We feel fortunate to have found Clarke Power Services, Inc. after experiencing Allison transmission problems in our Class A Discovery RV. Nothing worse than serious problems when you are 1,000 miles from home. Mark (service manager) was key in getting our RV scheduled for service, Chris (mechanic) diagnosed the issue and new replacement part ordered. This was no simple fix as a new custom module had to be acquired and programmed. We appreciate the extra efforts to help us and get our rig back on the road. Clarke Power Services, Inc. staff were empathetic and helpful, their mechanics did a great job with the new transmission module, and we made it safely home within a few days after the fix. Thank you, Mark and team!

Nice people very helpful got my truck in almost immediately told me what it needed wrote up an estimate and ordered parts. Completed work in a timely manner and stuck to their estimate. Did an awesome job truck runs great. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Awesome group of people. Accommodating, hospitable, and on their toes. Had an issue they were quick to "Diagnose" and offer a remedy. Staff is awesome. Never had an issue with Clarke Power. Used them in Missippipi, Kentucky, Great Organization. Good job folks. Ill come too you for any issues.

We had a transmission problem on our Rv, a truck dealer tried to fix it but couldn t so we took it to Clarke. Scott, the customer service guy was so helpful and fitted our RV into the workshop straight away so we didn t lose time on our vacation. The problem was extremely difficult to diagnose but Mongo, (head of transmission) didn t give up. He found the problem and not only fixed it he also fixed other things that were not quite right.I would highly recommend Clarke power services, they know exactly what they re doing and are very helpful and professional.

Had an Allison Transmission issue and pulled in before lunch and was quickly fixed up and out in 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and great bunch of folks to work with. Super easy off and back on I-40. I did not even have to unhook my towed vehicle from behind my bus. 5 star all the way.

Honest and friendly service at a great price! We had our motorhome towed to Clarke Services from another repair shop (Interstate Repair Services) that said we needed a new transmission. Turns out we just needed to replace the TCM. Clarke Powers was able to diagnose the issue, order the part and replace it within two days. Scott Gueller, the service center rep, made us feel very comfortable during a very bad situation. I would highly recommend this company for your RV repair needs.

We had a transmission that would not go into gear. The select-a-shifter had stopped working and the motor would not start. BJ worked on it for about an hour after his initial diagnosis of a bad ground. Scott was honest about his work load. He had 7 other transmission jobs ahead of us and broke BJ free to get a look at it. We are greatful for the quick response and exceptional knowledge.to get us back on the road. Best transmission shop in east Tennessee.

Immediately wanted to sell me an engine. Barely did any diagnostics. Definitely won't be going back. Decided to out it on a hook from Knoxville all the way back to northwest Arkansas definitely not a motor. Conartists just looking for excuses to sell you a motor.

Paid $500 just to get a grey answer of what might be the problem with my semi. Save yourself time and money and get your diagnosis from the dealership.
