Years ago when Rick had just left the dealership and was opening his shop, my wife and I needed someone to work on our BMW. Even years after Rick has serviced our vehicles, he still gives the same excellent level of customer service as he always has and that alone is enough to keep these guys at the top of your list when it comes to a European Auto Repair Shop. These guys have never returned a vehicle to us with a fingerprint on it, and they have saved us so much money from visiting the dealership. If you have a BMW, a Porsche don t go anywhere else. Honesty, Integrity and Family is what I think of when it comes to Rick and his team at Eurotech.

This company is owned by true professionals, is run by amazing staff, and the attention that my vehicle gets from the technicians is nothing short of incredible. I just had Eurotech upgrade the stock brakes on my Bmw 340i Xdrive to the M Performance big brake kit. They did the install, coding the car to work properly with the bigger brakes, brake flush, and an alignment for significantly less then all the other places I called and had quoted. I live almost 2 hours away but it was definitely worth the drive. I usually never leave a review anywhere but they went above and beyond to accommodate my wants and needs. If and when I decide to upgrade anything else they will be my first choice. Highly recommend Eurotech Knoxville to anyone that needs work done on a European car.Service: Brake service & repair

After getting a custom stereo system installed in my 2011 550i x-Drive, the car started but would not stay running. We were referred to Eurotech. The car was towed over and I explained the issue with Rick & Derrick. Rick, the owner, had Derrick scan the vehicle & clear all codes. During this scan they couldn't see the fuel control module at all. Further troubleshooting - checking fuses, trying a different fuel control module, resulted in a faulty fuel control module diagnosis. After this was replaced, there was an issue with the ground wire to the fuel control module. Rick asked Mike and Chris from The Sound Factory to assist them in isolating and repairing the ground wire for this module. They didn't want to do too much digging around the system. Ground wire resolved, fuel control module fixed.After seeing the custom stereo installation in the trunk, no other shop or BMW dealer probably would have touched the car. However, Rick and his team tackled it with true Professionalism and Excellence! I never got the feeling I was going to be overcharged for anything. I never felt they were going to just swap and replace and keep doing that until they figured out the problem...without true troubleshooting. These guys were great from the start! Eurotech is the Only place you want to take your European auto for any kind of work it needs. Highly Recommended, without Hesitation!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Whatever you need for your Porsche, take it to Eurotech. Rick and Janis not only do great work at fair prices, they are tremendous supporters of the Porsche community with local event sponsorships and PCA events throughout the region. Great place! Drove my Mini from California and it didn't enjoy the 3000 mile ride. Got settled out here in Knoxville and had a check engine light. Found these guys and I am very impressed at the quality of this shop.Customer service is great here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I got an upfront cost estimate for the work to be done, as well as some very honest feedback and advice from their mechanic. They are very timely, and stick to the timeframe they give you.Thanks guys!

We were on a road trip when our Audi SUV threw a coolant code. We pulled over to assess, but weren t able to pinpoint on our own. We called ahead and showed up to Eurotech 15 min prior to closing and were greeted with helpful technicians who did a thorough diagnostic work up, cleared the fault, topped off fluids, and gave us a clear assessment with plan to follow. They stayed late, took care, were very communicative, and just awesome people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

476.34 for them to tell me they weren t sure what was wrong with my sons car and they weren t willing to take on this kind of job. Called for the owner 3 times with no call back. Can t believe this is ok with anyone. Very frustrated, but lesson learned.*Update- actually my invoice states timing chain and that I elected not to have that fixed. When you told me you were not sure what was wrong with it and it was not a job you wanted to take on cause it could be time consuming trying to figure out what it is without dismantling the engine..and Was also told by you all and another auto garage that the engine is not locked up.

We have taken two BMWs and two Porsches to Eurotech regularly. Great facility, great staff, timely and knowledgeable, and straight shooters. Will continue to take our cars there.Still going strong, now doing sales!

TLDR: Got the run around and paid $570 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND BRAKE INSPECTION! Never again. Shady business. Customer be ware. I scheduled a service visit (oil change and brake inspection) a week in advance.Dropped car off at 9 am. Wife called them at4:30 pm and car service wasn't complete.They said they'd need another night "for parts" and car was taken apart and couldn't be picked up. I got a call at 4:45 saying they were waiting for a cabin air filter and needed another day... I said "no", get the car ready to be picked up. I got to the store at 5:15 and was told yet another story about how they needed my approval to bleed the brakes that was the hold up. TLDR; Got the run around and paid $570 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND BRAKE INSPECTION!!!UPDATE: The brake bleeding would've been authorized IF you had actually called during the day and asked me. Instead I was informed about needing authorization to bleed the brakes when I picked the car up when your business closed. Reminder, I dropped the car off at 9am in the morning. Plenty of time for you to get the service done and call me with questions. Instead I got the run around and a $570 oil change.

The folks at Eurotech Knoxville offer excellent customer service and do quality work. I purchased my 1999 Porsche Boxster from them and had them do some maintenance and updates to the car. They went above and beyond to take care of the things I requested. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional shop. Top notch! This is the worst shop I ve ever been to. This place will straight up rob you.Way overpriced at $140 an hour shop rate. Even a simple oil change is $220.They quoted me 8 hours on a job recently, I thought that sounded insanely too high. Well after calling a few other shops I got quotes at 3-4 hours each. HALF THE TIME.So not only do they way overcharge on their shop rate, they add far more time than necessary to your bill.You d be better off going to the actual dealer at these prices.Horrible and condescending employees, especially Cliff.Absolutely horrible in every regard. Find another shop. There s a great shop in Louisville.

At a time when I was at my wits end with my car, Rick and Janice reached out and offered their services. They went above and beyond to help me get my car to their shop, and worked tirelessly to properly diagnose and fix my transmission issue. Honest experts with import cars are hard to find, but at Eurotech of Knoxville they are the best. Great customer service, excellent communication, and wonderful mechanical work, all at prices that make the dealerships look like crooks.Service: Transmission

In this day and age to do business with an outstanding company is a treat. When work is done and thru nobody s fault it just isn t right, this company redid the work and stood behind their product and workmanship. Eurotech Knoxville is the company I m talking about. Eurotech did some work on my Jag. If you have a European car, you probably know to expect that the repair bill won't be cheap, but they were considerably less than the dealership. They were also prompt and within estimate, and their customer service is top notch. While I knock on wood that I won't need them again any time soon, they are definitely who I will call when I have any future car challenges.

I've used Eurotech for all my auto services for years now because I know that they will always be upfront and honest about repairs and expenses. They also always get my issues fixed on the first visit and usually within a day or two. Eurotech is a class business. If they tell you you car needs specific attention, it does. They never take advantage of customers. Their technicians are first class and knowledgeable. In the last 10 years I have not had any other service center touch my Porsche, except when out of state. I purchased my first convertible, a 2008 BMW Z4 3.0si. I love the vehicle, but even love more how my car buying experience was. Janis and her husband were fantastic from first contact, fair (good deal), honest, and followed-through on every element of the transaction. They even drove my Z4 to Raleigh from Knoxville (they had an appointment in NC, but wow, who does this these days?) they let me know about the couple of small cosmetic flaws in advance which were minor things, but I appreciated that. And they were the nicest people in the car business I've ever come upon through decades of different vehicle purchases and ownership. Truly a class act and I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Rick and Janice are the best. Since 2016, they have performed several repairs and/or modifications to my '99 911 996 and '04 Cayenne. Regardless of the repair or need, they are a full service shop and can address all aspects of work. In addition to their experience and capability, they maintain a good schedule so as to minimize your vehicle's downtime. The only place I take my Porsches once they are out of warranty. Honest and dependable. I have had almost every level of service performed at their location and have been very happy with the work on all of my cars. From tires to complete engine rebuilds, this is the only place in Knoxville to go.
