Called for new brakes and maybe rotors. Expected to have to drop off and come back. Was told there was no wait, and would take about an hour. When I arrived, they assessed my truck, took me in the shop, and showed me explaining what I needed. Gave me the price up front and zero "smoke and mirrors". The parts were delivered to the shop in no time, and outside of small talk with the manager, I was in and out in 45mn. I was recommended Don's by a Knox native and will use again for upcoming issues. They were upfront, honest, and patient with my stupid questions. Will use again, a would recommend. Thanks for an honest shop guys!

I had a flat tire & had my car towed to Dons to remove a locked lug nut and get a new tire put on yesterday. I woke up this morning to learning they did not replace the locked lug nut on the new tire without a lug nut at all. Then when I called up there to ask them about it I was told they don't put new lug nuts on tires when a locked one has been removed nor so they tell the customer they will be driving around without one. I feel very unsafe at the fact I drove home yesterday with only 4 lug nuts on my tire & was not even told at the time I paid them for their service. This is very unprofessional & unsafe in my opinion. I will definitely not be going back.

Randy is a decent dude. They are fair, blunt, and professional! I would DEFINITELY recommend this business to any person seeking mechanical work! I found my go to mechanic at this shop, his name is James. He will offer you the best and does a great job at it

I went to Don's Tire and Services Center to buy a tire for my car. They were very professional and the owner explained all my options for replacing the tire. The young man who mounted the tire took the time to tell me what was wrong with the old tire. I definitely would recommend these guys if you need to buy a tire.

There was a nail in the sidewall of my tire so I stopped here to replace the tire and they did a great job. They took me right away and took care of it. Plus I had great conversation with the owner while I was waiting! I will definitely be back, thank you so much.

I was in town from Atlanta in the front of my bumper came off my car in a parking spot on the curb, and I was recommended to them from James at the Drury Inn hotel! When I arrived, Austin was amazing and helped fix my front bumper back so I could get back on the road! He was quick and super nice! I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place was a life saver. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The got me out of a jam and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. May God bless them in all they do!

I made an appointment and they got me in 1st thing. I bought 4 tires and the Alignment guy was very knowledgeable. Give them a 5 star. Thanks Randy and crew

I came here because I was driving home from Bonnaroo 2023 and got caught in a really bad storm and both of my windshield wipers broke completely off. I hazarded my way to the shop and asked if they couldFigure out something that I could do.The super nice mechanic figured out that the teeth that make my wiper move were all gone, therefore putting a new wiper on wouldn t work. So in order for me to just make it home (I was 5 & 1/2 hours away) he removed the drivers side wiper arm and put a new wiper on the passenger side. That way I could at least peek out of the passenger side window to get home.& He didn t even. charge me anything except $10 for the wiper.Super cheap, and outstanding service. Would give 7/5 if I could!

Don't do Dons .. . . I went there recently riding on a donut with wires lit rally poking out... Unfortunately I don't KNOW if it was bEcause I am White and not ethnically blended like everyone else in there was that day or because of my sexual orientation bEcause i own whom and what I am !! But DON sent me out of there without a new tire and that donut did not make it home. I walked 11miles that day. LeFt me broke Chevy on the south side and I let you in on a secret. DON DIDNT HELP ME, so you must ask yourself....WILL DON REALLY NOT HELP ME TOO??? I AM ALSO A VETERAN OF THE US ARMY... MAYBE HE DIDNT LIKE THE WAY I WAS BARKING ORDERS??

Friendliest service ever from owner, manager and employee .Four 19 - 70/80% tread used tires for $50 each or $200 ! Perfect as new tires would have cost $1,000 at the least Great Job !

These guys were wonderful. Got me in and out quickly with 3 new tires and an alignment. They were professional and polite and very helpful. Plan to use their services again.

Took my car there they didn't fix it plus sat my car at the bottom of their hill. Plus my music was gone from my trunk. My trunk was not broken into. From my understanding his son stole it.

Always wonderful service, prices are very reasonable, and a great group of people. I have been taking vehicles for repair and service to Don's for decades. Never had a bad experience.

I went there about 6 months ago to get an alignment and a tire. I m at a different auto shop now and they are telling me the tire they put on has a separated belt and they did such a bad job on the alignment it s now affecting my other front tire. Don t plan on going here unless you want more issues to spend money on.

Excellent staff and knowledgeable service people who also know how to treat people. That is truly a people's asset to have this kind of customer service and respect. Prices,Service, Quality,and Knowledge of every tire need so Satisfied with my set of tires. I bought another for my wife's car.Things come on unexpectedly it's Great to be able to go somewhere where you are taken care of without having to be in the.defensive they tell what it is and how much plain and simpleJust went back for a set of tires price can't be beat out the door they don't try to hit you with all these gimmicks all tire shops do add these or that they give you a price and that's it

Made an appointment on Monday for wed at 10 get up rush to get there on time get my stuff out of the car my husband goes in and they say oh it will be at least two hours before we can get to you... What?!?! Why did I call and make an alot. We do have a job we do have responsibilities you screwed up our whole day!!!!

I agree with an earlier review: Women beware!! I went into the office and mentioned to the guy at the desk that I needed two tires and an alignment. He gave me a quote and I asked him if that dollar amount was the "out the door" price (meaning no extra fees or charges). He said "yes". About 45 minutes later when they had put the tires on, the guy said "Now I have to ask how much the alignment will cost." I got mad because I felt he had deceived me and I told him so. I reminded him of what he said initially but the establishment would not stand behind his words. I had them put the old tires back on and I left.These people are NOT trustworthy.
