Great Customer Service. Friendly Employees. Speedy, yet Efficient service. 10 out of 10 will always recommend! I normally use them for oil changes but have recently started going to them for tire services. Clean environment and the lobby snacks are an added bonus. Alex and the guys are perfect to work with.

Super Nice! Had a nail in tire and I was in a hurry. They got me in and out in time to make my appointment as promised. The place was new, very clean and had free coffee and cold water for customers.

Love the people who work here. Alex was incredibly helpful even before I arrived. I called ahead for some advice and when I came in he checked everything and found a screw in my tire. Thank goodness because I was about to travel out of town. He quickly patched it up, put air in my tires, and checked my oil. This is the only place I want to take my car to from now on. Wonderful people working for a corporation who knows how to hire great employees.

We've used Express for years now (two different locations) for all of our repairs and maintenance work. We take our Honda Odyssey and an old GMC pickup truck here. Always a great experience.Very friendly.No gimmicks.No arm twisting to get more work done.They often find ways to make me pay them less, not more.Highly recommend!

They are a wonderful, very friendly team, I received a lot of help from Dakota and the other young people. I had a very serious damage to my tire and they helped me with calls, locating nearby places so I could solve it, a screw broke, my tools were broken, it was something very serious for me, I received a lot of help! and my car rolled away... thank you!!! recommended!! 100%. appreciate. Alex and Terence were so helpful, kind, and respectful! Alex went out of his way to find coupons for me and to keep me updated on the progress. I showed up without an appointment and got my oil changed, 4 new tires, and new front brake pads and rotors installed and was on my way in less than two hours for a very reasonable price. I m already recommending them to friends!

I had a nail in my tire on a rainy Friday morning : ( Terence Posey, the service manager, got me in quickly to take a look. Although the tire couldn t be repaired, he offered me options with a no high pressure approach. The quick and courteous service was much appreciated.

Alex was great! I had a flat and they were able to get us in right away and fixed it in no time! Definitely recommend for any emergency repairs! They had a lobby with coffee and water for waiting customers.

The service here is amazing!!! All of the staff were so kind and sweet when I was there. TJ was very professional and knew his job. He had me in and out with no wait time. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great job guys.

We've been going to Express for years with both of our vehicles and highly recommend it. They're great for quick oil changes with kids in the car, and they're extremely helpful and informative for larger mechanical work as well. Michaela helped us today, and our oil was changed and a new headlight put in before I could even write this review!

Every time I go to express oil change, I always have the best experience, the staff is super friendly and greets you as soon as you pull into the driveway. Definitely recommend if you re like me with a busy schedule and can t really schedule things ahead of time.

I got stranded at work with a flat tire and Alex pulled over and helped out, stayed with me til I had a donut on to get home. Made an appointment next day and they took care of my tire, easy, fast, and painless. Good guys, good company.

In the two years that I have lived here service has been an 1 of 10. I have never lived anywhere where people strive for marginal. To my surprise I found the 10/10 service with Express Oil change and their assistant manager Kris. He is a young man that goes way beyond his call of duty to make sure your car is fixed and you are happy. I have been to several locations in Phoenix and always happy. Since moving here I visited the one off of Chapman and it was a poop show! Kris will eventually be manager if not general manager someday. He has an amazing work ethic and after 1 meeting I truly trust him. I am a very hard sell. We spoke for a little and I told him how much I appreciate him. He credited his mom and her work ethic. Thank you mom for raising a successful young man who is honest, sincere and hard working. Just when I want to give up on the Gen Z I get pleasantly surprised. Go by and visit him for your next oil change. you won't regret it! Thank you Kris for the great experience. Go and take on the world! He works at the 7000 Kingston Pike location.

Came in for an oil change and also to look at a plastic cover under my car. Alex was very nice and welcoming, and the team was able to find a clip to keep the plastic on.
