I took my mercedes there for a quote and to be advised on placing it back to factory. These people were the most polite; easy to work with: efficient individuals I have ever dealt with. I was kept informed and the price to look over was very reasonable. Collin was my service advisor and he was awesome. From start to finish it was an overall great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I made a mistake in going here for tires by having them ordered from tire rack to here thinking cause they were close to home and I know the FedEx delivery service is good in the area being close to the hub I shouldn't have any issues being right week before Christmas and taking a drive down to Florida. So two tires said they arrived on Monday the 18th on my FedEx tracking in which they replied that no tires were delivered yet. Next day and seeing the other two tires were out for delivery while I am getting ready more for my trip and call there to see any news if they gotten the tires in and talked to them about the delivery notice being later in the day and should be able to do the work, but there eyes only see two tires at this point I'm getting scared for im not going to be able to surprise my mom for Christmas and it's bugging me. Found out from FedEx the tires were delivered and this shop maybe misformed. So I'm there the 20 at 120ish in the afternoon tired with the car half packed to rest my eyes a bit while waiting to hear the car start and move, and still awake a bit later to hear folks in the background talking about turbo noises which at this point I'm curious. An hour and fifteen minutes now to the manager tells me they can't do the work cause reverse mount rims and tells me discount tire should be able to help me but for now they have to put the wheels back on the car. I wait 45 minutes for that then. Back in car to seat adjusted, mirrors, car is in sport mode which I never use just +R mode and driving away to tires in the front having less tread cause of spin outs from someone. I didn't want to believe that someone joyrided my car but found out everything when I looked at the log.So the owners wife got in contact with me on this saying that it was not that but a test drive for vibration and part of there 50 point inspection which first thing was never asked for, second know about, and third there's no proof of an inspection with paperwork or anything to see they did anything, the Karen said she was standing there while the manager talked to me in which that's a lie cause it was just me and him unless she a ghost or drives a micro machine.So I'm guessing they get most of there business from the Harper group of European cars. From this review to anyone who cares about there car I would not go here. The owner had given his balls to his wife.

Great experience! I thought I needed a new battery. My check engine light was on. Found out I was just missing my gas cap and that had caused the light to be on. I know...I should have known that, but this car is seldom on the road. Left with a new gas cap and smile. Will definitely be back. Honest people!!

Absolutely amazing, top notch, 100% money back guaranteed work, and at a fraction of the price of any dealership even though they are just as certified (it not better) than any Audi, BMW, Porsche, or any other car manufacturer approved dealer. The prices may not be the cheapest vehicle repairs possible, but you definitely get what you pay for at EAG. Which is always worth it. I highly recommend asking for Andrew or Collin. They both are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and do anything possible to satisfy the customer and their requests. 5+ stars. It's the only place I will even let touch my Audi A7.

I have a 2012 Audi A5 that was experiencing mechanical problems. A friend recommended that I take it to European Auto garage. In September 2022 I decided to take my car to this shop. Once there it was diagnosed and determined that a new engine was needed. The whole process, from pulling the old engine out, to swapping the new in, took about 2 months, which seemed reasonable to me. I received my new car back on the 1st of November. Through it all, I received excellent communication and very professional treatment. Andrew Hilliard was my service advisor and I dealt with him more than anyone. I found him pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. The entire staff made this experience as painless as possible. It is now January 2023, and I am happy to say I haven't had any issues with the work done on my Audi. Extremely satisfied, and would highly recommend European Auto Garage!It is now September of 2023 and I wanted to let everyone know I have not had a single issue with my car since getting it repaired. The car was burning oil before and now there is no issue whatsoever. Car feels and runs like it's brand new.

I have two high power beemers and have used EAG a dozen of times and been very happy with their services. I don't find them cheap but they are very professional and know what they are doing. I also appreciate being greeted friendly and efficient communications and expediting leaving or picking up the cars.They know what they are doing, and have been really helpful with advising me on things related to the cars both within their scope of services and outside.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance

Found this garage and never looked again I m editing my review b/c i just noticed that i was charged $177.00 for an oil pressure check and when i took my car in i told them i have a warning light my BMW is telling me that my oil pressure is low. I told them i need an oil pressure switch So I don t understand why I was charged $177.00 for an oil pressure check when my car is telling me what I need and they specialize in BMW s so if they charge me for an oil pressure check that tells me they don t trust what the car is telling them.THE CAR SAID LOW OIL PRESSURE.When I looked on the BMW site it said I needed an oil pressure switch. So I told them that s what I needed. So I ended up being charged $177.00 for an oil pressure check and then another $209.00 for an oil pressure switch.In closing, the garage is nice and they do good work but it seems like ALL GARAGES are finding ways to charge you for things you don t need.You can go to a garage knowing exactly what s wrong with your vehicle and they still want to charge you to diagnose it.I specifically told them I needed an oil pressure switch and instead of putting a new switch on I was charged $177.00 for a test and $209.00 for a switch and $180.00 for an oil change. Great garage but very expensive. I had just got an oil change 4 days before I took my vehicle there and they said they have to replace my oil to change the switch. I don t know how true that is but I can show receipts from 4 days ago as well where I had just got a fresh oil change. Maybe they could have reused my oil cause it was new but idk I drive a 2011 BMW 535i xdrive and Valvoline charges $120 for full synthetic oil change.Total bill $609.00 I m thinking it should have been a little more than half of that.

They always communicated well what was going on with my car and even though I needed some lengthy and expensive repairs they did a great job! Had some delays outside of their control but overall my car drives so much better now and definitely recommend them for any repairs you need for your European car.

Towed My Daughter s Car Right Out of ThereLet me preface this with the fact that I know my way around German cars and that this is only my 3rd online review in 6 years. Will share that I have a Mercedes dealer mechanic friend who cares for the 13 y.o. Mercedes that was just brought to Euro Auto Garage. My daughter is an out-of-state student at UT, as such her Mercedes GLK w/ only 76k on it was towed in w/ license plate from far from TN. Found Euro Auto Garage online after her GLK lost its power steering. Shop seemed reputable due to # of reviews. Important to share that dealer friend (senior tech btw) had JUST gone through the car 3 months prior and installed new copper brake lines, (therefore new fluid) front brakes, rear springs while doing some work under a recall and part of as prep for her 900 mile trip!We paid Euro Auto Garage a $177 diagnosis charge (seemed high & actually a 1st for me) but moved forward in good faith. Diagnosis: Rack & pinion unit. WHOOPING $4,600 seemed egregiously high. Yes, $4,600! $2,200 for the rack itself (even though new factory part from dealer is $1,600 plus core charge - but not $2,200! Also, some $700 for 3 hoses, fluid, alignment and 6 hours of labor at nearly $190/hour for labor.Add to this, not by my request but they went through the car, and listed out repairs supposedly needed on 14 other items - surface rust on rear shocks, small leak at transmission, worn stabilizer links, balance 4 tires due to their claim of a vibration (not needed, no vibration), replace spark plugs (not needed), replace cabin air filter, change oil, (far from due) and flush brakes (not needed back to this shortly)Total estimate for the replacement rack and the unnecessary repairs, $9,090!Smelling something not right (i.e. the cost, the other recommended repairs, particularly recommending changing 3 MONTH YOUNG brake fluid, I didn t sign the repair order and instead solicited two Knoxville area shops for quotes - one another European specialty shop the other not a high-end shop (this kind of work nor diagnosis isn t rocket science). Both quotes were LESS THAN HALF the price of these guys. HALF.One shop even gave me the option of a Bosch remanufactured rack as option 1 at $1,338 or subpar brand as option 2 at sub $500. Hoses other shop quoted LESS THAN $300! And, labor both less than 2/3 these guys - $120/hr and $100/hr not nearly $200/hr. And, BOTH quoted the job at 4.4 hours, NOT 6 hours. And the diag charge of $170 wasn t even credited on the repair quote so it would have totaled more than twice what we ultimately paid elsewhere - nearly $5,000 to have them replace the Rack & Pinion unit.The shop we chose, which was a warm referral from our daughter s local friend went through the car said only other thing it needed was an oil change and total job was $1,839. Granted hoses not replaced and I m sure you ll see a counter to this post that they should have been done, but guess what boys and girls at Euro Auto Garage, hoses and Mercedes rack on backorder and other show would have had made if they needed to be replaced.The labor rate, $600 plus markup on the part and extra 1 � hours was egregious and the presumed attempt to prey on an out-of-state female college student and her parents (unless they do business this way with locals as well) warranted this review. Be very careful! I was initially fooled by the sheer number of reviews. Fortunately, we didn t get screwed out of nearly $3,000, never mind an additional $5,000 for unnecessary extra work totaling nearly 100% of the car s value. It s a Mercedes with only 75,000 miles on it for Christ s sakes.So glad that I got other quotes & found two fairly priced hourly shops & had the vehicle repaired for nearly $3,000 less than these guys wanted to charge us. I urge anyone, regardless of their knowledge of cars, etc. to be very suspect of who you have working on your car regardless of their reputation. Sorry for the terrible review Euro Auto Garage, but in good conscious I hope this will save a lot of people a lot of $.

The dealership has a back log of vehicles and could not get to mine in a timely manner so I brought my Audi in for a much needed brake job and check up of minor issues. The work was completed in a few hours, not days and very much to my satisfaction. EAG provided me with a high level of customer care and professionalism just as the dealership would have done. All of my issues were addressed along with photos and notes on any issues or non issues. Overall I am very satisfied with the work completed and would utilize this garage in the future for work not covered under dealer warranty.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brake service & repair

Great service at a fair price as always. Anytime I need repair on my BMW, I trust EAG. They always beat the local dealer's price and guarantee their work. We've used them for years for the four BMws we have owned.

These folks are always so helpful. I had some issues from the snow a couple of weeks ago and was able to get an appt and be back in my car same day. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and wouldn't stay if I did not trust them.

99 M3 looks like and drives like new after recent service. Explained all and provided written estimates. Final bill was lower than expected, a sensor did not need to be replaced . Super easy to deal with. Easy to obtain a loaner. Super polite and friendly. All the folks at EAG went out of their way to provide top notch service. And, no I am not related to the owner. My wife and I both drive BMW s, and I swear by European Auto Garage. They re consistently lower than BMW service and extremely prompt and timely on quotes, getting parts in, and the service itself. Love this place, as they make car problems just a slight bit less awful to experience.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at European auto garage. My husband found some fluid on our garage floor and I called and they immediately got me in and by the next day the issue was totally fixed! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else!

I didn t leave a review when after I had the work done because I was ignorant to the power of a review. I brought a running and driving vehicle into EAG that was meticulously maintained. I had no issues but I decided I wanted the timing chains done because I had read everywhere that it needed to be done to prevent known problems (I found out after the fact that this isn t the engine that is known for the issues). Fast forward into leaving my car there. They had my car for many months with excuse after excuse why it was taking longer and throwing parts at it because they had no idea what they were doing. Thousands of dollars later I am finally told that my vehicle was ready. I pick the vehicle up and the very next morning I am sitting at a red light and the vehicle stalls. I get the vehicle towed back in and find out the vehicles engine had locked up. The cause was 100 percent on this shop but again I was ignorant at the time. Fast forward to now and I am wise to the fact that even if it wasn t caused by the shop (it was) they were the last to touch the vehicle and it was only driven less than 20 miles. They refused to take any blame. I had to buy a new engine and pay to have it installed. This store and especially Rich are the worst in my book and I have found more and moreStories from the community that are much like this. Stay far away. You hurt me when I couldn t afford it and now that I can I really hope I can stop you from doing it again to someone.Service: General repairs & maintenance
