They know what they are doing, this will be our go to place for tires for now on.Enter at the back of the building, that's where they do the tires.They give you a two week warranty on your tires.They are reasonably priced, I got two tires for our 2010 Kia forte for $100 cash ( $110 if you use a card.)These are used tires but they look almost new to me.I'm very pleased with everything so I highly recommend them.

Great service for very reasonable price.Had a flat tire when I was in this area. Took my car to them and they fixed it in about 5 minutes. Will definitely be back for my future tire needs.

Great employees and great prices if you can catch them there! Early in the morning they are never there at 9 am they should change their hours on google to 10:30 am to 5:00 pm because when it says 9 am and you roll in there on a donut before work you don't need to run around looking for another shop that was probably closer anyway.

They sold me a tire, they said was in good condition. When they put the car on the rack I heard a lot of loud noises. I didn't even think of checking if something was off and didn't drive it far afterwards. Then when driving the next day I heard something banging. Turns out my vape canister was knocked loose. Now I can't say 100 percent they were the reason but I'm pretty sure it was. But when I brought the car to the dealership to get repaired they showed me the tire was trash and needed to be replaced even worse tread then my old tires.

These guys help me out so much. I too tires going flat and they got me a great deal on for used tires and had them put on and made ready to go within 20 minutes or less.

I bought 2 used tires, from pull parts, for my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. The owner of the shop put poor quality tires on my van, and then argued with me that he informed me that the tires were no good. I didn't find out til that the tires w�re no good

Been going here for years and sent many people here as well but doubt I'll go back after last experience. Took van to have tire changed. When finished they instructed my worker to back off the lift resulting in damage to side of van. Then a couple days later the tire was so out of balance it resulted in bent hub cap and noticeable damage to tire. Reluctantly they changed the tire but denied responsibility for damage.Unfortunately, my worker didn't want to upset me so I didn't learn of the damage for a few days due to death in the family or I would have handled it.

Had a screw in BOTH of my back tires and I needed to get home to Atlanta, but I couldn t find any shops still open that were willing to help me since it was almost 7:00 PM. I called to see if they could help, not feeling too confident that they would since the last 10+ calls I made were a no go. The man that answered said he closes in 10 minutes and he d fix them if I could get there before then. Not only did they surprise me by telling me to come in, but they got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. I ll definitely be coming back if I ever run into any issues while I m in town!!!! Thanks guys you re the best!!!!

We have taken all of our cars there. They are quick.If you call before you desperately need tires and they can find good used ones, the prices are so nice. They give feedback if something else might need to be done for your car-why it might be shaking if the tires are not the only fix.

Very rude and cocky little guy who who rippes you off for 45 bucks for a used tire. People you can get a brand new one at Walmart for 60.00 and they do not charge you to put it on.

The tire change itself was fine, and the tires were decently priced, my issue is that one of the employees decided to go run his mouth to the former owner of my car about a conversation we had and start drama between me and my former owner. This shouldn t be a problem coming from a business with grown men. so watch what you say around these people if you re in the car community.

My husband bought tires from someone and took them here and they put them on his rims and balanced them. Reasonable pricing too. The guy that helped worked his butt off helping him

I was driving through Tennessee from Michigan, got a flat, they took off the tire, patched it and had me on the road in like 30 minutes. This place was amazing. Definitely worth it your business and very affordable.

I was on the road heading home to Florida and my back tire blew I came to EZ tire shop and right away they put on the tires I needed within 10 minutes quick efficient and awesome customer service.

I had been trying to find a decent quality used tire for my Explorer without much luck for last three days. Went to EZ Tire this morning, got a great Tire at great price. Was in and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely be return customer.

THE BEST TRIE SHOP IN KNOXVILLE!!! The customer service is amazing! They balanced and rotated my tires in less then 15 mins for over half the price of every tire shop in the knoxville area! Very friendly and high knowledgeable about cars in general! I would highly recommend you make the drive! I will not be going to any other tire place again!

If you want to be treated TERRIBLY go here! They are very rude and condescending towards customers especially females. Another treat, there is a $6 processing fee if you pay with a card.

Long story short. We are Canadian. Hit a bad pothole on the way to Florida. Two flat tires. They stayed open past 8pm for us. Amazing service and a great price for two tires.These guys are amazing. Very professional, friendly, honest and went above and beyond my expectations. Price was extremely affordable but did not lack in quality what so ever. I highly recommend them to any and everyone.

They were quite busy when I arrived, but I was still greeted in a timely fashion. I only brought my wheel to them because I know it makes it a lot easier for them to just mount and balance the tire, and let me put the wheel on my car. They were very nice, and they were able to work me in since there was very little work to be done. I really appreciate the folks here because I know how hard their job is, especially with the cold weather! Highly recommended!

I used to go here for tire needs a lot. That all changed when my wife went to replace a blown out tire for my daughter s car. They put on a 17 year old tire that was painted black and lots of cracking. I wish I took a picture, as the tire had huge cracks and exposing layers. Not safe at all and maybe not even legal. They did refund and remove the ancient tire from our wheel. We went else where and will not be back.

These guys (and 1 lady) are amazing! They really took care of me. I had a flat tire and was needing to get new ones all the way around. They got me in at 9:00 at night, 4 new tires for a great price. I really recommend them!

The employees here are awesome . We brought them the major Monday problem and they sailed through fixing it without flinching . Really appreciate the courtesy and prompt service . Would definitely recommend and come here again !

Quick summary: Bought 4 used tires, quick/fast service, got home in 5 minutes, parked, got back in car later in the day, had a flat within 3 feet of driving. No obvious damage seen to tire. Will update review after contacting EZ tire.More details:Needed a set of 4 tires so I called around for quotes on new tires but settled on EZ Tire because I was attracted to the bug zapper light of $200 for used tires.EZ Tire operates on first come first serve so I drove over. Seemed like a great idea at the time so I immediately drove there in around 5 minutes. Felt like a huge perk having a tire shop so close to home (Drawn again into the electric bug zapper).Waited 15 minutes after pulling in and was able to stay in car whole time so I did. EZ Tire worked somewhat quickly and finished in 30 minutes.Thought to myself, cool! That was fast. I bought myself a little time before I need to replace them, right? RIGHT???I drive straight home (short drive, 5 min) and did an inspection of the tires. I did the quarter test (FML #1, low tread, pretty used) and looked at the tires... thought eh, itll work for a few weeks/months maybe? MAYBE???I went about chores/projects and got back into the car around 7 PM, drove literally 3 - 5 feet, and was hearing wierd sounds. I got out to take a look only to confirm my fears of a flat tire (FML #2). I reversed back a little, parked, and looked up EZ Tire on Google but they were closed and wont open until Monday (FML #3, it's Saturday evening).I called AAA and they arrived in 30 minutes to help me install my spare donut. I learned a lot about dry rot and how to see when tires were manufactured. The tires bought were made in 2016-2018. The tire that went flat was from 2018 (FML #4).I re-read the reviews for EZ Tire... this time, I read the negative ones. I should have stayed away but that $200 was so, so tempting. I added my review, but unfortunately, people will see all the positive reviews, low $ to replace, and skip over the negative ones until they have an issue too. Learned that the warranty is for a replacement and they wont do a refund (FML #5).Dont buy used tires. They are not worth the troubles. Lesson learned the hard way for me.Should have stuck with my gut feeling and gone to Fisher for new tires.Now I'm out $200 (FML #6) towards new tires.

Service was great! I called ahead and they were able to hold two gently used tires for me for an unbeatable price. They also recommended an alignment shop to go to as well. I got two tires for $80! They take card, but cash is preferred otherwise they will have to charge tax.

We had a flat tire and spent 3 hours looking for a place that didn t close at 6pm. This place was a life saver and had us in and out in under 10 minutes. The service was great and the price for a good quality tire was extremely reasonable. This place should be your go-to for emergencies!
