Come up for Thanksgiving to visit my brother and his wife. Stopped in the day before Thanksgiving and asked if they could install a bed cover on Black Friday. They ordered it and got it installed as promised. Really good bunch of guys. The store had a good retail selection and great warehouse support. Would definitely recommend for all custom car needs.

Outstanding job on my F150. I live 6 hours away and purchased a truck from a nearby dealer. The dealer took my truck to Line X of Knoxville for a bedliner. These guys did an outstanding job spraying my truck to include the bottom of the tailgate and the area that is exposed just below the rear of the bed when the tailgate is open.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They offered the best price and did a great job installing our Westin 4" Pro Traxx step bars in the amount of time they estimated. And they have a lot more accessories to consider. I would definitely recommend them and may go back for splash guards or a cool bull bar I saw on the wall.

Had my truck be lined and tailgate redone after an accident. Both jobs came out great and couldn't be happier with the product. This last time in, I had my 1 year old with me and was kindly helped by Caleb in getting me moved back into my vehicle. Pappy behind the counter was great too.

These folks are great. Entire staff is knowledgeable on their product line and eager to answer questions. Nice clean facility, professional interaction on the phone and in person. Their service is on time and high quality. Had both my bed liner and tonneau cover installed here and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend.

They did a beautiful job on the bed liner of my 05 Silverado. It looks brand new. Check them out for bedliners, bed covers, step bars, and many other accessories for your rig. They even do lift kits.

One word, AWESOME!!!!!!Pricing was lower than I expected!When dropping off I was going to Uber back but they gave me a ride. While ridding I discovered the owner was the one giving me a ride in his personal vehicle, he did not have to do that but he did. That is customer service!Went to pick the truck up and the job they did far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price they did it for.HIGHLY recommend this business!

These guys are very professional and super nice, I went in today to order a bumper for my FJ cruiser and everyone was so helpful. They offer a lot more than Line-x too. They had a ton of bed covers, step bars and lighting solutions as well. I will definitely do business with them again when I'm ready to do more upgrades.

Had a bed cover put on my truck as well as rain guards/visors on my 4 windows. This was my first experience with them. They were very helpful and did not try to oversell more expensive items. Very professional. I will be recommending them to people I know and will definitely use them when I get more additions to my truck.

I just had my rocker panels on my Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 replaced with Weston HDX side steps. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice. I received excellent service up front from David and Bill. David was able to order and schedule the steps quickly and efficiently. They look awesome! I highly recommend Line X of Knoxville.

Our experience was good. The men.there were friendly and helpful and got the truck liner sprayed in record time it seemed. The liner looks great and will last as long as the truck does for sure..

They did a great job spraying Linex in the bed of my new truck. They even sprayed under the bed rials and the very back/bottom of the bed - which was good. My only gripe is that they put a Linex sticker on my back window without asking. This was little more than a minor annoyance, as it easily came off. My suggestion would be to include the sticker with the warranty paperwork and receipt, thereby allowing the customer to decide whether they want to install it themselves.

My Line X of Knoxville experience has been outstanding. They demonstrated a very prompt and professional, customer service based experience. They worked my truck in quickly and were more than accommodating with the difficulties that my work schedule caused. The bed liner looks great and we could not be more pleased. They provide a wide range of vehicle accessories. The lining the use to spray on is very durable and also has a great appearance. Their customer service is of the highest quality. They also stand behind their work. I had a bolt vibrate out of my bully bar shortly after I purchased it over 2 yrs ago. I finally got around to going back, they looked up my purchase and replaced as well as retorqued all of the bolts at no charge. I was surprised after 2 yrs I expected to pay. I went to Line X because it was part of a new truck purchase deal for a spray liner. I've never had a Line X spray liner, but believe what I've read and heard from others it's a good product. The guys working the counter are knowledgeable and took a lot of time to talk to me about the process and other accessories. The Line X spray liner took 2-3 hours to apply and looks great. My only negative comments about the experience are: (1) they should ask the owner before sticking a Line X yellow/blue logo sticker on a vehicle's surface, (I was quite angry because I don't stick ANYTHING on my vehicles and even removed the dealer sticker after buying the truck), (2) the spray lines on the termination points were not as sharp as I would have liked (a little over spray), (3) the plastic grommet holding a wire from the body to the tailgate was not clipped in place (which could have caused a pinch if not caught), and (4) there was a large strip of masking tape left on my cargo light housing. My advice - ask owners if it's okay to apply stickers to their vehicles and have someone do some quality control before turning the keys back to the owner.

Excellent customer service with attention to detail. Chris was great and patient with my questions. He explained the entire process for a spray in liner and assured me my truck would return without a scratch. Additionally, I left my iPod and several other important items in the truck and they we're all there when it came back! This business supports the military too!

This company has any kind of cover for the back of your pickup you want. We got a great cover that sets off the truck extremely well and I am very satisfied with it. The cover and labor are a bit pricey but I wouldn't trade it for the world!

Had a tonto cover installed on my new RAM 1500. They had the one I needed in stock and installed it the same day. The $30 military discount was also nice

Had an appt for a Line-x standard spray. Was pretty quick and they did an excellent job. The install looks perfect. Good work, quick service. Definitely would recommend.

I emailed and asked if they had some Weathertech floor mats in stock. Ken was quick to respond. He didn't have them, but said he could by the next day. He called me the next morning and I picked them up later in the day. The gentleman there even moved my existing mats to my trunk and put the new ones in for me! Excellent customer service; highly recommend.

Spray on liner is great, have had it in my truck for 7 years and it has held up very well. Also purchased a bed cover that started to break down after 5 years or so and when I went back to get a new one, they helped me get warranty coverage and replaced it at no charge. I highly recommend LineX of Knoxville.
