Needed to get a tire replaced quickly since I'm from out of town and we were continuing south to tail of the dragon. Called up the shop and they were able to get me right in. Took about a half hour after the bike was on the lift. Knowledgeable, super friendly. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Happy with my service. My situation changed and they ended up having to do alot of extra work to accommodate me. They finished the work on time and I'm happy with the result. Prices are verycompetitive. They where also great at communicating and answering questions before I even scheduled my work. They completed a stage 2 build and tune on my 2021 Street Glide Special (113hp 124tq). I would recommend this shop for any harley builds or service

Seems like honest folks and a nice shop. Big long line of bikes TBD. I had a tire and valve stem swapped for $30.

What a great shop! It's hard to find a place that doesn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. Fast and honest service. Really happy with the results. They answered all my questions and took their time explaining what was wrong. Wonderful people. They did a great job helping me figure out my tires and got them installed. The front tire of bike was not in stock and they showed me how to order it and put it on for me. Highly recommend. They also caught my rear brakes that were shot and replaced them. I thoroughly appreciate people like this.

Seems like a pretty solid place. Guy could've made a sale off me, instead he took the time and checked my bike and told me I didn't need it yet. Honesty is key with places like this and it makes me happy to know they are honest. Going to get my bars done here i believe.

Dave and Mark are fantastic! I knew the owners father many years ago and he was a awesome man! The owner of Custom Cycle Corner reminds me so much of his father that it just bring back a really good feeling to me just to be around him because his father was a good man, also he was a excellent motorcycle mechanic, he had a great personality, and he done exactly what you asked him to do and if he seen something else that you didn't know about he would rather call you and okay it with you to fix it or he would just fix it for you and not charge you for it and his son seems to be the exact type of person and you just don't find people and businesses like that no more! If you have any problem with any type of motorcycle I highly recommend that you go to Custom Cycle Corner in Knoxville Tennessee and even if you're in another state I would recommend that you bring your bike to these people! It is a small local business but I see big things for them in the future

Very good quality work, wants to make sure all problems are fixed and good to go. On top of that, VERY reasonable prices! New place to get major work done or just replace a tire.

After being turned down by most motorcycle shops around my area to have new front and rear sprocket put on my 98 nighthawk 750. I called custom cycle corner and was prepared to hear the same excuse the bike is to old for us to work on. But to my surprise custom cycle corner said no problem and set up a appointment for me. And everything went great they really did a good job with my bike. Definitely recommend

They were great to work with. Chris tuned my bike and did a great job. The helped me out alot, answered a ton of questions and solved my problems! Very fair pricing too!

Dave and his crew worked on my Vintage 1990 Harly Sportster which developed a tranmission problem. They described what they thought was the problem and the corrective action required. We also discussed the problem related to finding the correct parts for this model. A couple of weeks later, Dave called for a progress review and discussed what they diagnosed. The repair was made quickly. Bike runs great, actually, runs better than it ever has. Very satisfied. Dave from Loudon

The guys there are very knowledgeable and explain in detail what they are doing and why. I had a bike dyno tuned and they went above and beyond to help resolve an issue I had. I was treated with respect and honesty. Highly recommend them.. plus and in addition to they saved me $125.00

Didn't know that place even existed there, took my neighbor to pick up his motorcycle. Everyone that spoke was friendly. the place was busy but organized and clean

They put a new drive belt on my bike and then recently did a diagnosis of my bike. Great value for service you receive. The owner is a real stand up guy. Best shop in Knoxville.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

They were ok. Guy was nice but acted like he didnt want to order the part i needed. Said he would call when it came in 3 weeks went by nada called bk said he lost my #. Makes me nervous to do future business with them for more expensive parts i need.

Great motorcycle parts and service shop. 50 years in business. I had to change my review. I dropped a shovelhead off for a couple of repairs and they called me back 2 weeks later and said they didnt have time to work on it. Come pick it up. They told a friend that they dont work on shovels anymore. Lol. J and B Performance in Mohawk, Tn will take care of you.

They did a 40,000 mile service on my 2014 Ultra Limited. Great job and at a fair price. Would highly recommend Custom Cycle.

This is the best place in East Tennessee to have your bike fixed. My experience began with having my evo style stroker tuned and tweaked. Dave got me a bunch more torque and hp and rideability was better than ever.More recently I was back there to have my stock H-D crankcases replaced with S&S cases because I put 10 pounds of poo poo in a 5 pound bag. The job was done and scoot is better than ever.I'd trust these folks with any project you can come up with. AND; they've earned the right to make the claim;"TENNESSEE'S BADDEST STREET BIKES"!Keep up the good work Dave!

Mike was able to change our skins on our Ducatis before we headed down to deals gap to hit the tail of the dragon. His work was superior, prices were extremely reasonable, and he is Jura an all around nice guy. I'll recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable shop for their bike. He made sure we were ready to hit the gap and gave us great advice to boot. Thanks mike for making our trip. It wouldn't have happened without you. For a couple of Chicago guys on Ducatis it was humbling to find someone that was able to help us the way he did. Can't say enough about how good he was to us. If your in Knoxville spend your money here, don't waste your time anywhere else!

My brother been there more than once. That's how I found it. Very nice and helpful people that want jack u around, understand not everyone is rich that owes a bike help u out the cheapest way

Fair priced on the tire I needed. Answered the phone first time I called and they were open on time. Very polite, I'll be back in the future.
