Dalton's did an excellent job repairing the damage on my truck. Looks better than new. I was kept informed through the whole repair process. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Daltons did a fantastic job repairing my 2020 Tesla Model 3 Long Range. The car looked better than new when I picked it up. It was frustrating waiting on parts from Tesla and the repair took a while but I blame that on Tesla and their lack of repair parts. Daltons did a great job communicating with me with weekly texts and updates and returning my calls promptly. The staff is very nice, helpful, and friendly. I hope I don t ever need body work/damage repair again, but if I do, Daltons is my first and only choice.

This is my first time ever needing a body shop. Dalton Collision was absolutely wonderful. I was kept informed daily on the progress, it was done when they said it would be and I got to leave the rental car there when I picked my car up. They even took care of contacting Enterprise! If anyone ever needs body work done, this is the place to come to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dalton was amazing! I would recommend them completely! I had extensive damage on a quarter panel that had to be removed and re-welded.There was a small issue with part arriving that delayed the process, but Mariah and Dalton went above and beyond to take care of it - they offered a loaner car and even restored my headlights, while fixing a wiring issue with my backup light in the process as a courtesy. Not even that, they also buffed the entire car and fixed my broken headliner! They had exceptional customer care and executed a superior standard of work! (See the photos for reference)

Dalton Collision has seen my Infiniti now 2 times in less than 2 months for 2 separate incidents. In both cases they kept me informed and repaired my Infiniti to make it like new. They are great and do excellent work and keep you updated regularly. Thank you much Dalton Collision.

I used Dalton's for repairs on my car and was very impressed with the results. The staff here were also very helpful and transparent with the repair process. Teairra was awesome and helped me through the whole process! I will be definitely coming back if I require any repairs and recommending other people to do so to.

Everything went amazingly well! My car now looks and feels like a brand new vehicle. The interior and exterior were meticulously detailed, and all repairs were clearly executed with expert care and attention to detail. I received frequent updates on the progress of the repairs, and I am pleased with my decision to have them done here. They coordinated effectively with the insurance to ensure a smooth and effortless process.

Had a great experience at this place today. Stopped by on my day off with no appointment and the girl at the front didn t make a big deal about it and asked a technician (Don Hill) to see if he had time to just look at my car even though I didn t have an appointment. My car had been in a minor accident and all I wanted to see is if they could buff out the damage. He took the car into the garage to see if it even could be buffed out and brought my car back within 15 minutes and he had buffed out the damage. They were all very professional and their no nonsense business approach was welcome to some other experiences I have had. I will be back if needed for future car repairs. Thanks Don.

Dalton Collison was excellent. They did outstanding work. I was kept informed of the process during the entire time they had my car. The car was detailed inside and out and it looked basically brand new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Dalton Collision was excellent! They did outstanding work, kept me well informed during the entire process, and their associates were professional and caring. They handled everything for me so it was a very worry-free process. My car looks brand new and you cannot tell there was any damage whatsoever. It was returned detailed which was a great touch! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs collision repairs.

There is a reason they have such great reviews! Everyone who works there was so diligent with keeping me updated on the status of my car/ repairs. I could tell I was in good hands the second I walked in. They truly care about each project they start and I got my car back to me quickly. The man who did my repairs was so kind as well as all the girls in the office. HIGHLY recommend. I am so thankful I chose this body shop.

I've utilized Dalton's services on multiple occasions over the past three years, so this review isn't based on a single experience. Dealing with car damage and insurance claims can be incredibly stressful, but Dalton has consistently made the process as hassle-free as possible. They offer various communication channels and even allow customers to submit photos via text message, making the process feel modern and clearly designed with customer convenience in mind. They provide a transparent breakdown of all expenses before they begin working on your vehicle, and they keep you updated throughout the entire process without requiring you to call and inquire. Their repair timeframes are accurate and never exceed the initial estimate. The front desk staff is friendly and assists in navigating the entire process. While I did encounter one issue with a repair that was Dalton's fault, they promptly rectified it without any hesitation or resistance. While I wouldn't wish collision repair on anyone, if you ever find yourself in this unfortunate situation, you can confidently choose Dalton.

I expected the repairs to take quite some time but my car was in and out within a week or so. They made the rental drop off process extremely easy and even washed the vehicle before giving it back to me. Looks brand new! Customer support was great as well with constant updates. 10/10 experience

Overall they did good work, you can tell that the body panels they repainted have been repainted. I had to have my car repaired the prior year when a limb fell on it and the body shop that worked on it then did so well that I couldn't even tell that they had repainted anything. However that body shop cause more damage to other parts of my car then what I took it there with. And I had to constantly contact them for updates. Dalton collision kept me updated throughout the entire process and did not cause any new damage to my car. I know it's hard to tell in the pictures but in the last picture I'm posting you can see a fuzziness to the paint work. I will never be able to make it have a mirror shine like before.Service: Body & Trim

Had a minor accident in my new truck that nearly broke my heart. Dalton was very helpful in getting my vehicle repaired and back to me. I was stuck at home during the repair as I use a wheelchair and the only transport available to me was the truck. My vehicle looks brand new again and I am able to get out again.

Response to owner: I don't appreciate the deceptive response instead of taking accountability. The premise of my complaint was that you disassembled the vehicle, and upon reassembly everything was ran down with an impact, and other parts were lost that were not even related to the accident. Yes the vehicle was not a total loss, but the insurance made an exception for me, once again, has nothing to do with your treatment of my 2 year old vehicle. My cheif complaint is with how you put the vehicle back together upon returning it to me. Feel free to give me a call to discuss rather than publicly lie to onlookers who don't know the entire story.I brought my vehicle here after being hit by another driver, the other party was at fault 100%, I worked with Chris, and while he was great, my vehicle ended up being totaled, so I never got to experience a repair. Gabby on the other hand always gave me an attitude. My problem lies with how my vehicle was treated in the time it was there during disassembly. After the total loss, I purchased the vehicle from the insurance company as it was not that bad of damage to total in my opinion, but due to the other party being at fault, everything had to be replaced, even if it was a simple scratch or nick, which in reality, the vehicle did not need 100% replacement of everything. Factoring in recalibration of electronics, the bill was ran up unnecessarily resulting in a total. I was told repeatedly by Chris the vehicle sustained no frame damage, and that they checked multiple times, including a second scan of the engine cradle area. I found a local shop to repair the vehicle, and I was told there IS in fact frame damage, and that the 'frame' had swayed 8mm to the left. This is now costing me several hundred dollars extra on top of the numerous nuts, bolts, screws, clips, etc that Dalton Collision did not include in the vehicle when I took possession of it. Along with parts missing altogether. It is now costing me even more to have things that did not need replacement, to be replaced. I also found bolts on that were extremely tight, almost as if they ran everything down with an impact with no regard that the vehicle will and can be repaired, bolts that go right into the unibody. So far, I cannot recommend Dalton when this is how my vehicle was treated thinking I would not find out.

A+ from start to finish! I have used them twice on a new Toyota hybrid. Customer service, dealing with insurance company, quality of the repairs all exceeded my expectations on both occasions. Dalton Collision is a rare company in these times. I won't go anywhere else!

This was the single worst experience with a collision shop I've ever had. After picking up my 2020 vehicle, I began experiencing electrical malfunctions with the system and vehicle. I had to call three times in two days and finally took my car back. The shop owner, Don Hill, was incredibly dismissive and rude to me when I attempted to let him know my concerns. I informed him kindly that there were and have NEVER been any electrical issues with the car and he dismissed my concerns and became very defensive. He did not offer to even hook up my car to check what the issue were and where the electrical malfunction came from. He told me to "take my car elsewhere." I have proof there were no electrical issues before dropping the vehicle off and have contacted State Farm about the entire interaction.The shop owners lack of acknowledgement of responsibility is shocking. I don't normally write reviews but this was such an aggressive reaction to me simply returning my car for issues the shop had caused. It was such an upsetting experience. I will never return to Dalton Collision and I suggest if there is an alternative collision shop you take your car to another shop.

Was rear ended and caused 11k worth of damage. Have a F150 (aluminum body) they did an excellent job. They were very thorough in their repairs.

I highly recommend Dalton. They repaired my Tesla twice, two different bumps and dents, and my car comes back like new.
