Isaiah S. did a wonderful job! He was very clear and straightforward. He had clear recommendation, but did not feel like a car salesman. Perfect person to come to for a lady needing an oil change by herself!

Customer service is fantastic and they got the oil change done in 10 min 14 seconds. Ryan serviced my car and he was very helpful! I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Oil change was quick as described. My tech was nice and professional but the other tech in the other bay was unprofessional. He judged the person for not wanting to get a $20 tire patch for a nail in his tire and kept making remarks about how it s just $20. Not cool for him to do that and if I heard him, I m sure the owner of the other car did too. Kinda rude.Service: Oil change

Got my husbands oil changed here today. They notified me brake fluid was leaking; said it was a new leak but both the manager and the technician advised me to not even drive the truck due to risk of brakes failing. The technician (Dalton) said the mechanics do brake pad and fluid replacement there but he wouldn t give me an estimate and told me to ask my husband if he wants it done? Yea we want it done, just want to know the price first. It was very odd. Don t know if I ll return.

My wife had taken her car to the Express on Bearden Hill, and to their credit, they were also great. I decided to take mine to this location because it fit our plans better, and I have to say everyone there is super chill and definitely willing to help.Dallas assisted me from the moment I arrived for my appointment, and set clear expectations of the repair, and said he'd call within fifteen minutes. True to his word, almost exactly fifteen minutes later he called. What I appreciated about this part of the process is that he didn't try to sell me something I clearly didn't need. I thought it might be time for new tires, but he very helpfully recommended I could wait a little bit--something my dealership was adamant that I replace BEFORE they were willing to work on my struts. He gave me an estimate and an approximate time, and that estimate was exactly what I paid, and I appreciate the hell out of that.As I left, my battery died (it's not what I was there for,) and I once again got help from Dallas in the form of jumping me and diagnosing the battery health. We found out I have loose terminals, and this wasn't technically part of his job at all. He could have easily said to go kick rocks and call AAA or something, but he was actually willing to help me not only get my car running again, but figure out what the problem was. Dallas treated me like a homie today, and I highly, highly recommend this location. It's further out of the way, but I think I'll make the trip next time I need work done :D

Super place to handle just about all of your auto care needs. I m there every time I need an oil change. Mike, one of the managers there is super cool and very friendly. Check them out you won t be disappointed!

I had the best experience here with Alex! I brought in my car to get an oil change, which I ve only done a few times before, and he was so kind (and very patient) to help explain everything to me! He also cleaned my windshield and had the best customer service. Alex goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of I am so grateful for him and his hard work!

I have been here multiple time & it was great until today. A man came out to see what I needed done, I advised an oil change and said it would be just a moment. All 3 bays were filled and I was fine with waiting. Until almost 40 minutes pass. I have gotten my oil changed on my new vehicle religiously since 2019. It was absolutely ridiculous at that point. 3 cars to take over 40 minutes is insane. Called to speak to someone & was told Jeremy would call back. He did & left a voicemail. I called back, waited 15 minutes on hold then hung up. He called back and I advised him what happened earlier. He said they were fully staffed today so he was unsure why it would take them that long. Which honestly just makes it worse. He seemed like he didn t even care that someone had a bad experience at his location. This place has lost its touch and now I have to find a new company for my car issues. One that values their customers.

Took my bmw to this shop for an oil change. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Every member of a team is professional and polite. I don't have other issues with my vehicle, so I can't say about other services, but first impression is very positive and I'd recommend this place.

Went for a tire repair (nail in tread) without an appointment and was told they could start in 20 minutes. I came back at the agreed time; the repair took 20 minutes. I had my two young children with me and was thankful the waiting area and restroom were both very clean!

This place is my go to for any car troubles not covered under my warranty at Toyota. The people here are so friendly and down to earth. They are very honest and tell you like it is. I went in for my brakes and they told me to come back in a few months because they weren't ready to be changed instead of just doing the work and taking my money. I had Toyota tell me my brakes were going bad literally 3 months after getting them changed and I called this shop to have them inspect them. They were so helpful and quick and explained to me how much life is still on my brakes and even showed me with their tool so I could see for myself. They said don't always trust what the dealer says and they are so right. The gentlemen made me feel like I was right beside my dad getting advice and looking out for me. It's great that you can make an appointment as well to get in and out as fast as possible. 100% will always give my money to this place! Thank yall so much!

Well, I got my used car with 130k miles on it. Started doing my oil changes here. 1st guy to take care of me about 2 years ago was Jeremy. I am at 180k now because I do a ton of driving for work. The service is still great. I asked about Jeremy because I hadn't seen him. The attendant pointed at my service sticker and said he's my boss. She did just as good a job as Jeremy did on my first visit. She even fixed a brake light that was out.

Jeremy, the manager, is fantastic. He explained what was going on with my car in a way that I could easily understand. I was still a little unsure about what to do, and he even talked to my brother (a mechanic back home) and told him what he saw and what my options were. Very transparent with pricing and tentative timeline. Excellent service and everyone that I encountered there was so friendly.

I would recommend this shop to anyone needing maintenance work done on their vehicle. I have used them whenever I need an oil change or tire replacement/alignment for the last four years. Every member of the staff has been personable and helpful whenever I've gone. If I have an appointment they start working on my car as soon as I arrive, and if I need work done that I haven't planned ahead, they work me into their scheduled appointments and go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. They work quickly and I've never had issue with any of the work they've done. I am thankful to have a reputable shop right around the corner; that is rare this day and age!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Travis and the rest of the techs get you and your vehicle taken care of in a timely efficient manner. The techs also perform complete vehicle inspection very well, and caught a few things I had missed myself. No better price for a quick oil change. If you were to go to firestone or pep boys, you would be paying almost twice as much and waiting at least twice as long. Go here, and you won't regret it!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I rolled into this place today with a rapidly leaking tire. The technician came out and checked on the tire and assessed that it could not be repaired. I asked if they could put the spare on for me (my car has locked lug nuts and it's a hassle). The technician put the spare on for me and said, you're all set! I said, what do I owe you? He said it's no problem man, have a good day. How cool is that! Good people, helped me out of a jam. Truly appreciative!

I always use this Express @ the end of Ebenezer across from the Walgreens. They've always done me right in the past and are extremely fast too. Highly recommend dealing with Jeremy, he's the boss of the store and extremely nice guy who went over and beyond to show me the problems that need to be addressed soon with my Truck before disaster struck. He even fixed a couple of things on my truck for no charge. I was impressed.Thanks Jeremy, i'll be back! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

I stopped by on a busy Friday at lunch hour because my car alerted me I needed air in my tires. I pulled in and within 5 minutes Caleb had me ready to go. I asked what I owed and he didn t charge me! Great service! I ll definitely be back!

In and out in 15 min. Oil chance and new battery - great guy took care of my needs - I don t remember his name which is unfortunate.But it was quick and easy and on market value with minimal markups. - always great to see when you re needed basic work done in a pinch.

The service manager, Wayne, is very knowledgeable and very kind. He checked the oil change I paid for & then checked both air filters and replaced them, also changed out wiper blades.Most importantly, he told me how he has worked there since this store opened. He was a genuine employee and truly cared about the services being provided. I ve been going to Express Oil Change for the past few years for oil changes and tire rotation and balance and have never had any problems. Today I had my oil changed by Dusty, who was fantastic! He was very nice and talkative and made for a very pleasant experience. It s service like this that will keep me coming back! Plus the oil changes are done quickly and are very reasonably priced.Service: Oil change

You need to pay close attention or this place will rip you off. Their oil changes were usually in the $69.99-$79.99 range for synthetic, even after gas prices went up. I went in today and it went up to $115, with no notice. They also should know that a synthetic oil change lasts 5k-10k miles (my Toyota manual says it can go 10k miles between changes), but they still put 3k miles on your sticker, even after you request that they change it, because they "recommend" changing it sooner. Of course they do, it's more money in their pockets! Sorry but I'll stick with the recommendation from my car manufacturer and will avoid your business in the future.Service: Oil change

I love this shop! They are easy to trust with my car and Danielle is extremely knowledgeable. I thought I needed new brakes but she was able to get them checked out and told me the brakes weren t my issue! Their team resolved my problem and saved me money. I ll be coming back here every oil change on Tuesday for ladies day.

I have never been to Express Oil Change before but I drive by all the time. This morning my car completely turned off while I was driving. I had my two smallest children in the car with me. I was able to pull into the parking lot of Express Oil. My husband came and met me and when we couldn't get the car started he was able to get Wayne to come and look at it. It was before 8 when they opened and Wayne stopped what he was doing to come and look at my car. He was able to fix it. Turns out I just needed a new battery and cables. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and customer service that I received. The price seemed to surprise me the most. There was not any price gouging and the final price was extremely reasonable, although at the time I would of paid anything to have the car running for my kids and I. This will definitely be a place that I return to for any car service needs that come up. I highly recommend Express Oil on Kingston Pike!!!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

I heard good things about this place, so I gave them a shot. I did not regret it. I recently purchased a used car and didn t know when the last oil change was etc. The assistant manager took care of my vehicle with such friendliness and professionalism. I received an oil change, air filter, wipers and they did an overall safety check, making sure my lights worked and everything. I love the way they do business and I will not go anywhere else...greatest experience, hands down.

First time taking my civic for an oil change, but they also checked a multitude of other things on my car and gave me the option to replace some of those things while they do my oil change too. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my whole experience, and they even let me know that I should keep an eye on my serpentine belt and to be ready to replace it soon. The building itself was very well kept especially for a car servicing business. Was thoroughly impressed with Express Oil Change on Kingston pike and will definitely come back and would recommend this place to family and friends! 5 stars guys keep up the good work and GREAT customer service!
