I have only had extremely positive interactions with this specific Firestone location.They have serviced my vehicles for the last five years and Cory Fryar, specifically, has always gone extremely above and beyond to ensure that my vehicles are in tip-top shape.Cory is the rare combination of a detail-oriented, master technician who is able to translate complex automotive terms and techniques to non-automotive experts.Cory and the Broadway Firestone location are the only people who I trust with my vehicles. They always take tremendous care of me and I truly trust their guidance and support. As long as Cory is there, I ll never take my vehicles anywhere else.Firestone, please give Cory a raise! He has earned it.

I have used this location for several years now for all my vehicles. They are always there to greet and meet your needs. This location works best for me as it is close and whether they can get to or having to drop it off is a breeze. The employees are kind and I feel they are honest. It makes a difference when they know your vehicles and the history of them. Thanks for all you do. A very satisfied customer.

The employees at this location went above and beyond.We had a flat tire and they did not have it in stock.They found a different location that had the tire in stock.We called the new location and they said they couldn t fix til Monday. The flat happened on Saturday at 4pm. We were traveling on vacation and needed it done that day.So the original location picked up the tire from the (bad Firestone) and fixed it for us.Thanks

We had a terrible day. To make a long story short, we had a flat tire on our way out of town and spent multiple hours waiting to see if we could get it fixed. The first place we stopped at were able to get the spare on but were out of the size tire we needed. I called Firestone to see if they had it in stock. They did. He said bring it by and they could get it on. We did and everything went smooth and fast. We were in and out in about 45 minutes and they were really busy. We were very thankful and the employees were helpful and friendly. We were from out of town and I would highly recommend this business!

They were able to take my car with no appointment, and I am satisfied with the work. The employees at the front desk were nice and helpful. The only reason it is not a 10 is because the bathroom was quite dirty, and I had to be there a long time so I didn't have a choice but to use it.

Worst place for customer service. NEVER GO HERE! called yesterday (friday) and talked to a guy about a tire that I needed of a specific brand. He didn't have that in house but had it in the warehouse and said he could get it there the next day. Said he would call in the morning about it. Then proceeded to schedule me an appointment to get the tire on for the next morning. When I got there the tire was not there like talked about it would be the night before. These kids that work there need to do their jobs instead of wasting people's time. Now I am stuck trying to find another place that carries those specific brand tires. Disgusting. DO BETTER!

They messed my wife's vehicle up when all we asked for was tire rotation and balance. The steering wheel had so much play in it that whenever you hit a pot hole (and there's a lot here in Knoxville)it almost throws you into another lane. You've lost a long time customer.

Firestone was able to get me in a timely manner. Everyone was professional. Gave me the estimate before starting the work. Thankful they were able to get me in and out on the same day.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Came here with a flat tire because I have ROADSIDE HAZARD WITH FIRESTONE only to be SENT AWAY by the SERVICE MANAGER because they want to close an hour early for a list of excuses he conveniently had time to share . HE COULD HAVE FIXED THE TIRE IN THE TIME HE LISTED ALL HIS EXCUSES FOR CLOSING EARLY! I m a woman and could ve fixed it in 5 minutes if I worked there . PATHETIC!! Told us that they should ve closed 30 minutes ago and told us to try somewhere else . NO CARE WHAT SO EVER FOR OUR SAFTEY!!!!!!!!!!!! USE SOME COMMON SENSE, STOP TRYING TO CLOSE EARLY WHEN YOURE SUPPOSED BE OPEN UNTIL 7, AND DO YOUR JOBS!!! Oh and MOST IMPORTANTLY, CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER S SAFETY INSTEAD OF JUST YOURSELF AKA YOUR JOB!!!!!! Thanks for literally NOTHING!!!!!!!!!

Fixed my car, but not until replacing a lot of things that were not needed. Their test drive was worthless and the mechanic left as fast as he could. We spent another 2 more hours and $300 more to fix what he didn't.

CAUTION IS NEEDED WHEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION My husband has a small box truck less than 9 feet tall. Two months ago this place changed the oil on this exact vehicle. The sticker on the window shows the address and date completed. Today he went in to get another oil change and the "in charge" employee said this location DOES NOT WORK ON BOX TRUCKS. The label on the truck's front window shows they did previously. My husband was not happy since we knew that was a lie. So 2 months ago was the last time this location changed oil on small box trucks less than 9 feet tall?? It seemed this "in charge" employee just didn't want to be bothered this weekend to do his job. So sad. Beware.

Had a tire go bad while traveling through Tennessee with a long way still to go. Codi had me in and out VERY quickly. I was back on the road and feeling safe again in no time. He answered all my questions, took time to make sure I felt good about it, and the price was great.Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

My car got in a minor accident and it looked like it was just cosmetic so my husband and I continued making our way from TN to IL to perform at a wedding. Our low engine coolant light went on just 30 minutes into our trip. (Radiator hose was cracked bad and leaking.) We pulled over at this Firestone location and had the absolute BEST experience. Each staff member was so kind and helped us to the best of their ability and got us all fixed up within an hour or so. Chad Gelhar did the repair and did such an amazing job. He s such an incredible mechanic and really knows what he s doing. Got it all fixed up efficiently and securely. We had a very safe trip back to IL, no issues. So so thankful. And Gene Gibson was so kind to us as well, he helped us find the part we needed and ordered it/had it delivered within minutes. We love this location and the workers there. I really can t say enough good things about it. Thank you Firestone Knoxville! You re all an amazing team. (Thanks Chad and Gene!)

Had an issue with a tire and needed it replaced. They got that done pretty successfully, however did not replace all the lug nuts. When a wheel only has 4 lug nuts, missing one seems like a pretty big oversight. Very unfriendly staff as well. The man checking me in simply walked off halfway through and left me standing there for over 15 minutes, meanwhile another worker came to the front and just ignored me completely. I was really surprised at the overall service being this bad considering all the great reviews.Service: Tires

Highly Recommend!!!!!Codi and his crew were phenomenal and speedy with service!I live down the street from a different Firestone. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to Codi at the Broadway location from now on!They were very very thorough and trustworthy! I went into this particular Firestone to have a screw taken out of my tire and have the hole patched. I showed the gentleman at the counter a picture of the aforementioned screw and its placement in my tire and he informed me that it would not be a problem and that they would be able to patch it.30 minutes later a different gentleman informs me that they are in-fact NOT able to fix it and that I would require a new tire. No explanation as to why.I've had problems in the past with various Firestone franchises attempting to charge me for services I did not want or need, so I decided to take my vehicle to Tire Discounters for a second opinion. They had no problem repairing my tire.I cannot help but feel as though there was an attempt made to take advantage of me. My advice is to either ALWAYS get a second opinion or avoid this place altogether.Service: Tires

I've taken my car to this Firestone location for 5+ years, and every single time the team there is incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. Service is excellent - I've had everything from oil changes to new tires to other issues taken care of quickly & efficiently here. One recent standout experience was the evening before Thanksgiving when I ended up with a nail in my tire. My car doesn't have a spare, and I was traveling across the state first thing the next morning. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed, and they kindly patched the tire and did it for free. Grateful to have found such an excellent auto care shop!

Very expensive to get tires or anything fixed and okay customer service. They only care about their business. They put a spare tire on for me but blew out right after I hit the road but thankfully no one got hurt and I got somewhere safely.

Great service and very caring! After breaking down 2 hours from home, Gene and Tony got us in right away & got our repair done quick to get us back on the road! Very helpful
