In a world that seems far too hard to find honest and trustworthy people, Crossroads Auto Repair shines and gives me hope. I don t think I ll ever take a vehicle anywhere else. They are super responsive, providing updates along the way regarding everything that needs to be done. Simply put, they are amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all that you do!

David does excellent work and takes care of all of our vehicles for about 9 years now. His wife Cristy assist him in scheduling and payments and makes life easy! Thanks guys, you are the BEST! 10/10 Recommend!!!

Crossroads Auto repair shop saved me money, most other shops wanted to charge anywhere from '$150-180 for diagnostic testing because I had a engine light on and wanted to keep my vehicle up to 36 hours, not only did they fix my car for a extremely great price but it was done in 1 day.... Thank you guys for looking out for me, I appreciate you.. May God continue to Bless you abundantly.

Have been getting my 2012 Acadia Serviced at Crossroads. David is very knowledgeable about vehicles of all types and I feel good about recommending him to my friends and business acquaintances. Those that I have recommended him to have thanked me for sending them there.

After some disheartening hassles trying to get our truck fixed, David and Christy bent over backwards for us. I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't been willing to help us out. They are kind, honest, and communicative. Our truck is running like a dream again. It's such a relief to feel all right about my wife running the roads (like she does). We will never take our truck anywhere else again. They've earned our trust and our business.

I ve been going here for at least 5 years now with many different cars. David and Christy as well as everyone else is so nice and very professional and always do a great job in repairing my vehicles and doing it right. They are great at communicating with what s wrong and do the repairs right. They don t overcharge and they don t cheat people out of their money like almost every other auto repair place. I ve never had issues here. They even helped me when getting a good used car and then fixed the minor problems it had. I will continue to come here for many years to come. If you want honest hard working people, then take your car here. I want to thank David and Christy for helping us out with our car. They were very honest, caring and reasonable. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help us. Rusty Wallace Nissan wanted 6,000.00 to fix it and they only charged us a few hundred. The dealer wanted to charge us way more than what was actually needed and they were were very unkind to us I won'tgo back there again. I thank God there's still good people like David and Christy out there. They were so kind and the work was done so quickly and so well. I won't take my car anywhere else but here from now on. Great people! You can rest assured your not going to be cheated like others places. David was awesome at taking care of my Corvette for me. He could have charged me 3X what he did and I would have not known any better, but he is an honest man. Thank you Crossroads

Took my truck here to get fixed after Miller Brothers auto told me I needed $4k worth of work. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the truck and I had been lied to by miller brothers. This is an honest business with a down to earth owner. He personally went on a test drive with me to make sure there were no problems. Please do not hesitate to take all your mechanic business here.

Great people. Great prices. Great service. David and Kristie were very kind and very pleasant to deal with. John, the mechanic that fixed my car, explained everything in depth and was very nice. I hadn t ever been there before but I will definitely be back.

What a fantastic place. My older car is always seeming to need some emergency repair. I can just drop it off and they have always been so quick and flexible on getting it fixed. I'm very happy I found a mechanic I can trust and rely on.

I bought the part for my truck and they put it on for me no problem. They were respectful and got the job done. I would recommend them for any quick repairs you may need done. The price was reasonable.

The owner of the business is a Christian and will not lead you astray. He's the most honest mechanic I've ever known. In addition, his labor rates are the lowest in town. I highly recommend Crossroads Auto Repair!

the only mechanic I would recommend to anyone. They are fair and straight forward. Will explain your problems to you and the pricing of parts and labor. Never had a issue and I trust them above anyone else to work on my car.

Been going to Crossroads Auto for years. David is a very honest guy and explains everything in detail before and after he works on your car. Unlike some other 'mechanics' in the Halls area, they know what they are doing here and don't charge an arm and a leg to fix your car.

Family owned; family feel!David & Cristy are like the kind of neighbors you *wish* you had!We found them when we decided to find an Intoxalock service location closer to our home, but we were delighted to find a full-service repair shop that's fast, friendly and exceedingly *competent* at an affordable price!!Even though we're done with the Intoxalock garbage, we'll definitely be using their services again!I just wish I could give more stars!! ;D

Made a house call to repair my handicap driving controls. One of the components required a trip back to the shop to be rethreaded. Controls work fine. All this cost $40.
