I have been using the services of this store for a couple of decades, and I have been treated fairly by a friendly and knowledgeable staff for all those years. They are just as quick to tell me that I don't need something as to tell me when I do. There are no attempts to sell me something I don't need. Any recommendations made are always reasonable and make a lot of sense. I will continue to go there and also to recommend this store to my kids and grandkids who have just started driving.

I went in because I had actually 2 nails in a tire. Looking at the tires it was clear I needed new ones. They went out to pick them up! We discovered the brakes were bare so they replaced the break pads and did the alignment. All on the spur of the moment and in only 2 and a half hours. Great service!

Overall, the experience was good although I was disappointed that I wasn't given the opportunity/option to decline road hazard coverage for the tires I bought. I only realized after I got home and reviewed my invoice that I was charged for this. Given the choice, I would have declined it.

Ok you guys, I just want to acknowledge Jerry at Firestone Fountain City. I brought a family members car in there in which I thought was doomed but Jerry made what seemed impossible- possible. Jerry communicated every detail with me and I am very thankful for his service and kindness. Would definitely recommend that if you go here to ask for him! He s the best

Mike was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. We hit the second largest pothole in Tennessee and it released the air pressure from both passenger side tires. Firestone Complete Auto Care Knoxville Broadway got us in and out so quickly that we arrived home about 4 hours after we intended. Great, great service for our little emergency. Highly recommend.

I have used Firestone Complete Auto Services for many years. Always professional, always great service. Yesterday I awoke to a low tire sensor on my vehicle that did not resolve when the temps got into the 50s. I found a screw in my tire. I called the closest Firestone store. Was worked in during a very busy time and I was done in less than an hour. I cannot compliment them enough.

My wife and I were driving homoe from our anniversary trip. Getting to firestone, Jerry was absolutely helpful. He did not stop until my radiator got fixed. He excelled as a customer service and as an employee. It made us feel comfortable knowing he actually cared about getting our car fixed for us.

The dealership said I needed new tires soon. But the honest and reliable mechanics at Firestone in Fountain City, especially Jerry, said no way. The tires were perfectly fine. A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold!

My bf took his new car(to him) in for an oil change and the person working on his car apparently didn't know how to use the lift and now his car is scratched and dented all in the driver side. They said they have to file a claim. They also made him pay for his oil change after the damages. This is a shame that a business would do this. Now that's 2 firestones that won't be getting return business due to lack of knowledge and caring.

I needed some maintenance work done to my truck. I spoke to John N the manager about other concerns I had with the vehicle. John assured me he would check over my truck and give me a list of any other issues he thought should be repaired. He was very thorough and assured me the repairs could be finished in a timely manner. I would recommend using this Firestone and John for all your vehicle repairs.

I have never once had a bad experience here. Everyone has been so kind and respectful. The job has always been done well. Everyone has been very accommodating and helpful. I ve been here multiple times for various reasons and never once have I been given a reason to even think about shopping anywhere else.

I went in yesterday to get my front tires replaced as they were way passed due. When asked if I just want middle of the road tires I said I wanted whatever is cheapest because I am a broke college student. Although I can t confirm 100%, I do believe he gave me more expensive tires than the cheapest because his quote did not match the price I saw on their website the day before. They did a good job replacing the tires and balancing them as my car was driving noticeably better after their service.However, my main issue is that after driving around for a couple hours I noticed the hood of my car was popped open on the drivers side. I tried to push it down but it would not budge. So I popped the hood and tried shutting it again, still the left side was popped open. I take a look on the engine bay to see if anything is wrong and I notice the air filter just sitting on top of my fuse box, preventing the hood from being shut on the left side. This type of negligence is very concerning to me. How can I trust Firestone to do critical work on my car when they can t even replace the air filter that they took out or notice that my hood isn t fully shut?Not to mention, while I was waiting for service I overheard someone else call and say that after an oil change they didn t provide a mileage sticker or turn off their oil light. I mentioned this to my Dad who said that they left the cap off of my sister s brake fluid after she received service there. This trend of small oversights makes me very hesitant to return to Firestone in the future.Service: Tires

I seem to always get a fair deal and the work is always Top-Notch. If other places will match Firestone then, they're already trying to OVER CHARGE you.!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Unhelpful. Went in to fix a tire and they tried to say it can't be fixed but I need a new tire. Yeah sell me something I don't need. Sounds like the normal corporate store. Stealing from people. And lie just to make a sale. Never ever go here. They will lie and cheat you. Stood there and listen to them tell a customer that Firestone was losing money because of the deal they where giving the customer. SUCH LIARS.

Awful experience. I called yesterday to get an appointment to have a tire looked at that keeps going low. I was asked tire size make and model and gave all appropriate information. I asked how long it may take as I have 2 small kids and was told 30 minutes to get in and then 10 minutes to fix tire.I came in today and they told me I had a nail in a different tire (not the one I was coming in for). They said the tire I had a problem with has low tread and needs to be changed as well but is not leaking and that my tire sensor is just off.I don't have a lot of extra money so opted to just change the one with the nail ( as I was under the impression it was the one that was leaking). Waited over an hour for the tire to get to the shop as it had to come from a different location (not sure why i gave the tire information yesterday if they werent going to makw sure they had some for the job.When I put my kids in the car I see that the tire I came in for to begin with was still low. I had to get my kids back out of the car and go back in. The guy filled up my tire with air and I explained that I came in for the tire to begin with and was told it wasn't leaking and that my sensor was wrong.He said " let me explain something to you" in a rude tone. Told me he didn't see any puncture in the tire and even if he did he couldn't do anything about it. He then proceeded to tell me " just save some money and get a new tire"Service was rude . I left in tears as the problem I came in for was not fixed. I feel like they didn't even look at the tire I came in for .Will not be going here again and would not recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Tires

I have been using this Firestone location for years and always receive quality, timely service. Yesterday, I had an appointment for an oil change and brakes but arrived an hour late due to doctor's appointment running long. They were still able to work me in and get my car done by the end of the day! They always add in the online coupons before I even ask to get me the best price. I drive for work, so I get oil changes, tires, and brakes often and I always have full confidence in Firestone Fountain City. They're doing a great job!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

They have always been not only good to my but also my children. They ve worked to fit us in at last minute never hateful or made us feel like we were a burden in any way. We go to three different locations in the Knoxville area and each one has great staff and helps with all our needs

I wish I could give 0.. My mother is about to turn 80. She has used this facility, over a decade. You took advantage of her age, and gender. Since she asked, I started looking over things. "Suggested" maintenance, she took your word for etc. Services she paid for, didn't occur. Some factory bolts are marked, couldn't have been removed, and realigned, some other things observed, gasket materials, it is PAINFULLY obvious, service not rendered. You have put "up sale" over actual need. I am 100% certain, beyond the shadow of a doubt, she has been charged for service that NEVER happened. Hope your bonuses were worth it.

This place is awesome! I was recently traveling to Knoxville from out of State. I had a major brake problem and called and spoke with John, the Service Manager. I explained I was traveling and my vehicle issue. John got me in first thing in the AM and his team had the major repairs done with 2 1/2 hours. Thanks John! When these places tell you they can fix your brakes. They don't mean repair, they only mean maintainence, you know, the simple things, when it gets into the booster or proportioning valve, then it's to mechanical for them to get into. But they damn sure will charge you 2 arms and a leg to "fix" your brakes only to leave in the same shape you were in. In the first place. So make sure you know what you're getting into with these legal robbers!.

I am very grateful for Matt P. and his outstanding costumer service. He made me feel as if I was truly in the right place and could trust my cars needs in the hands of the staff. Thanks to Owen for explaining how they repair a tire with a nail. My Mom and myself feel safer on the road thanks to all the staff. Great Job!

Very great staff. Needed tires done badly and they gave me some awesome tires. John the service manager was super helpful and booked my appointment for my car. Matt did an awesome job at keeping me up to date with everything and helping us for future jobs to be done on my car. All of them were very thourough and kind. Couldn't have been helped by better people. Thank you all so much for everything.

I purchased tires with road size hazard from this location back in March. What I didn t know, was the particular tire I purchased was an odd size. Unfortunately that tire was discontinued. As you could probably guess I picked up something in my tire that was not able to be patched. This location was extremely helpful in resolving the situation. I truly appreciate the customer service they provided.Service: Tires
