AVOID. Go literally anywhere else. My family has been coming here for decades. Since it was sold, we've given the new owners a few chances. They do not stand behind their work, refused to honor what a previous employee said about a warranty, when we tried to get our issue resolved none of them knew what the other was doing. They have a lot of trouble doing what they say they're going to do. There is A LOT more to this story, but too much to tell in a review. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Took a vehicle there for my employer. They were very friendly, fast and had great communication skills. Price was good as well. Would definitely use them for my personal vehicle.

Good service, when something did go wrong, they were very quick to provide a tow truck and repair with all charges covered.

Owner is very rude. We was rude on the phone and in person. Maybe it's only to truck driver. The people that came in behind me where also asking about a 3axel alignment and got same attitude. Plus the person that called for an estimate was also treated unwanted.Maybe he only wants to work on 4wheels. Does not take PACAR or any mantance accounts. He also did not let me pull truck into bay. But he was having trouble releasing the breaks and driving an auto so I had to go help him and that just made things worse. Sad to say but TA would be better if your a big truck. This place does not want any big truck business. It's just wrong that such a nice place has such an angry owner.

I visited Central Alignment service center June 20, 2023. I asked and paid for an 2 alignments. One because she told me I would have to come back after the initial alignment. I scheduled it for the next day because they didn't have the equipment to do it that day.I visited the following day and went to go pick it up. I noticed after I drove home it was off and contacted them again. They adjusted it.It wasn't 100% right then but I figured I would give it a little time. I took it back yesterday because I noticed it had chewed part of my tire in which I was told I would be charged for them to look at it. I can't support local that doesn't stand by their work. She also accused me of hitting pot holes, I have rarely driven my truck due to surgery recovery over the past few months.Poor customer service and subpar work.

One of the best I've delt with in several years. They know what they are doing and actually make sure it's fixed and right. Had trouble with front end wondering on the road and it was fixed the first time and done reasonable. Showed up for my appointment and they had it in the bay when they said they would and done in the time they said it would take. I will be taking all my vehicles here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I went to two shops before this one. I'm very impressed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. The guys are very honest and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I was recommended to Mike by another shop because he specializes in semi truck alignments. I called and scheduled an appointment for a week later which was his earliest availability. He states to me that it should only take a couple of hours and that we were welcome to wait if we wanted. So, we show up for our appointment at 8:15am on a Tuesday (admittedly I was 15 minutes late) and when arrived, was told he took another job ahead of mine and wouldn t be able to see me until 1pm which was a no go because of a 4pm pick up 150 miles away in Virginia. The woman in the front is nice enough but can t offer much info and Mike just seemed annoyed when I spoke to him on the phone to schedule my appointment. It was an overall uneasy feeling and as much as I want to use them because of others recommendations and to give business to an independent owner over a mainstream provider, I ll unfortunately have to stick to freightliner for service.

We had our RV Class C alignment done. The improvement was significant. The sway was eliminated. No need for steering stabilizers or sway bars. The second visit the oil change was reasonably priced and professionally done. Highly recommend Central Alignment & Services - Knoxville Tennessee. The staff are very helpful and informative. Mike is highly experienced, accommodating and trustworthy. Will definitely use this place for all our RV maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

WOW! Great service, reasonable cost, friendly service, and knowledgeable! Mike kept me updated on the progress of my repair, started work on time (appointment time) work completed on time while I waited. Class A motor homes are not easy to find reputable--reasonable, timely, knowledgeable, service centers. Mike and the team at Central Alignment & Service are great and have moved up to my go to repair shop. Mike thank you for a great experience! No hesitation recommending you to others!

They installed 4 new tires and performed wheel alignment. I have now driven my van approximately 300 miles over all types of road. The tires have absolutely no vibration and a pleasure to drive. They corrected the alignment and now the steering wheel is adjusted correctly.The owner is a man of few words but those he does speak are true and honest. I have great confidence in this business.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I had an issue that was repaired by another shop, but left me with damaged tread on nearly new tires. I had them true my tires, they are the only shop I could find to do that. The result is great. Ride is quiet now, no pulling or vibration. They know what they are doing!

I took my motorhome to them for two front tires and an alignment due to my tires wearing badly.Mike (owner) found the front end out of alignment and brought it back into spec. He had to bend the axle to get the camber right which most places wouldn't do. Most only would adjust toe since this is a straight axle.Next Scott installed the new tires. He spend a lot of time truing the tires and rims and balancing the everything together on the vehicle.I was very impressed with the time and attention they spent on this job. Total of about 4 hours, and they were working on it the whole time.The coach drove so much better after they were done. No vibration or pulling to the right.Mike is not rude or ignorant. He just doesn't talk much.When I need new tires again I will be driving here from Pennsylvania to have this crew work on my coach.Also, when Scott was under my coach he noticed an exhaust hanger on my generator was starting to fail. He wired it up for me until I could get it fixed at home.TWO THUMBS UP!!!!

Mike has worked on my sister's car for several years and recently has done work on my car. He is very knowledgable and has extensive experience in many areas. He is very honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be trusting him with my car in the future.

Horrible experience and even worse customer service.In response to the owners response: I attempted to be a customer but was turned off by the unprofessional attitude of Mike Costner. I was told my vehicle would not be a priority and probably would not have even been looked at for a week. My review is valid and hopefully is viewed by others and they choose not to give patronage to Central Alignment and Services.I m response to my review Mike Costner gave a false review of my company on google because he was upset at my review.

Scott at Central Alignment & Services recognized the problem and its exact location (front left wheel hub) right away during a 5-minute test drive. I had been through three tire shops balancing and re-balancing the tires, and the humming sound (not very pronounced, but annoying for an LS460) was still there - until the hub assembly was replaced today. The car drives as it should again. The price was a bit better than a dealer would charge, but the work was hard, involving heating the old hub with a gas torch to be able to remove it.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I took my truck to them after having 2 other chain store shops try and align my truck. I had them do a oil & filter change and rotate and balance the wheels/tires while they had it. My truck drives like a brand new truck finally. It has never ridden as smooth and it has after they worked on it. They have a customer for life from me now. I ll never take my vehicles anywhere else for tire balancing or alignments hands down. Thank you!

I had a wobble in the front passenger side wheel on my jeep. Rotating the tires didn't help. A friend recommended this place. They found the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Some reviewers have said that Mike was rude. He seemed nice enough to me. I highly recommend this place.

Central Alignment has the best guys around to service your car. Mike, Scott and Chad. They are super nice and have decent prices. Work is always excellent. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Mike and all the fine folks there for fixing my Xterra. I have had a vibration that has plagued this vehicle for several years and three sets of tires. One trip to see Mike and this nuisance vibration is finally over. Thanks again!

I took my 04 Mazda Tribute for new tires and an alignment. The vehicle drives like a new one. Thank you for the great work and customer service. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends.

Had an alignment done on my 2011 international prostar the third one in 4 years. Previous 2 performed by other recommended shops. Took it to Central Alignment work was started at appointment and completed within an reasonable amount of time. First time in years the steering wheel is straight without having to R&R steering wheel. Great alignment and great job.

Stopped in for a low air tire light on. Was able to fit my vehicle in even with a busy schedule to assess if I needed an appointment or if it could be fixed on the spot. Professional & up front on what they would or would not be able to do that day.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a tire that needed air every few days. I took the tire over and one of the guys promptly found the leak and patched it properly from the inside. They even topped off my tires for the car I arrived in.I would recommend the guys over here!

Very knowledgeable and friendly folks. They KNOW how to true up tires on an 18 wheeler and make it ride real smooth!!! One of the last garages around who can balance a tire while it's mounted on the vehicle!!!!!

I took a Newmar Dutchstar 3736 motorhome to these guys and they solved a bounce issue I had been fighting for 2 years. I went to 5 different tire centers from Atlanta to Chattanooga, even to the FCCC Freightliner factory Service Center in Gaffney, SC and no one could find the problem. Mike and Chris are good at what they do they found and fixed the bounce issue within the timeframe they said and within the price quoted - They were an answer to prayer. Highly recommend

I had my Infiniti G35 S sedan 4 wheel alignment done there. I was a first time customer after I had a emergency tire blow out after a encouter with a curb that pop my tire. I never thought my car was going to drive like it did before the curb. I had a different shop put a tire on that would wobble and shake my car. Now after visiting Central Alignment and Services to fix my car not just better than before the curb but better than before I owned the car. I will be back for more suspension alignment and rotation work in the future. Lots of quality for a great price as well.
