Found a great shop conveniently located with a courteous staff and experienced mechanics. Willy is a great Jeep guy and has always diagnosed and made repairs properly. Chris, a manager has also been very helpful and solved some issues for me. The owner has gone out of his way several times to keep me informed and assured my vehicle was running smoothly as is their business.

I pulled up, was greeted by a technician, asked for an oil change, and was directed to the nearest bay. The technician made sure to guide me in nice and straight. The oil change took about 10-15 minutes tops- during which we had a nice chat. He even cleared the codes on my computer to help me clear out an error.Top notch staff. They even gave me advice on that check engine error as it turned out to be something they couldn't reset.

Went here after I was told by Tire Discounters that it would 2 or 3 hours to patch a tire. The gentleman who assisted me got right to it. No wait. I thoroughly recommend this place. Very professional people.

We take all our vehicles here for Oil Changes. Highly recommend, great staff, I have never had a problem in the years I've went to them for service.

Amazing took less than 15 mins and the staff was great !! It was affordable oil change as well and i got a $5 discount because its ladies day on Tuesdays. The place was clean and organized. 100 % reccomend !! The tech who helped me was superb and his name is "German" .. he was so helpful and friendly.

After many long years, I've officially cut ties with this place. Their lack of organization and customer service this morning was appalling. I booked an 11 am brake appointment online and received multiple confirmations via text and email. I show up and was briefly greeted by a tech. He told me he'd be with me in a few. I saw they were busy so i took a seat in the waiting area and patiently waited....FOR AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. no one acknowledged me or communicated what was going on...this was over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Finally i went and asked someone how long it would be...the guy on the oil side said he didn't know why no one came and got me..i told him that I'd like an oil change also..he said we can go ahead and do that...so I pulled my car into bay #1. I asked him if they were gonna be able to get my brakes started soon...he asked me if i booked my appointment online and i confirmed that i did...he then says "most of these guys are old school" "they don't check the computer" then told me they'd be able to do my brakes TOMORROW. I then told him to raise the garage door because I'd be taking my business elsewhere. He didn't say a word...just stared me down as i left. No apology...nothing....this was an all around bad customer service experience...if someone fumbles...you should own it, apologize once and try to resolve...period. Good luck to this business. If things like this are not addressed, could be very bad for the future.

Great Service and Friendly Staff! My wife and I both take our cars here. My last visit I called needing 4 Tires, they said they could get me in immediately. I pulled up and they pulled my car directly in and had the work done in no time at all. Excellent Experience, I Recommend to All.

Got my tires rotated and brakes done. Fast service!!!! Unfortunately they failed to secure my hubcaps adequately and I lost one, however several weeks later Ive found it and it's all good. I'll go back for more services in the future.

i have used this service station previously and was very satisfied with the their work HOWEVER i had a noise coming from my truck and Willie (tech) immediately knew i needed wheel bearings. I asked him if it was something they did and he confirmed it was, i asked him if they handled extended warranties and he again confirmed so I scheduled an appt for the next day (a friday). I dropped off my vehicle first thing and didnt hear anything until early afternoon. He said they had received the wrong part twice ( i need heavy duty bearing because I had four wheel drive) but it would be done that day. When I called around 5 he said they were just finishing up and getting ready to test drive and i could head that way. When I got there and went to get my keys and see if there was any charge to me I was told I owed 1300+ for the repairs. I asked about the warranty coverage and was told the manager had left for the day early and I would have to get with the warranty company for a refund of what was covered. I took the vehicle and have tried contacting the Express oil change manager and he has not returned my calls. I am currently fighting with the warranty company for a refund but they are saying the service station is supposed to call for preauthorization and should know that if they have ever dealt with an extended warranty. This is POUR BUSINESS practices and have they lost my business along with anyone that will read my FB group post, i talk to, and anyone reading this review!

Guys are super friendly and willing to help. Willie and David got my brakes and rotors changed on my Honda Accord in no time at all and at a fair price. They took me in last minute and treated me with kindness and like I was a regular. They took care of exactly what I asked for and didn't beat around the bush.Definitely would Recommend this shop if you need the help.

I stopped in today to have an oil change and tire rotation only to be told that the" pit guy" had left for the day. Very disappointing service.

Do NOT GO here why u ask i had my oil change today and first the worker didn't put in the right amount (it was low on the dip stick) after adding some to it it was to much he said it wouldn't hurt it i know better. So now am waiting for it to cool off some to check it myself.now I hope it doesn't hurt my motor that only has a little over 64000 miles on it and to top it if put intended they left my cap off where you put the oil back inI did talk to the manager Chris and he going to do the next oil change for freeI don't care about that what will happen if my motor goes boomUp date finally got home after almost 2 hours laterThey had to drain the oil out put more in take the extra power steering fluid out put more inAnd after all that they only gave me 2 free oil changesI don't care i WILL NOT BE BACK to get themAnd Chris the manager said if anything goes wrong with my motor (if it starts leaking) they would fix it as the pictures says Please tell your family and friends not to go here to have any work done to there car

I love Express Oil Change, this location is my favorite! I come here for all of my car needs. The staff are always super helpful and have no problem answering all my questions and explaining things to me since I don t know much about cars. I recently got work done on my car and they provided the service of bringing me home after dropping off my car and picking me up once my car was ready since I live so close to the shop. The staff always go above and beyond! Ask for Gerald, the general manager, or TJ when you go, but everyone there is wonderful!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

Very happy with this place! First time in, had my oil changed - friendly, quick, very reasonable. Second time, had my Honda Pilot diagnosed for the heat not working properly. They quoted me and had it repaired very quickly! Very friendly. Very reasonable. We really trust this chain. We've been both to the Cedar Bluff location and this one. Their quotes on cost are transparent, consistent, and reasonable. They do the work in the time they say they will. In other words, a very well run business!!

Entirely unprofessional and irresponsible!! I wouldn't take anything here for anything other than an oil change now. We have been here many times for multiple repairs and they are always unhelpful. They effed up a new tire installation and less than a week later when it's flat they charge us for mount and balancing a new one with the tire warranty even though it was an installation issue. If you have any amount of rust on your car they will be extremely rude and condescending about it. Never coming here again after spending over $2k here this year alone.

Jordan & Caden helped get my oil changed today! They were extremely professional!I am sorry they have to work with another apparently unhappy employee, who thought insulting me & my vehicle was cute. You disgust me! If YOU will be working at the new Express Oil on Kingston Pike, then I will continue to go see Jordan & Caden at Chapman Hwy (30 minutes away, but willing to drive for good service)!

Wow! What incredible, honest and genuine staff! I have been having some issues with my steering and the feeling of my car so I went to get it diagnosed. Tj was of great assistance and helped me have peace of mind with what was going on and was very genuine and honest with me! I have gotten my oil changed here about 5 times now and have nothing but good things to say. I really appreciate the speed and friendliness of the staff. Most places you go to get your oil changed, they try to sell you every replacement part known to man regardless of how frequently you replaced it, that simply isn t the case here and I appreciate that. I will continue to get my oil changed here!

We go here to get our oil changed in both our vehicles. Husband pulled in today around 5:30pm and asked for them to check his tire. They told him to come back tomorrow? They close at 6pm. Had only 1 customer in front of him. 2 of the employees just sitting down chatting with each other. I did call and speak with Chris who said he was the manager. He did say the female Jordan talked to my husband and checked the tire. She did not. She just asked another guy about the tire and the response was come back tomorrow because we start closing up shop at 5:30. Yet you close at 6pm. You just lost 2 customers.

James was amazing and efficient, thought I would have to leave my vehicle and 10 minutes later I was leaving! Oil change and filters and I'm back on the road! Went in for a oil change and have them check my ac. The assistant manager did the work and was awesome , he said my ac was super low and fixed it complementary . Pulled up at 12pm on a Saturday and was welcomed in immediately. Service was quick, professional and friendly. They were honest about my vehicle after inspection and did not make any attempts to offer unnecessary things. I will definitely be coming here for my next oil change. They also offer mechanic services which I will definitely keep in mind if I need any work done.

Very fast, thorough, polite, doesn't push add on services but will let you know if there is something needing attention soon. I made the mistake of going somewhere else 1 time and it was a nightmare! I learned my lesson! I'll never go anywhere else for oil changes again! Plus their prices beat the competition.
