No longer offer tire service! Told me I need to pull around to front when I arrived bc I had pulled to back bc that s what I had done before. Told them I needed a tire and they replied we don t do tires anymore! . When they clearly had used tires in back behind a partition.

After calling and talking to Paul just to get the run around and finding out that ez tires is the same guy. Was told 25 dollars a tire any sz any tire 25 flat rate and out the door. I waited 45 min. With no one showing up then lied to again about the address but all in all the last address he sent me to was central tires and they explained everything to me so shame on u Paul and u can go eat a bag of d!c$s!!!! And central tires will be getting my recommendation ty to the guys there but not u Paul anyways imma end my review here before I expose Paul for the pos he really is.

Took my car there to get the breaks replaced and afterwards I noticed that my car was having all sorts of issues. The car makes a strange vibration sound when I drive and the brakes seem kind of off when I hit the brakes.

If you call Paul will say 25$ a tire but he is lying to cause issues with the business because he no longer works there

After getting lied to and being sold the wrong tires twice for my car I pulled into Broadway Tires and immediately knew they cared about their customers. Paul listened to my rant about having trouble with getting the right tires and told me he d get me what I needed and it was even in my price range. Very friendly staff and definitely care about their customers. I will definitely be back in the future for any car needs. Thank you guys!! :)

Can t give enough praise to this local tire shop. I didn t have a spare and was stranded on I-40 W headed to Texas. 7pm and no shops open, except this one. A couple shops were closing and were rude cause they were about to be off work, not these guys. They had my tire in stock, drove 15min to where I was on the side of the highway, took my tire off, drove back, mounted the new one and came back and installed it for me all within an hour. Great customer service, excellent professionalism and efficiency.

We are from Indiana and we were traveling and got 2 flat tires on 275. The tow company towed our car to a place that was already closed for the night. We called them and they drove to us changed our tires and got us back on the road within an hour. The guy was very friendly. I would highly recommend them. The prices are amazing too!!

VERY NICE PEOPLE AND REALLY GOOD DEALS WHO ELSE WILL GIVE YOU A 2 WEEK WARRANTY WITH A SET OF USED TIRES. $50 A PIECE FOR FIRESTONE TRANSFORCE HT LT 275/65R18 MOUNTED AND BALANCED!!! YEAH ILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!THANK YOU VERY MUCHPO-BOY

Open late, excellent service, and literally saved me hundreds on tires. I traveled 62 miles to give Broadway Tires my business because the other tire stores were closed. I don t regret it a bit! If you live in the Knox county area or in any of the neighboring counties, you d be a fool not to give this place your business. Paul is professional, precise, and really cares about his customers and his business. He also does his work right in front of you, giving you the opportunity to see all of the maintenance being performed on your vehicle. (He is the first mechanic I ve seen do this. Others will make you wait in an outdated waiting room while they re doing God knows what to your car.) And did I mention that Broadway Tires stays open late? Give Broadway Tires your business. You won t regret it.

Family owned and operated. Very friendly staff. I brought in an f250 and had them put 37 inch tires on it. Price was very fair. I felt bad since it was late in the day and they were tired so a little tip and helping them move tires meant a lot to them. Strongly recommend and support your local shops!

This tire store offers new and used tires at a very affordable price that the competition would have a difficult time beating. The cashier Lucy went out of her way to ensure my family and I had an amazing experience taking care of this mundane task. She was able to sell me used tires for my vehicle that saved me over 3 hundred dollars at Christmas time which was a true blessing

I would highly recommend! They were very honest and got my tire fixed in 15 minutes. I was expecting to buy a new tire but he said he was able to fix the leak and only charged me $15 to fix my tire. I will take my car here from now on.

The guys here are amazing!!!! Just bought me 4 tires for a very reasonable prices mounted & balanced also. Super friendly guys. I had some other things quoted there very reasonable priced!! Thanks guys u helped me a lot in a time of need

Definitely an older shop, but with the tools and passion to rival any larger name. The father and son duo that run this place clearly care about their business as well as the customer. I needed two tires installed after work one night - came in at 7:30PM and was out, mounted and balanced, before 8PM. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I would give this shop a NEGATIVE 20! I really wish I had read the reviews here before going back to Po Boys. I had visited them about 4 years ago and had a good experience. A few days ago I bought 2 front tires from them that will last me about 4 months if I'm lucky, and had a leak in a back tire plugged. Was told my plug was guaranteed as long as I had that tire because I had asked about whether it would hold up or not. Well... it didn't even hold 2 hours so I went back and he redid his p;lug the next day. Day after that still leaking - so I went back today like I had before to find the guy who was nice enough, Jason, had broken his arm, so he got his brother to come help me. Big mistake! His brother was rude and pretty much told me without looking at the work his brother had already done that he didn't have any tires to sell me and that sometimes plugs don't hold. I asked him why then would his brother tell me it was guaranteed. And he immediately told me to not have an attitude and started to yell and cuss me out. I told him I was not having one at all and he continued to scream at me while my car was still jacked up, preventing me from leaving. So I waited for him to lower my car feeling somewhat threatened for no reason other than his crappy day. Leaving the lot I went to another tire place who immediately pulled my tire off the rim and found that Po Boys had poked a hole into my tire next to the leak and left the staple that caused my leak in the first place in my tire. They also found that one of my lug nuts was missing. I suppose the grumpy brother is holding it for ransom! But honestly - this place needs to be SHUT DOWN.... terrible tires - terrible service - threatening people is not how you earn a living in the tire business.

II bought 2 tires from this location on 8-12-16. On 8-19-16, the front passenger tire blew out while driving with my kids in the car. While changing it, I noticed the front driver tire had a knot the size of a golf ball. Both front tires the manager sold me were bad and developed major complications in 7 days. I asked the manager if he could help me with replacing both bad front tires he sold me. He told me I had the wrong shop until I told him I still have my receipt. He then implied I am lying about said situation. He seems like a very nice man, however, has no integrity and is not a good business. I would not recommend him to my nemesis. My kids and I could have been seriously hurt and he refuses to warranty tires, help in any manner, or take accountability.

The team here is First-Class all the way. We had a blow out on the interstate while we were traveling from Chattanooga, TN to Richmond, VA. We changed the tire to the donut and sat looking and calling different tires places and they were all closed except for this wonderful place. Will recommend to anyone. They are wonderful and friendly people. Thank you again for your help.

Honest, friendly and great people. They do great work on your auto, detail, body and tire needs! Used tires even come with a warranty!! I have and will continue to recommend this place.

Coming from Myrtle beach South Carolina, on our way home to Clarksville Tennessee from vacation and my tire blew out. I called numerous people before broadway tire, and they all told me that they were closing and couldn t help me. (It was around 545pm) i found broadway tire on google and called her to explain my situation and the owner (she) welcomed me and my kids with opened arms. THE SWEETEST and friendless people I have encountered and great prices beating others around. I highly recommend! Thank y all so much !

I had just got a tire from this place. Went right down the street and caught a flat with the same tire I just bought. They told me they will come help me because my Rim is all the way to the ground. It took someone 45 mins to come help me, then when he got here come to find out the person who changed my tire stripped my lug nut. Now we are stuck waiting and the woman who answers the phone taking about he is helping another customer. WTH! DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I didn t!

Great place with great prices the people are real & wanna help in your time of need! I'm new too Knoxville but I refuse too go anywhere else! I Greatful too the owner & his staff, you need tires new or used stop by here they will get you taken care of! Thank you Paul & your staff @ Broadway Tires!

I will never go here again. I went on the 25th of may. And got 4 tires. I paid 200 for them. They looked new. I thought man they gave me a great deal. Once I get home. I have a flat tire. I take my car back the same day. He then plugged my tire. So the next morning I'm about to leave for work. I noticed my other front tire is flat. So I have my boyfriend put air in it he notices my Valve stem. Was broken. Which has a sensor in it. So I take my car back to them after work. He says I'll plug it and put you a new valve stem on. I'm already a little mad because I know I'm gonna have to pay 90 to fix my sensor. So the next morning after he plugged my tire. Guess what. The damn thing was flat again. So I put more air in it. Drop it off to get my back breaks done. He tells me the was they plugged my tire was not Legal. And I could get hurt driving my car like that. And they also forgot to put 1 of my lugs back on Which are factory rams. So I call them back and I tell the lady. She takes my name and number. And never calls back. So I get up this morning both of my front tires that they plugged. Are flat. So now I have to go buy some more tires after I just paid them 200 less than 2 weeks ago. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. And my name is Rhonda. I'm not sure why it says Amy Jones.

Tire they put on went flat before I even got home. They wouldn't pay for the tow back to their shop. Then they said it was my fault it went flat less than 30 minutes after they put it on and acted like they were doing me a huge favor to fix it. Absolutely scummy people.

Only had 60 bucks my wire was completely showing on my front tires Broadway tires helped us out very good customer service is very helpful the people are very nice and willing to help I d recommend the shop very much thank you Broadway tire you really helped us out
