My fiance turned my car into a Dollar General and somehow popped both right side tires. Luckily I was able to get the car towed here and this Firestone was amazing. They had me in and out in under 2 hours with no appointment at all!

Honorable Mention: Logan & WayneLocation: 5523 Clinton Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37912I had a minor inconvenience that led to a life time of using and recommending Firestone.I did not have an appointment, but Wayne was able to get me into the already busy schedule. You can tell that he is passionate about his job as well as his customers.Logan, even though I believe he should have got off at the same time I arrived, without hesitation offered to look at my car before he left. Not only was he efficient but he was very knowledgeable about his job.The positive attitude and willingness to assist that these two showed should be recognized. I hope your company knows what you have with these two and I hope that they get the recognition that they deserve (bonus, raise, extra vacation, etc ;))!Thank you to Logan and Wayne who were not only helpful but genuinely made my day better.

I always get good service at Firestone. I have been going to the one on Clinton Highway for over 30 years. Fast, professional service. Very friendly staff. They explain everything.

We were traveling from Michigan to Florida when a "run-flat" tire blew out from a large pothole on the expressway. We made our way to Knoxville area and contacted the dealership first thing in the morning. Even though the tire was not in stock and had to be delivered from out of town, these folks had us back on the road within three hours. Great service!!! Very accommodating!! Highly recommend these folks!!!

I've always been happy with the service!However, the prices are extremely EXORBITANT!!! The highly inflated charges for parts is unreasonable, labor charges seem fair. In past I've elected to do some repairs myself after being quoted by Firestone.

Me and my mom has been going to this store for almost 30 years. We have always been treated and they worked with use on all the work we've had done in the past. We got my cousin to take his car to have a engine dropped in. He has no money to put down on it and they knew that at the beginning of apply for there credit card they told him, he was approved. On pick up of his car they decide to lower his card limit and now wants 3/4 of the bill up front. So now they will not release his car to him. He can make it to see his kid make it to court and to work. This has hurt the view of this business. They are probably going to lose use as customers infuture projects and jobs.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and very helpful. I took my car in for an alignment. After putting the car in the air and looking, I was told because of extensive rust they would be unable to do the alignment. They didn't charge me anything even for the attempt. I will have no problem using them again in the future!

Although it was a complicated arrangement involving more than one vendor and there was a scheduling oversize the team at the Clinton highway location bulked through and still completed a quality service on time.

My car originally had a issue with the gear shift being stuck in park and engine issues when we arrived. I paid 500 dollars for them to fix it only to find out 2 days later the entire transmission needs replaced!! They let me drive it home and completely destroy the transmission after claiming it was completely fixed. On my way to work I had to pull over to have it towed because it wasnt acting right. I'm beyond furious. How does this happen? I will never ever recommend or go to this place ever again. I can't believe this. Now I'm out almost 5000 dollars on a 2008 car that I need for my job. This negligence has cost me greatly.Service: Electrical repair

I have been a custom for over 2o years and they treat me like this. I went to Firestone to see what was wrong with my car. They called and said it was ready. I pick it up and drove it home just to have it tow back which was doing the same thing and out of oil. They call the next morning to tell me that that motor was about to go out. They did not do a diagnostic to see if it was they just assume it was because of the metal shaving in the oil. Long overdue review. I have been going to this location for 6 years now. I have had bad experiences with other mainstream oil change places in the past; many of them don t realize that I know about cars until I start talking shop with them. I ve never once had to talk shop with this location; they have always been 100% truthful and have always looked out for my best interest. They do quality work. Yes, sometimes it takes a bit longer, but that s simply because they have a huge demand due to their trustworthy practices. Thank you guys!

I wanted to write about my experience with Firestone on Clinton Hwy. My daughter had to go to Firestone on Clinton Hwy to have a tire replaced. She asked for the least expensive tire and they stated the tire would be $170 not including tax. (The tire is for a Nissan sentra.) This is the 2nd experience (Murfreesboro and Knoxville) within 2 months at firestone that they purposely charged the most expensive tire they could find in the store. Anytime they see a young female, they take advantage of them. Shame on all of you guys.I am cutting up the Firestone credit card and throwing it in the trash can. I am also calling the corporate office and letting them know about the quality of people (franchisee or corporate management) they have representing them!!This review is meant for future customers to avoid these dishonest people. It is not a matter of the dollars, it is a matter of trust! Once broken, it is almost impossible to mend!!

Extremely rude customer service up front, I believe his name is Chris. I have been a customer of Firestone for 6 years and brought multiple cars to them. I came in for an alignment, rotation, balance, and oil change. I left there after all was completed. That night my steering wheel began shaking up braking, which it did not do before I arrived. Took my car to someone else for a second opinion and they showed me that my tires were completely unbalanced. Dealing with rude customer service and now lack of trust this location has lost mine and my family s business.

New tires all around, alignment, and purchased road hazard just in case. Dan got me in and out quickly and the service was awesome throughout! No high pressure sales pitch to encourage me to buy more expensive tires. I have zero complaints!

These people are thieve.Was going to charge me 1500 for a fuel pump. Call the car dealership $500 was their price. Don't forget the faulty tires they used to sale

These guys absolutely slayed! I had an out of town trip planned before finding out the same day that my tires were basically shot. This was around 1pm and I needed to be on the road by 4:30 at the latest. This was on a Saturday no less! I called a Firestone location where Gene told me he didn't have the tire I needed but that I should call Chandler at a different location who did have it. They did but unfortunately his shop couldn't put them on but he offered to call to see if another shop could. He called the Clinton highway shop and sure enough they could put them on for me. I got to the Clinton highway shop around 3 where I met Chris. An hour and half later my tires were on and I was on the road right at 4:30!Throughout the entire process Gene, Chandler and Chris were super helpful and extremely polite. Amazing service from all 3! And on top of that I got a GREAT deal on 4 new tires. Thanks so much to the Firestone team, you're the best!

I ll never go back to Firestone again !!! I just bought a set of tires there about a month ago and got a screw in one. After spending over $700 there you would think they would fix a flat on tires with only 227 miles since installed as a customer courtesy ??? Nope, Chris said I would have to pay $20 bucks !!! I m going to cut my Firestone Credit Cards up after about 15 years of doing business with them !!!! Very disappointed I see why their ratings have declined.Update 3 years later . Haven t been back and never will !!!!

I'm absolutely speechless right now. I had an appointment at 1:00 today, and when it was made, I clearly stated that I would be waiting on the vehicle, and that I wanted tune up, transmission fluid change, radiator flush and fill and battery check. When I walked in, I was asked if I could be helped, I stated that I had an appt., and was asked the same question again. So then I proceed to tell them what I needed, and should be in the computer from my call, and get told I'm only down for a radiator flush, and it would be several hour wait. How do people not understand plain English when they call to schedule an appt.? Absolutely unimaginable and incompetent customer service skills.

Chris, Dan and the whole crew were awesome, very informative, kept me constantly updated about my vehicles .I purchased 4 tires for one vehicle and had another one aligned, all in just a few short hours. I have not been to this shop in a number of years, but after meeting these guys today I am once again a regular customer. Highly recommended!! Thanks a bunch

This will be a mixed review. I have been a long standing customer of this particular store and would regularly recommend them. However, perhaps the current situation in our nation is affecting them in the same way as other establishments. They really tried to accommodate me in an emergency situation by squeezing me in and giving me an appointment today. But when I got there I was told there was no one skilled in the problem my vehicle was having. The manager on duty was very apologetic and highly upset, frankly more than I was. None the less, I am now sitting at home with a still broken car.

Rude employee basically refused service to me when I had a flat tire while traveling through. Came out of the shop and stated it would be 3-4 days to get a tire for my vehicle without even knowing what tires I had on. After I told him they were just regular tires he then stated it would be 3-4 hours to get a tire put on. Went down the street to national auto and tire service and was back on the road within the hour.

Made an appt night before and was able to schedule one for before noon the next morning. Staff super friendly. Lobby wasn't crowded at all. Only took just over an hour to have rotate and balance of tires and a 4 wheel alignment. Cost was lower than I expected as well. Will definitely take back for my car repairs.
