My appointment was originally scheduled for Monday, but something came up so I rescheduled for Thursday. Didn't even have to talk to a person to schedule and reschedule. Well, the universe had other ideas and my tire popped this morning on I-40. Happy Wednesday! I called Discount Tire and Ben was able to reassure me that they already had my tires in stock and to bring my car on down. I checked in at 9:13 and was driving out of there at 9:41. Fantastic experience. I was helped by Tyler who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment the night before and purchased my tires online as well. By the time I was done checking in they were almost done with my vehicle! And not because they took a long time but because they are just that efficient. I had planned to drop off my car and come back later so I had a coworker meete there. That wasn't necessary at all. My appointment was at 10:15 and I was done by 11. I love my new tires, the entire experience and price was fantastic. I won't go anywhere else anymore.

Quentin was amazing! He walked me through all of the options for my tires that needed replacing and explained how to keep my new tires in good shape. Everyone is always so kind at this location, and I always feel welcomed!

Honestly I didn't even get the chance to use this place. I pulled in after hearing my right tire hear make a weird noise. The gentleman came out and looked at it and saw it was my break caliper off my car. He knew he couldn't help at discount tire but he walked me over to firestone next door and talked them through the problem so I could get help. I so appreciate his kindness and willingness to help as we are 7 hours away from home!

We came in at 10 am and they had changed my tires and windshield wipers in 20 minutes. They gave me a great deal and made sure all of my tires were safe and not just the one I came in to fix. They always have a clean and friendly atmosphere in their store. Thank you so much!!!

I was a regular customer of Discount Tire in Mt. Juliet, TN-they were always fantastic and very reasonably priced. This morning I had a flat, and I came in, they diagnosed the offending nail, fixed the flat for free, and made sure I was pressurized up for my drive home. All with excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service. This Discount Tire will also have my business when I need a new set of tires this year. Highly recommend.

We were referred here by Christian Bros. Great service for a construction screw in our tire we were out in half an hour with no appt. Our rep, Christian was great and everyone was quite friendly. Will go back with any tire needs.

Steven and his crew at DT were like a nascar pit crew. I ve never had so many techs working on my car at the same time. They were not hurrying the job. They took careful care because I had brand new wheels and they made sure not to scratch or scuff the wheels. Even though I did t purchase the most expensive tire they all treated my car like I did. They wrapped my old wheels and tires in plastic bags before putting in the trunk. I will never go anywhere else . Great group that really care about you and your car 5STAR all the way!!

Best encounter I have ever had! I came in a mess, with no warning, at 3 o clock on a Sat with a flat tire in my trunk. Waiting room was full and I could tell they were busy. Tre was amazing and saved my day! I also got the pleasure of hearing how they interacted with all the other clients, and was thoroughly impressed! Great team, and good people!

Stephen, the store manager, was extremely helpful even though my husband and I showed up a few minutes past 6 p.m. we had been driving on the holiday weekend on the thruway when we got a nail in our tire and even though it was Black Friday and a holiday weekend they made me feel as if I was their first customer of the day. (And come to find out the tire with the nail wasn't even purchased here!!) Stephen told us about how the store was less then 6 weeks old and was a brand new, state of the art location and also that he and his other crew were brought in from other locations to make this store perfect. Well so far so good gentleman! Thanks for taking care of us late that night...bonus...awesome high tech and customer service options while you wait!! They have flip up usb slots and plugs for charging phones or laptops. They have a complimentary water bottle cooler, along with near the restrooms they have a sanitary water bottle filling station. Absolutely beautiful location. State of the art equipment. Staff and management were amazing. And on top of it they wouldn't take any money for the flat repair!!! Free water and free tire repair in 2020?!?! If I could give more stars I would!

Wish I could give more than 5 Stars for Tyler and the team at Discount Tire. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them. I scheduled a appointment as I was in need of a balance/rotation check. I arrived at the shop before my appointment and when I entered the store Tyler greeted me with a smile:) and "How can we help you today", he got me checked in and said they would let me know when it's ready to go. As I waited in the sitting area I noticed and heard the Discount team help each and every customer that came in the door whether they had an appointment or not even though the store was already at a busy pace. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and really appreciate Tyler & all the Discount staff for going above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of...Very much appreciated!

This is an extremely professional outfit with excellent customer service. They provide tons of complimentary services and a low-pressure sales environment. I'm sure you're paying for it when you buy a set of tires, but it's worth it.

Chris was knowledgeable, and very service oriented. Discount Tire came highly recommended and was worth the drive to Knoxville. And the price was a bonus! Facilities were clean and comfortable for the short 30 minute wait for 4 new tires to be installed.

It's my second time back, service was quick and exceptional first time, but this second time I was astonished <in a great way> not only for the amazing service provided for me, but also because while I was waiting for my car I could listen to the happy greetings, their positive attitude and willingness to help for all customers present and on the phone. Overall the service, the staff attitude and vibe of the place made it a phenomenal experience. Definitely recommend

I got some new tires for my Civic at Discount Tire. The service was overall good and the staff was nice. Four stars because someone from here left a half drank water bottle in my cup holder.

I ve noticed this a couple of times of the lady who sometimes delivers tires to this location is always going behind the service desk where the register is and looking through their computer before going through their register. Kind of unprofessional from both sides and seem to be a liability risk. Kind of crazy that they allow her to do that when she doesn t appear to work for the company, she seems to be a third party.

I had just bought four brand new tires and rims from Discount Tire (Kingston Pike, Knoxville) and not 3 months later went off the edge of the road and bent two of my brand new rims. Jason got me in right away and had me back on the road in no time. He worked wonders getting me a great deal on a couple of new rims. He was absolutely wonderful and I am extremely happy with the service Jason provided me.

I can't thank and appreciate these folks enough. Not just this location, but the one further down Kingston Pike out in Farragut too. I needed new tires, but could only afford two at a time. Ordered 'em, got 'em installed across two separate visits. A couple days ago, I ran over a nail and deflated one of 'em a few months after purchase. These guys had me in an out in 30 minutes after I made an appointment for a patch, no charge. Incredibly professional, super-friendly. This is now my go-to tire shop!Edit 3/21/24Have continued to utilize these guys for a couple more punctured tires (sidewall) so needed full replacements. Got me hooked up, and have done some rotations since. Today, I showed 10 minutes late for my appointment, apologized, asked if they still had room or if it'd be easier, I could come back a different day.They were slammed and short staffed, but got me out in exactly 30 minutes. Amazing work, and exceptional customer service.

Amazing and efficient service! They are definitely on top of their game. I had placed an order online for wheels and tires which they had to order into the store. Unfortunately, the wheels I originally had wanted online were not available so they quickly got in touch with me and I was able to find different wheels from the same company that I happened to like just as much if not more. They got them in as fast as possible and had me in and out the next day within an hour.

I needed new tires & called to ask about prices. They were honest & very knowledgeable. They not only price match, they will beat out the other's prices. They were very customer oriented & very quick. Then, as I waited for my vehicle to get new tires, I witnessed a customer come in with a situation & I watched how the manager handled it. I was very impressed because he stood his ground but helped out this other customer and because of all these thing's I will be back & I will always recommend them over anyone else!!!

Love it here it's always clean inside every employee I've ever met there any time I've visited was so helpful and friendly this is a great place to go get tires !
