I went to this business yesterday for the first time. They were amazing! Every person that worked there was super friendly & helpful. They were the only mechanic shop that I have called that offered a 15 min. Diagnostic for no charge if it required more than 15 minutes, they offered to do a 30 minute Diagnostic for $85. That is an amazing price for those of you who have called around. I arrived without an appointment & they got me right in. They looked at my car and informed me that my car just required a reset from battery previously being disconnected. I was over joyed finding out it wasn't going to be an expensive repair. They charged me nothing & even when I offered to pay something they refused. The mechanics were very knowledgeable & I would highly recommend this business. I will be going there for All my car needs.

I'm on the the fence with 4, and it's wobbly,But these guys, will get you on your way.Can't be cheap it's just paper. You get what you pay for I'd rather pay the right people, a Lil more and know that it's being handled by professionals, and I have to add they got me an Uber ride home, no extra cost... I haven't threw a reasonable code as of yet, 02/24/2024... I DoorDash so I depend on a running Ford, F-1-fif-T..

Such nice people who fixed my Jeep Compass at a reasonable price. The staff were so kind and didn t seem to mind me calling and asking for updates frequently. Very impressed! Will trust them again for sure if I ever need car repairs.

They are very understanding. Communication is excellent. The free health and safety inspection is a definite plus to take advantage of. Can be relatively cheap in price. One and only con I could think of is that (yes they tell you what s wrong) they find a lot of things that may not need to be serviced but can definitely up the price of what you need fixing. Other then that, they do excellent work and are very reasonable people!

I've taken several cars to Carfix for maintenance and service. Most recently my fuel pump went out on my truck and I had Carfix check it out and had them replace it. When something started to act funky with it after being replaced, I called them and let them know and took it back in about 3 weeks later and they found out the fuel pump was faulty and replaced that one too with no hassle and no charge whatsoever. Ever since I've started going to CarFix I won't go anywhere else! The guys over there are always nice, professional and communicative while your vehicle is in the shop, and they will even help with any accommodations you may need getting anywhere if you have to leave your car. I don't usually leave reviews but felt they definitely deserved the praise! I appreciate the good work and service!

We are new to TN & had a coupon for an oil change. We tried them & were very pleased with the professionalism of this team from the "get go" from the person who scheduled my appt to the end. The mgr. realized we were new to the area & gave us more info @ the services they provide & the expertise of their technicians. Prices were reasonable & we plan to return for other car repairs.

This is by far the best mechanic I've ever been to. I've only had to go twice but they've shot me straight both times being completely up front and honest and giving me the most professional care. They really care about their customers here and I could not recommend a shop more than this one. Everything is broken down price wise and they do everything they can to make sure you're not overpaying. When I first went in with my current issue they didn't even charge me for running codes. They're like well that didn't figure out what was going on and they're like man. We don't know how long it's going to take but we're going to have to run diagnostics on it. They got me done. They got me out the door for cheap and they genuinely care. Josh is wonderful up front. And everyone else has been so professional.

Amazing customer service and quality work. They conducted a thorough check of my vehicle and then had an itemized list of necessary and suggested repairs. Also provided photos of worn parts. I would highly recommend their shop and I will be a return customer.

Josh and his crew were wonderful to us. My car ended up needing more work than i planned on and they kept us updated at every point. He told me my car would run like new and he was right!!! I appreciate all the kindness they showed. Would be glad to tell anyone to take their car there.

My family ended up at the Western Avenue CarFix after a roadside breakdown while traveling from Ohio to Georgia. The gentlemen, particularly Joshua Steele, John and Johnny , were exceptionally professional, helpful and kind - going far out of their way to help us get back on the road as quickly as possible. We are grateful!

Josh and the team at Western Avenue did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my wife s vehicle. They gave a fair quote for the repair, did the work and got my wife back on the road safely again. I will continue to come to this shop for my future maintenance and repairs.

Great people, Amazing Service! Joshua, John and team at Car Fix were amplifies what customer service means. We were on a road trip back to Toronto, Canada from Orlando, when our started giving us trouble on the I75 North. AAA dropped us at CAR FIX and we are forever grateful. With 2 hours left on closing on a Friday evening, we should we would have to spend the weekend in Knoxville, but John, Joshua and the team was quick in identifying the issue (which was a negligence on another company who "helped" us in Atlanta only to mess it up more). Once the issue was identified, Car Fix team fixed it. With 11 hrs drive left to Toronto, we decided to stop overnight after 2 hr drive just in case. All in all, if it wasn't for Joshua, John and the team at CAR Fix, we would have struggled spending more money and days without returning home. Thank you for being amazing.

My old car had some issues. A coworker recommended car fix. So when my water pump went out I decided to give them a try. Very good service. Josh is very helpful. I got a couple of tires and then lost my hubcap on the way home. I didn't think the garage would replace it but josh took care of it. I will definitely be back. I mean I hope I'm not bc I hope the car doesn't break down again. But if I need a garage I will for sure go back. They even paid for me an Uber to come pick up the car when it was ready

I've been bringing My car here since they 1st opened. I trust them, I've always had a great experience after getting my car serviced. Anytime that I get an oil change, they always do an inspection and give me a print off of needs to be done or what's recommended to be done. They will let you know if it's urgent or something that can wait. Being that I am a woman, I've never felt like they are ever trying to get over on me like other places that I've been to. Anyways overall, I won't take my car to anyone else so go check them out!

Josh's customer service is premium. Overall, my full scope break job was done timely, without issues. All the bonuses that have won me over as a new customer:1. Shop opens BEFORE 8am.2. Shop will arrange your transportation to and from the shop via their own driver, ride-share, or loaner car (if available)!3. Alternative payment option via Affirm helped me knockout an unexpected and necessary vehicle repair.I certainly recommend this shop to anyone in this neck of the woods!

If you want a garage where the staff actually converses with you, laughs with you, helpful, informative, gets the job done, and just all around amazing, these are your guys!! They have been the absolute best garage i've ever been to and I have visited many garages. They are patient, quick, and always keep me up to date. Car Fix on Western Avenue will 100% be the garage that I use from here on out!! Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful, it's appreciated more than you know!!

I recently took my Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change and service on Jan 24th. I was a walk in and they treated me very well. Everyone I encountered was professional, polite and the shop was clean and efficient. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Joshua very helpful in answering my questions and treating me with respect. I never felt they were trying to sell me more service than what was needed.

These guys are amazing! Josh and Christian are the face of the business and represent it incredibly. No matter how busy they are (and they get SLAMMED) they always have a smile on their face, call me by my name and ask me how my friends and relatives are. I ve been a customer here for over a year by referral and I have referred around 5-6 people already.Customer service is extremely important but i also know first hand these are guys you can trust. I have a training background and used to travel and train businesses for a living and can tell you this shop is ran exactly the same as if i personally owned it.Great job Josh and Christian!

My car pretty much broke down while I was on a roadtrip and I searched everywhere for a repair shop. They were closed when I reached them but I gave them a call and dropped off my keys. The next thing I knew they called me the next day right when they opened and let me know what was going on. They were in complete contact, very kind, and very communicative in letting me know what was wrong and what they were doing to help. I appreciate their honesty and kindness.

I booked the appointment online, I showed and my truck was pulled into the bay within 5 mins. I was was done and on my way in about 1.5 hours with new rear brakes. They very professional and quick. I am pleased with the service that Christian and his team provided. Comparably priced to other service centers. I think that I have found my local auto service center.

SCAMMERS, PREDATORS. Will majorly upcharge you. Do not go here!!Went in for an oil change because I had a coupon full synthetic oil change with free tire rotation for $65. They called me saying they were super concerned because my tire brake pads were needed to be replaced asap. They tried to scare me by saying it was a HUGE safety concern. Then they told me it would be $1200. For 4 pads, rotors and the fluid flush. I told them I wanted a second opinion and I called around got quoted for under $500.Took my car into another place, the mechanic said I only needed the front pads replaced and he could just rotate the rotors. Did it all for $150.These people just want $$$ don't trust them.Then It said on my sticker from their oil change that I needed to come back in 4000 miles. Even a normal oil change lasts much longer than that let alone a full synthetic. I doubt they even put full synthetic oil. I ended up being charged almost $80. And again I don't believe they put full synthetic oil or did a rotation.They spent the whole time gas lighting me into thinking I was going to die if I didn't spend $1200 on brake pads.

this place is over priced.. they wanted 9k to do a motor swap on a 07 Toyota camery. I was stuck in Knoxville. after I had it towed back to Bristol and a motor put in it I only spent $3100. customer service sucks!!!

I ve been having a lot of issues with my car being out of alignment and CAR FIX was quick to help and also gave me a free inspection with the service. The guys working at the front desk were very helpful as well and made sure to keep me informed on the progress of the services.

I truely never gice 5 stars but they called me following up on my 4 star review and i felt they really cared enough to call so they deserved it. They go above and beyond to satisfy thier customers. They do everything they can to make sure you leave in a safe vehicle with no problems. Helped my husband set up a credit card just for the repairs so we could have them completed.

I always have a great experience with CarFix western ave! The employees are always so helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I just recently had my transmission fixed and it was a long process but they graciously lent me one of their loaner vehicles for the entire process to make sure I could still get to school every day. My car is still being worked on today, BUT Christian is THE BEST. He has given me every option on every repair that the mechanic can offer. I have some more repairs that are still needing to be done and I will be taking it back to Car Fix - Western Ave! He calms anyone with car repair anxiety!!! Go see him!

I will always drive out of my way to this location because they have always done me right. This place is perfect for when u have to leave your vehicle because they will let u use a loaner vehicle if they have one available. Thanks Josh, Christian, and the rest of the team. (Even tho Christian switched stores lol)

Excellent customer service. Each time I have brought a vehicle here, the repair(s) have been completed expertly. Joshua kept me informed much to my appreciation.
