Jay at Car Star Reeder was fabulous! My experience was second to none. The best part was the communication. Originally he said I may want to take my car to the dealership because it was so new. I didn t want to go there because my experience before with their parts department and their body shop was horrible. I got text messages from Jay every Tuesday and Thursday updating me on the their progress with my car. When they ran into more issues than originally anticipated I got a detailed message and sometimes a phone call to explain. They still have one part to replace on my car. If Jay and Car Star were dishonest they could have just said it was good enough because the problem isn t visible at all. I wouldn t have even known about the issue if he hadn t shown me where the hidden problem is. The part has no ETA from the manufacturer. But he said when it arrives, he will call me to replace it. My car was returned cleaner than when I took it in. If I could give CarStar Reeder 10 stars I would. It was a fantastic experience all the way around. Jay wasn t condescending, the communication was top notch and the quality of work is great. I highly recommend them. I ll take any future body repairs to them.

Though it took much longer than expected for repairs, the customer service and communication was great! Jay stayed in contact with me the entire time and when we picked up our previously very hail damaged vehicle we were satisfied customers. David who I believe is the manager was super accommodating for the long wait. Will definitely reccomend you guys!! Thank you all!

Came to them with my truck after being hit and ran. Had a major issue with timeliness of repair and almost cost me close to 400 dollars due to renal coverage not being able to creep me in a rental. They ended up taking care of all that. Very curious customer and I was told they use only new parts for repair un like many others will use refurbished or used parts. Note they are very busy and over booked but seem to do their very best to accommodate. I wish their lobby was a little more comfortable for along waits and could use a little updating no biggie. I ve been to them serval times now and I m overall still extremely happily satisfied with the outcomes.

Hello guys don t put the your car in this please very poor service bed job and vesting your time I have miner issue and hi take 32 day and went I call for updates thay told me parts not coming yet and next week cell again and thay told me my my technician is off, not feeling good sick ok call next week thay told me your account managers is off for sick so basically, they need some more time every time they give me some reason your account manager technician that s not my problem they need to provide different people to finish the job, but I already requested the people don t go this place. There is a poor service. and finally, I got my car after 32 days they don t fix right back basically I don t like Servis they don t know how to fix so please don t go this place waste your time with your money. Thank you.

They made sure to go way above and beyond to give me the safest repair for my vehicle I could get. With prior unknown damage, to safety and quality repair. These guys definitely help in giving be a better holiday cheer!

Unprofessional and value relationship with insurance more than customer. I d find another shop.First two pics are the additional damage found and the third is where the impact occurred.Given an evaluation on additional damage that it was not part of the incident, thus not covered on insurance and ultimately cost me an additional $800 out of my own pocket. I presented:1. A clean carfax that shows this vehicle had not been involved in any incidents (this was the first).2. The additional damage (impact bar beneath bumper) was damaged in the precise location that I hit another car. 3.the bumper sat flush before this incident. The reason I had to have the impact bar replaced was because it was causing the bumper to not sit flush on the car.All this evidence was presented to Carstar and they still made the recommendation to insurance that the damage was not part of the incident. I was assured that carstar was not making the determination on if it was part of the incident or not they said the insurance company was. But when I called State Farm they had in their notes that carstar determined it wasn t part of the incident ultimately leaving me in an undefendable spot with the insurance company. I was met with condescension and apathy throughout this entire process when I expressed the above facts and ultimately had a terrible customer experience. I will never go to a carstar collision center again for a repair and I will advise others online and through word of mouth to do the same.Service: Body & Trim

CARSTAR Reeder collision they were absolutely amazing they kept me updated on my vehicle while it was getting repaired. Excellent customer service everyone was friendly and very polite! I would definitely highly recommend using them for any of your car repairs!

I have an older vehicle that was difficult to finds parts for, so the repairs took awhile. However, I have to say that David persistently searched until he found the correct part to repair my vehicle, In addition, the technician that repaired the vehicle did an excellent job. Thank you

I had a good experience! Every staff member with whom i had contact regarding the bodywork my car needed after a 'fender bender' was personable, relaxed, effective, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent quality was exhibited, not only in the bodywork that was done, but also in every other way I can think of! I certainly greatly appreciate Reeder Chevrolet Collision Center, and am glad to recommend it to anyone requiring auto bodywork in the Knoxville, TN area; I myself will return, if I again need that sort of thing in the future! Angela and David are both shining stars - and I remember their names and faces - but the 2-3 other staff with whom I had direct dealings during those several days, whose names and faces I don't now remember, were equally wonderful representatives for Reeder Chevy Collision Center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is hidden behind Reeder Chevrolet. Jay was very personable and I felt like he was being honest with me. The quote he gave me was very reasonable compared to other places I had been. Update: Got the car back and was happy to know that they fixed everything and stayed within the exact budget I was quoted. I am very satisfied with their work, honesty and budget.
