Great experience in selling my Mom's car. I went online Saturday evening to get an offer price then arrived at their location on Monday with the title and my power-of-attorney in hand.Brian met me, examined the car and let me know the car was as I had described it online. He told me that Echo Park would give me an additional $250 for bringing it in within 48 hours of my receiving the online offer.In an hour or so I was out the door with a check that was $2,000 over what a dealer said they would give me.Excellent service!

5 star service from Shannon. Echo Park makes the car buying process incredibly easy from start to finish. I had a unique situation with regards to credit but I was able to get situated with a payment that meets my monthly budget on a super clean Cadillac XT5. No hassles, no frills, and completely pressure free. They were also very flexible in scheduling the day for me to take delivery of the car since I work out of town and am not home often. EchoPark made selling my mom's car so easy! We filled out the online app and Brian immediately contacted us to see when we could come by. They test drove our car and the only difference was that the tires needed to be replaced. They gave us a very fair price to replace, paid off her loan and we walked out with a check. Very pleasant experience overall and would definitely sell a car with them again. Thanks again guys!

I m making this review mainly because I ve never had a vehicle have so many flaws in such a short amount of time. When I first got the vehicle, it was dirty nobody cleaned it and there was random stuff still in the car that wasn t identifiable. I went to get it washed the same day I got it, the side mirror fell off. I m playing my music at a reasonable volume and there s a terrible rattle in the back area. So I go back to the dealership, they helped me with the mirror on their dime. That s fine. But the raffle kept happening and nobody could ever figure out why. Communication between the dealership and autonation Honda who was trying to fix my car started to fade and same with me and one of the managers. I just wanted my car fixed. Now I guess you d say 2 years later, there s a ticking noise from the air going, a popping noise in the speaker behind the middle screen, the rattle noise still there, another noise coming from the back door area, a noise coming from the passenger door speaker that sounds like a rattle as well. The usb ports barely work. Not to mention all the recall notifications that pop up constantly. I don t drive rough, I take great care of my car so I m just confused on what s happened with this car. It came from Florida so I m not sure if the heat has caused damage or what. I m just very sad with my purchase. I rather drive a Kia lol I have to turn my music up just to ignore all some of the sounds, but I still have the rattles.

Shannon did an excellent job with handling the transaction with acquiring our car. Only disappointment in the deal was only one key for our car was provided, which to replace was $330.00. Overall dealing with Echo Park was a good experience.

My experience wasn't unlike some of the others who have left less than favorable reviews. I went to the Knoxville dealership after driving with my 3 and 7 year olds from Nashville. When I got there, they said the car wasn't ready because they had me down for an appointment 4 hours later. When they brought the car around and we took it for a test drive, the air conditioner wasn't working. Imagine being on a test drive with two children in a car August. The sales consultant was nice. When the drive was over, I left saying I might come back if they could fix the air. They called later as I was headed back home saying the car was ready. I decided against purchasing the car because they advertise "an intensive 190 point inspection" and if they missed the a/c working, I was concerned what else they might have missed. I politely asked for a refund of my deposit and my request was ignored until I filled out a satisfaction survey with their corporate office. Even then, it was only a partial refund. The dealership is going to say they had the vehicle working a few minutes after I left the test drive and it might have been. However, when I showed up, the vehicle was not in deliverable condition and I don't think it was an unreasonable request to ask for my deposit back. Sonic Automotive is a great company and I ended up buying a different car from one of their dealerships in Knoxville. This location just didn't handle this situation right.

Eddie was very kind and helped move the sale along quickly. They were very efficient and had everything ready for us when we arrived at our appointed time. The car was very tidy and clean and we are enjoying it very much! The only trouble we encountered was using a different lender than the one we and been approved with. Just double check that it is a compatible lender and you'll love working with them.

Our first experience with buying a vehicle on-line and couldn t have been more pleased! From start to finish, trading in to driving out with new ....the customer service was top-notch! No more traditional dealerships for us. No pressure and got a great price on the exact vehicle we wanted, just be ready to move forward when you find it since great deals don t last. You get what you pay for. In the end, everything was taken care of and we are happy with the car. However, the car would have white smoke out of the tail pipe during a cold start. We took it in to a different location to get it looked at and they found that the oil was overfilled and that was causing the white smoke. When the oil level was correct, the oil light was on due to a bad sensor. It looks like they tried to cover that up instead of fixing it. That was replaced and everything worked correctly. I was afraid that it might be a head gasket, so we took it to the manufacturer dealership for a second opinion. There they confirmed that nothing else was wrong with the car, but found it had 2 recalls. One of the recalls was an addition of a sensor that would warranty the engine against a known connecting rod issue which causes catastrophic failure of the engine. We didn't have to pay any additional money, but it was a pain to take care of stuff they should have easily fixed. In addition to that, if the engine had failed prior to getting the recall done, we would have been out of luck. I was very happy with the price and the trade in value they gave us, but they obviously do the very least when inspecting the car and take shortcuts to make everything look good. I would consider buying again, but I would incorporate the cost of getting a third party to inspect the vehicle.

I had never heard of EchoPark until about a week ago. This was my first online car buying experience, and I was a little apprehensive. I am SO glad I took a chance. It was the most stress free and smooth process. The staff is amazing and friendly. Their finance rates are highly competitive. The vehicles are in fantastic shape, and the warranties they offer are unlike any other. I was truly amazed. They even offered me top dollar on my trade. Personally, I will never go to a traditional dealership as long as EchoPark is around.

My husband and I went to echo park Nashville to look at some trucks but they didn t have the right one for us. They were very friendly there and absolutely up front about everything. Although we didn t buy anything in Nashville we had such a great experience that we ended up finding the perfect one online through them and shipped it up from tampa. Matt from echo park Knoxville was very friendly and thorough with us. We felt confident buying something sight unseen with them because of how upfront they are. They gave me a great price for my trade in as well. We will definitely look through this dealership first when we go to trade in our other vehicle.

From Gil who answered all my questions about the process, walked through all the details of the car I wanted and got the pictures of the car sent to me within hours to Matt who explained the finances and what to expect at the Knoxville site it was great. Great car at good price with great customer service. Highly recommend!

Worked for echopark for over 2 years without warning came in and said our jobs were being terminated because eliminated positions. Lost my insurance promised a full check but not getting it neither. I thought such a big company owned by sonic that it would have more compassion for its employees. I guess not. Buyers be ware........

I adore my car and I purchased it for cheaper than I would have anywhere else. The online buying process was easy as well. My problem comes with the customer service at the Knoxville location. The communication during the week of buying my car from there was pretty questionable, but I didn t think too much of it once I was in my car. Now that my car has been purchased and I ve had some issues receiving my license plate it has been a nightmare getting in touch with them. I purchased my car mid March and it is now June and I still haven t received my permanent tags. Unsure if they didn t submit the paperwork properly or if it s truly the State s fault, but either way I can t figure out since no one returns my calls and leaves me on read. It would also be nice to get a new temp tag since I am still waiting and my originals are definitely beyond expired at this point, but again. No matter how many voicemails I leave and text I send I don t get a response back. This absolute lack of communication makes me doubt that I will recommend friends to purchase from there or that I ll return in the future.

Scott was super helpful in getting the paperwork and everything done. Shipped it to a local EchoPark dealership so that I could finish putting a payment down and test drive my car. Process was incredibly smooth and I was able to drive off in my car in about an hr!

I have bought and sold several cars and this has BY FAR been the most troubling car buying experience that I have ever experienced. The initial stages of the process went well, although as I reflect communication was a little lacking. The car was shipped to the Knoxville location quickly and was as expected. The problems occurred post-sale. It has been more than 30 days and my trade-in has not been paid off and my registration for my new vehicle has not been completed. I could certainly excuse this as things are crazy at the moment, but I have received NO communication from the Knoxville location after many attempts (email, text, phone calls). I would recommend doing business elsewhere. I have filed a BBB complaint and am awaiting resolution.

The purchase of my new car, a 2021 chevy spark with 9000 miles on it literally consisted of about a 20 minute conversation on the phone. My sales person was named Scott, I explained to him my situation, filled out an application on line and roughly 20 mins after that he called me and said "you're approved " I'm going to have the car shipped to our delivery center in Knoxville, and you can pick it up there. Oh BTW this deal was done with "ZERO" cash down, I simply traded in the bucket of bolts beater that I was driving which they gave me $500.00 for which is what I asked for. 3 days later Eddie from the delivery center called me and told me my car was there and ready for pickup. I drove to KnoxvilleWhere the manager took a few photos of my trade, I signed some documents and drove out in the car. No other dealerships are making the car buying experience this simple, I know, I shopped them. Oh and let me add: this deal was done with my s*** credit score of 575, which is considered poor. Save yourself the trouble of shopping around, just call or show up at one of the echopark locations. It's a breeze.

Great price. Everything else? No.Had the car shipped from Tampa, I had to request the conditions report for the vehicle 3 times, that should ve been the first red flag. The only thing noted was worn tires which is expected from a used car at this price point.Drive 3+ hours to Knoxville to pick up the vehicle and when we looked at we immediately noticed very obvious imperfections that should ve been included. Cracked seat trim with a HOLE in the leather drivers seat, what looked like a patch job on the bumper and other things that should ve been clear on the conditions report so the buyer knows the true condition of the vehicle before purchasing. I understand it s used as we ve bought several in the past but the lack of transparency is concerning.When we go to purchase the vehicle we tell the salesman that we re only using a portion of the amount on the check from the bank and do not use the whole amount as we would be paying the rest with cash. He was told twice to not use the entire amount on the check.After he comes back he apologizes and says he accidentally ran the entire thing. So now, the car payment is now $50 higher unnecessarily because of his error. He said the only way to fix it was to go back and get another check from the bank. On a Saturday. When we live 3+ hours away. So now, even though we paid the difference to our bank, the car payment is $50 higher a month because of this. It s just unprofessional and their employees need better training.I thought Echopark would be a better alternative to CarMax but sadly we were let down. I wouldn t recommend them.

I found EchoPark on Autotraders. Never heard about it. After doing some googling I decided to give it a try.I was looking for a specific car that I hadn t found on any local car lots. I found the car and BAM a week later I was driving off the lot with it. I like the no haggling on price. I did my homework on my trade in and it was painless. Once I found my vehicle everything went fast. The salesmen on the phone and in the office were very nice and patient with my many questions. When I went to pick vehicle up it looked brand new. It was 3 years old and 31,000 miles. That s what I liked about looking for a vehicle. Low miles and no cars have been wrecked. I was in and out in an hour that was awesome. My time is tight and in the past it s always been sitting at a dealership for hours. Hoping this is the future for purchasing cars, at least it is for me. Thank you Knoxville EchoPark for helping me find my dream car and making it so easy to have.

DON T DO IT! Yes, their prices are low and their vehicles seem in good shape But they have terrible customer service. They do not negotiate on price. They do not add anything after market. And they are so disorganized, they can t even guarantee that the $500 deposit you might pay on a vehicle gets you that vehicle! That s precisely what happened to us. Found a great vehicle, put the money required down, filled out all the financial stuff via online, only to find out that the vehicle had sold the day before .. Uhmmm . Shouldn t this not happen? Now we have to wait for the refunded charge and take the ding on credit despite having nothing to show for it. No thanks. This convoluted process is not for me. So be aware.

Bought a car in April. You'd think they had never sold a car before, as long as the process took. I was in there for at least 2 hours, as the guys who were preparing the paperwork didn't seem to know what was going on. There was no financing involved, so it should have been straightforward. It's now the end of July and I still have not received permanent plates, and no one when I have called seems to be able to tell me when or if that might ever happen.

The actual process of purchasing my car was WONDERFUL! It was easy and hassle free, and I WAS recommending to all my friends, family, clients, co workers, but now I don't feel comfortable giving that recommendation. I traded in a car and the loan was supposed to be paid off. That was over a month ago. I've called 6 days in a row. The knoxville location does not answer calls or return them. I have had to reach out to corpprate, who didn't follow up as promised and now I have had to call NASHVILLE so I could speak with a human being and hopefully they can help me. I'm disapointed because on the front end the process was so great. It's not ok to give great service before a sale and then ghost the customer when they have a question. Seems super shady and gives a horrible impression.

2018 Nissan Murano, no fuss, car in great shape.Edit: 2 months later: 1. So the car was leaking water from the moonroof. They had to have known to have cleaned it every time it rained. They can't do anything about it. 2. The extended warranty that covers the interior has so many items not covered and not listed in the warranty they give you, that it ends up not really covering anything. Cleaning the water stains is not covered. Don't buy the interior/exterior warranty. 3. The tags arrived with the wrong county but the correct address, meaning I have to pay for new tags with the correct address in order to continue taking my trash to our local, rural dump. I have to pay to get the correct tags on my car. 4. No one will answer the phone in the Knoxville office. I've had it. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE.Another edit: they did offer to pay for the cost of diagnosing the problem, which I already had done and was free. They also offered to pay the receipt amount for me having to buy tags to replace their error. I sent the receipt in and have never heard back and no reimbursement. Bonus, they did call me a liar on Facebook.
