Very easy process. I went online to check the stock and see what was available. After I made a decision I called the store and they had my tires shipped to them within 24 hours. They were super helpful and it didn't take very long. I set up an appointment and was done in about an hour. I recommend them and the certificates to replace a tire if something goes wrong.

I love this place! They are truly AMAZING! Great and friendly customer service! They get you in and out super fast too! We got two brand new tires for our truck because the old ones were worn out and they did them perfectly in less than 20 minutes. Their prices on tires are super CHEAP compared to all the places local in town. I called and shopped around before I ended choosing this place and I'm super happy and glad that I chose DISCOUNT TIRE as my one and only final store. I will definitely come back here again for all my tires needs and repairs in the future. Not only that, but I will definitely refer this AWESOME place to all my friends and families.

(Halls location) I had such a great experience buying tires here. I was having trouble with sensors and keeping air in tires all the time. They (Parker) ended up checking each tire and sensor for me and figured out the problem. He also took the time to explain what happened and why. I ended up buying better tires than I had on for a great price. Definitely give them a call!

I think this is a great store. I just went there to have the tires of my Tesla model Y rotated, and it was free. I was met in the parking lot by the attendant, and he already knew my name. I had made an appointment and they were apparently waiting for me. I explained my concerns about the type of car that I had and he assured me that they had all the needed equipment, which they did. I was in and out very quickly. I cannot understand all the negative reviews that I have read on discount tire (not this store). I know that this is a relatively new store and maybe they still have their "A" game on, but I was very satisfied with the service and plan on doing all my business with them. I recently read a list of pros and cons about this company, and to my amazement one of the cons listed was the fact that they only do tires and tire rotation. It's a tire store for goodness sake! Would you consider it a con to go to Harbor Freight expecting to buy buttermilk and be upset when they don't carry it? They do tires and they do them well, in my experience.

Easiest tire buying experience I've had. I bought and booked online the night before and went into the store the next morning where I was immediately greeted by an associate that went over the details of my purchase. All four tires were fitted and I was back on the road in about 35 minutes. Couldn't have gone any smoother.

They were great! I made my appointment online, and they had me back on the road in 20 minutes. They didn't have the tires I wanted, but they gave me a better set for the same price. I will most definitely be getting my next set of tires from them again.

Stopped in to have All four tires replaced was in and out in 45 minutes. I was happy the service manager I dealt with wasn't trying to upsell me on a bunch of goofy stuff. All and all not it. Bad experience friendly and super fast. I know the facility is new but it was very clean and well kept.

Donte and his team truly saved our vacation. We are heading from Ohio to Florida, and hit a pot hole along I75 and bent 2 rims, along with approximately 40 other cars. I called his store when they opened, and explained my situation, my parents had 2 bent wheels and are essentially stranded at Walmart in Williamsburg where their vehicle was towed. I explained that we needed tires and wheels that work for the vehicle, that style and looks were the least of our concern. He assured me they had what we needed, I made the drive to his store, upon arrival, he had all 4 tires and wheels mounted, and balanced. The bed of my truck was full of things for our vacation, he allowed me to leave our belongings there so we could transport the tires to my parents 1 hour north. I asked about lug nut sizing and torquing the lug nuts down, he then loaned me a torque wrench and the probably socket to get the job done. I could not be more appreciative as we had no other options. This gentleman and his team need recognition on a national level throughout discount tire as they couldn t have made the process any smoother or easier.Thank you Donte

They were knowledgeable and professional. I knew I needed to get rid of what I had on my wrangler. Without seeing the bought product, These guys hooked me up. I get more compliments and less road noise, and no hydroplaning. . Awesome job guys

Discount Tire has great prices and excellent service. You can choose and purchase the tires online so you know exactly what you're getting. This makes it a great place to buy performance tires at a discount. They beat competitor's prices, and will balance and rotate tires you purchase from them for free.

Very friendly and quick! I waited in my truck while they put a new tire on a wheel I brought in. They took less than 30 minutes and brought the tire to my truck and put it in the bed for me. I will definitely return when I need tires!

Pulled in for air check and I've been sitting here for 20 minutes.I've bought many sets of tires from Discount Tire over the years. It would literally take two minutes for someone to check my tires. I'll never use Discount Tire again, ever.

Very nice and helpful staff. My wife stopped in twice for two different nails in tires. They took care of it. That influenced me to stop in for a rotation. They were very helpful and professional.

Excellent customer service, professional, and very helpful. I had a tire losing air, and a nail was discovered in my tire. Nail removed tire repaired in and out in 30 minutes. I plan on returning to buy a set of tires. You can make appointments to help save time. This was the new Halls location that was easy to find. Google map's will take you right there.

Have always been a huge fan of the Discount Tire brand because it doesn t matter where you go in the nation you can always trust Discount Tire means exceptional service, efficient times and turn around, competitive prices, and just the basics treatment of customers one expects but is really hard to find these days. I ve been a loyal customer to Discount Tire even when I had to drive all the way to Farragut, then to the Kingston Pike store when it opened. Now that we have a Halls store so close to where I live it s great to see this same great standard of service and customer service close to home. Highly recommend them.

Superb! I got my tires here originally, I got 2 flats and both times I left the shop with a loaner, and being able to get a replacements very fast. These guys are the best. Super kind people, can t thank them enough. 10/10

Brought in a deal I saw at another tire installer and they were not only able to match it, they BEAT it. And everyone I talked to on the phone or in person was extremely friendly. Sam helped me both times I was in there, and always had a smile on his face and was prompt with anything he had to do in the system. We came in for our appointment and we re in and out within 20 minutes with four new tires installed. I was floored.

Definitely recommend. Had all four tires replaced yesterday and Joshua walked me through all my options and their benefits. They had the old tires dismounted by the time I made my selection, so it really only took about 15 minutes. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff with high-quality results. Already planning on getting my husband's tires changed there next.

So grateful to have a Discount Tire so close now! Been using their services for about 15 years across at least 3 states.Always great service. This location is brand new which is fun, but just like the others, great service and helpful staff who very obviously know what they're doing.

Bought a set of wheels and tires. Products were exactly what I ordered online. They kept the appointment and finished the job quickly. Will definitely be a repeat customer. The only thing that would make the process better is if they did alignments.
