We had a flat tire and showed up at 8am on a Sunday to have it looked at. They had a full day of appointments ahead of us but worked us in and were able to fix it so that we could drive back to Nashville. They were courteous, professional and had a heart. John N went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. My daughter will be going here for all her car needs.

I recently had my vehicle serviced here. John, the new store manager was very courteous, professional and took all the time I needed to ensure my questions were answered. The wok done on my vehicle was done correctly and I was out of the store and on my way in a reasonable time frame. I did call ahead and schedule an appointment. I'll be back. Good service like this deserves customer support.

Dan went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I needed a new set of tires after a flat that happened just before the blizzard of 2024 kicked off. Dan made sure it was completed and then came in the next day (when the rest of the world was shut down) to make sure I could pick it up as I had something important in the car I needed. Excellent customer service, will be back.

Yesterday while driving on the interstate I ran over some debris on the road that must have fallen off a truck and ended up completely destroying my front driver side tire and TPSM sensor. Because of a recent purchase of 4 new tires from Firestone at the end of January I searched on my phone for the nearest location and ended up finding the Knoxville Tennessee location on Kingston Pike. I was still pretty shaken up when I arrived and was very grateful for the prompt service and care provided by John. I arrived after 4pm and they were closing at 5 for a special staff meeting but John got right to work getting my car sorted out. The location ended not having the tire I needed in stock so he requested one be brought over from the next nearest location that had it in stock. I think in total I was only there for 45minutes and in that time they changed my tire and installed a new TPSM sensor. Meeting John and having my car fixed in such a timely manner really made my bad day much better.

Quick in, emailed work order, professional manner by Dan, good communication - two calls, emailed invoice - work done on time. Price a bit high but good quick service. Appreciate people who are willing to work to high standard!

The staff makes all the difference at a service center location. I moved my maintenance to this location because Dan is a great person to interact with and is transparent in his recommendations. Dan takes into consideration repairs he knows I'll do on my own but still informs me of their needs. I had previous worked with Dan at the Clinton Hwy location. The Bearden store is currently short staffed and wait times are longer than most would like for a 'wait' service so I opted to drop my vehicles off. Dan was very clear about the expectation of turnaround time. I wish Dan the best of luck in bringing positive reviews to this location.

I'm very happy with Firestone's service! I didn't even realize that my tire had a warranty, so I only had to pay the installation fee. The tire was done extremely fast too!

Had brakes and roter for $770.81 and brakes are still making whistling noise as well as brake dust still showing on hubcaps I would try for the fourth time and hopefully this time they fix it the right way, or I will be seeking legal action.

Bearden location. After buying 4 new tires and an alignment package, the next visit i was informed I needed a transmission mount to be fixed for $1,500.00.My van MIGHT book for $2500. After further investigation, from a trusted mechanic, I need an entire transmission! Mine is cracked. About $ 5000, installed.. They were incompetent or just looking for a quick upsale. Bad buisness. My tires and alignment and friendly front worker Glen is the only reason for 3 stars. Beware!

Was able to get in and out within 15 minutes. The weather was terrible and the store was busy and it was great that I was able to bring the tire in, have it replaced and put back on the rim in 15 minutes. Thanks

Do not take service from this place. Worst experience I've ever had. Engine light went on after taking oil change this location. After that, I made an appointment and few days later brought my car to this location. First, they diagnosis (P2187 code) that the car need to replace PCV diaphram. I accepted the service and paid immediately after. After receiving the car, my car suddenly shut down as soon as I started it. Panicked, I called a mechanic and then my car was returned to auto center. Here, they restart the engine and say that the car needs to run for a while to be able to start normally. I agree, but after receiving, the car, the engine light is on again. I called them back, they booked me an appointment to check the car again. On the appointed day, I brought the car in, they reset the computer and reconnected the battery. They said, the car is perfectly fine now. However, after receiving the car and traveling 5 miles, the engine light came on (again). This time I was really tired, but still had to bring the car back to check it out. And this time, they told me my car got engine oil leak which they cannot fix. And they just kicked me out like that, I tried to call back to get refund because they did not fix the problem. But no! No refund! Totally, I paid $329 for diagnosis, PCV diaphram and $90 for oil change, and $60 for uber. And the problem is still there. SCAM!!! GOT nothing but frustration and fatigue. It is 3 weeks, over $500, and all I got is Disappointment. I was even stupid enough to sign up for a Firestone credit card. WORST AUTO CARE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!! I tried to contact customer care last Friday, they kept promising to respond within 2 days including weekend, and now it's 4th day but still no one reply. Lesson learned.P/s: Just updated, they did provide partial refund.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

If zero stars was an option . Dropped car off for a low tire, nothing was said about a wait. 3 hours later they quoted us another hour and said it would possibly not be done by closing time. Maybe let your customers know that a requested service wasn t possible before letting them sit in the waiting area for hours until closing time.

I paid for a door handle that will not retract, unless you push it in by hand, I have filed a complaint with customer service with no response This work was being done at Farragut Firestone. Prior to this I had a $2000 brake job Only to get leaking cylinders broken sensors With my brakes locking up going to work Firestone does not care To do the job correctly nor does customer service have any care to try to correct any issues I would recommend not to go to Firestone

If your car is about to explode, keep driving to the cedar bluff location.Today I pulled into this Bearden Location Firestone in a panic because my relatively new vehicle s check engine light was flashing and my car was shaking if I were to drive on any sort of incline.I am a member of their resolve program which is being phased out soon, but before I could even talk about what my issue was I was shooed away to a different location because no one on staff today could help me because I was a resolve member. What I needed done wasn t even covered by the plan but the staff there wasn t even aware of their own policies.Sad that I had to risk damaging my car even more having to crawl 15 min up the road to the cedar bluff Firestone, but I made it in one piece and am getting my problem resolved.Do not recommend this location.

I ve been going here for a few years, and the service has slowly regressed in that time. The most recent time I brought my car in for an appointment at 8 am. They said they would call when it was ready, and I called at lunch and at 5 pm for updates with no answer or voicemail. I came in at 6 pm to ask for my car and they hadn t even started on it. They quickly changed my oil, and I had asked for the air pressure in my tires to be checked. On my drive home, my tire pressure indicator went off and when I checked my tires, two of the four were low. It seems to be a pretty busy season for them, but the stress is apparent in the way the employees interact with customers.

Thanks to Jerry for diagnosing my son s car on a quick turnaround- it was a problem they don t handle (exhaust) but he sent us photos and pointed us in right direction quickly. Very thankful

Walked in Saturday morning and Gene was the only person in the store. Didn't greet me, just acted like he was too busy to deal with a customer. When I finally got him to look up at me, I told him I knew they were probably very busy but was there any way I could get me tire repaired, there was a nail in it. He told me, "If you're lucky, maybe Tuesday.". I couldn't believe he talked to me like that. I said, "No thank you." and walked out. I know businesses are understaffed but sheesh this guy shouldn't be dealing with customers, he's definitely the bottom of the barrel.

I have been using Firestone Bearden location from Jan 2022 and I really like the way how their most experienced manager Jerry goes above and beyond for customer service. He is an amazing gentleman with a great personality who likes to under commit and over deliver. Being an engineering background, I have a tendency of getting to the root cause of issues and understanding what caused an issue and how can we prevent that in future. Jerry was exceptional in explaining to layman with the right amount of details so I understand and agree. He constantly communicate with the technicians to make sure their car service is of good quality. Really love talking to Jerry and knowing about nitty gritty details about my car. He is very transparent and never on the look out for minting money and just give the right trusted advice for your car which will make you and your family feel safe driving the vehicle. Thank you Jerry! Thank you Firestone!

Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars. Went in for an oil change and everyone seemed nice. Place smelled terrible but it's an auto place, it's kind of expected. First issue, they didn't give me a sticker on my window. For me the sticker is important. It helps me stay on track and not be late on my oil changes. Second mistake, exactly 3000 miles after getting my oil change, I discover that they had destroyed my oil pan. No clue what that is but needless to say, my car had NO oil left at all. Let me remind you, it's only been 3000 miles since the oil change. Now I have to spend $40 extra dollars because they broke something without fixing it. Never, and I mean NEVER returning to Firestone. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but I strongly believe that they deserved this one.
