster than anticipated. Unfortunately, the work could not be completed but that wasn't the fault of the FBS people. Service rep was helpful and very friendly.

They were a huge help for my daughter, who was driving in the icy weather through Knoxville back to college in VA. They fixed her alignment and got her back on the road lickety- split!

Would give this place a negative number if I could. We stopped by here on a Sunday while on a long road trip. Had a tire issue that needed immediate attention and wanted to know if they could help us out. They were busy at the time and they told us to set an appointment for Monday. Not sure what part of "we are 15 hours from home" didn't make sense to the guy at the counter. My biggest problem is not with the inability to assist but the dismissive, rude and arrogance of the guy at the desk. I was so mad I didn't even get his name. I understand being really busy but you work in a customer facing role, you can at least answer some simple questions. Maybe better people that work at this location but right now my opinion is this place sucks!!!!On a flip side, its not Firestone as a whole. I stopped at the one in Farragut and they were extremely friendly and helpful!!

The Manager James harassed and badgered me into quitting the position . A complaint filed to Corporate office about his bullying behavior was never addressed. Never go to this store

I just had an engine coil replaced here last month. Staff was friendly and everything was fine. I come back a month later knowing a second engine coil has gone bad because it was all the same symptoms as last time. They wouldn't look at my car unless I did an engine diagnostic, which was $117 with tax. I continued to say I knew what the issue was and they said it could be something else so they need to run the diagnostic. They run the diagnostic and what do you know. An engine coil has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Such a waste of money. I'm getting the coil replaced elsewhere because I don't want to support a place that is just out for your money.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Wife was in town and noticed a nail/bolt in her new tires and I looked this firestone up for her as it was closeness to get the tire protection work done.Friendly staff per her account in person and mine over the phone. I did have to call to figure out as issue they had with a technician unfamiliar with tire repair but they did in time get the repair made and them back on the road...

We experienced excellent service here at Firestone. We made an online appt, they called to confirm appt and confirm online price done. Car was done same day even ahead of schedule! Easy night drop off box as well. They called next morning to confirm they had my keys and work had already been started on my vehicle. They even put my new license plate on for me at no charge would recommend this to any looking for service on their vehicle!Services: Tires, Brakes

This is my second visit to this shop. The first was to replace the brakes on my wife's car. After a few months, the brake rotors were already showing signs of warping, despite being "new" installs. Fast forward to last week, we needed the tires rotated. They run their checks and discover that the two tires up front are pretty much shot. I call and speak to the tech and he's telling me the tires are Michelin brand (they're Goodyear) and they would be happy to price me a new set. Come to find out, after the rotation, the tires weren't even aired up to the proper levels. I'm having to play phone tag from out of town for work, so it appears they're trying to take advantage of my wife. Stay clear, they'll just double talk you.Service: Tires

The work itself was fine, but they were notified I wouldn't be able to return for my vehicle for several days due to Christmas and the blizzard/road conditions after. I was assured that was not a problem.They left my truck cab doors unlocked, (both of them,) for 6 days/nights, over Christmas and someone(s) ransacked my cab for all my cold weather gear, hand tools and other stuff. Went through my glove box, all my paperwork, medication etc. Left their fast food trash on my seat. I left both doors locked, triple checked before giving them the keys to leave with them.This was a break-down over a cross-country trip, so now I am headed up to northern Minnesota to work 3rd shift in the dead of winter without my heated coats, coveralls, lined pants, etc.100% preventable, but their carelessness now easily doubled the $1000+ repair bill at the worst time of the year to afford replacements. Will never take another fleet vehicle to a Firestone!

This is a great place. I took my car there to get 4 tires, front brake pads and rotors. It only took about 2 hours total. To me that pretty quick. Theyre upfront about cost and very detailed at telling you about other things that is wrong with your vehicle. They don't pressure you to purchase anything. They just want you to know about it. The front staff was extremely friendly and the tech crew seemed very efficient. James has a great staff.

I tried to book and appointment to get an oil change, trans fluid change and all around inspection and they denied my request twice and proceeded to call me and tell me they don t do anything with transmissions. I just said alright well I d still like to get my oil changed and an all around check done. They said well we have availability on Monday. I said alright what times do you have available?He did not tell me the times and all he said was just get your transmission checked first . And hung up.Guess I have to wait until Monday to find somewhere that will actually provide me service.

I live about an hour and a half away from this Firestone shop, but I would drive this distance again if needed. From my phone call to my check-in, Blake was my contact. This young man was courteous, honest and helpful, not just to myself, but to every customers that walked in while I was waiting on my vehicle. This is the type of person every shop needs dealing with customers. No only was Blake on point with customer service, the tech that looked at my car gave an honest opinion on his findings and an unexpected resolve to the issue that 2 other Firestone locations couldn't seem to address. I was highly impressed with this business and do recommend this location if ever you need services they offer. Firestone, you should look at his location as an example of how your shops should be running.

Very mediocre service. The general manager was not very nice or helpful with questions. Prices are too high and seems like mostly just mark up for simple parts.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Firestone for many years! My all time favorite store manager is James! He is so very helpful and kind. Always takes good care of me. He originally worked at the Firestone in Alcoa, and then transferred to Cedar Bluff! I was on vacation in Florida and had a flat tire and bent rim. I instantly called James. He went above and beyond to take care of me, in another state! I am forever grateful! I will now be following him to Knoxville, I trust him to take care of all of my needs!!! Thank you James!!!
