Car Fix did a very good and quick job when I took my car to them. It was my first visit and I will definitely return.I went there for an engine oil change.Staffs are really helpful and kind.

Was having my oil changed in my 2014 Mazda MX-5 and upon included inspection, they noticed a link on the sway bar had come apart. Knowing it was going to take a few hours together parts and insulation, Car fix offered a loaner at no charge. Price was reasonable and everyone was friendly. I have no problem recommending this business to anyone.

My daughter highly recommended Car Fix Farragut and now I do too. David and Billy were both professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I felt I received a very fair price. Also, the waiting area was immaculate and refreshments were provided. Thank you, David and Billy. I truly appreciate your integrity and honesty.

Excellent service! Billy and his team have worked on 3 of our cars, and provided excellent service. In the past, we used a tire and service provider located in Farragut for our automotive repair. I left that location due to poor service and misdiagnosis of the issues with my car. Billy and his team found the real issue that was completely different than the diagnosis/quote from the other business.

This is response to a previous 5 star review I gave this facility. The tech removed hose clamps of these push fittings that wasn't necessary. This is on the Thermostat housing on a 2013 Hyundai Genesis. After chasing a coolant leak from these hose clamps the damage had already been done. Blown Head Gasket. It's mistakes like this that costs thousands in repair bills. I would not let this company work on a bicycle.

I had a check engine light, and electrical issue that was all taken care of in one day. They provided a thorough diagnosis, and kept me informed of the progress along the way. I was also able to book my appointment online over the weekend for a Monday drop off which was nice, and the free shuttle ride made it even more convenient. Very professional facility. I highly recommend.

Our car transmission unfortunately went out mid route to Atlanta GA. We found Car Fix online and got it to the shop and David kindly listened to our issues and took the car in for a check up and corroborated what we unfortunately already suspected. He not only didn t charge us but gave us all possible options and even suggested a preferred tow company. Him and his team took exceptional care of us and I would recommend them to anyone in the area! Thank you David for your kindness and all your help!

I needed my car fixed asap. I received a mailer from Car Fix and gave them a call. I spoke with Kate and they were able to see me the next day. I highly recommend them because from the first phone call til the end of service I could tell they were concerned about giving me the best service at the best price. Even after service they checked to make sure all was running well. Thank you Kate and Zach for your excellence in service and expertise!

CAR FIX of Farragut is fabulous! I was referred to them by a friend, and being a woman taking a car into "a shop" is just asking for it! However, Billy (manager) was extremely professional, honest, friendly, and overexceeded my expectations!Billy and the staff, were able to diagnose my vehicle's issue and repair it on the spot (replaced a belt)! Mind you I had no appointment, walked-in.All the work, was provided at a reasonable price, Toyota dealership would have been 3x the cost. This CAR FIX location is my "go to" shop for everything!

If I could do 10 stars I would. I can't say enough about Billy and his staff. I went to another car fix last year and spent over 5K....My engine light came on and took it to Billy's location. They determined it was a faulty water pump, from last year's repair. The warranty company only wanted to cover a percentage of the cost, but he fought for the full replacement of the water pump and saved me $1300. They also allowed me to have a new loaner car which was a plus. I highly recommend this location!!!! They have gained a loyal customer for life!!!

I have a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0 V6 that needed a new engine installed. After having some previous work done on it by Car Fix , I let them handle all of the details with getting one installed and as usual , they did a great job ! Only took them two days from the time they received it and getting it installed ! And letting me use their loaner car was a plus also ! Billy and the rest of the staff were great ! I'll have them do any future repairs on my truck and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs done !

I've brought my vehicle to Car Fix twice and have referred this location to several others. The quality of service is excellent. I have complete trust and confidence in the level of service the staff provides. They are friendly, honest, and have the customers best interest in mind. I can t speak highly enough about Billy and David! I went through a lengthy and ridiculous process with a different shop, on an engine repair. I reached out to Billy and he towed my car in from the other shop and had my vehicle back to me in two days! I had been waiting several weeks on the previous shop by that point. Very professional, worked everything out with my warranty company for me, above and beyond customer service. I will never go anywhere else!

I was told by a dealer that I had a broken front axle (without inspecting the axle itself). CARFIX drove the vehicle and inspected it and said I did not. I also had front and rear brakes done by CARFIX and their communications with me were great. They even honored a discount coupon that I forgot to physically bring in.

I didn't have an appointment but I called & spoke to Billy, who was polite & friendly, to see if it was a good time to come in for an oil change. He told me it was & he had a technician available. The Staff & Technicians are professional & friendly! They did a great job & I'll use CarFix in the future.

I had an excellent experienced with Car Fix. After taking my car to Firestone and informing them. That I had a vacuum line issue. They proceeded to tell me it was the timing. Firestone didn't even bother to check the vacuum line issue. That I told him about when you could See that the fuel return line was unhooked. They told me there was nothing they could do with the vehicle, and That I needed to get it towed somewhere else.I towed around the corner to Car Fix. They had it fixed by the next day and didn't overcharge me like Firestone ( I forgot to mention Firestone charged me for a diagnosis they didn't do). I highly recommend Car Fix and will definitely use them again. The staff were curious and actually listened.

I had a great experience getting a headlight replaced and an oil change. They fixed both issues quickly and for a reasonable price. There was an upholstery issue that they didn t work on and went above and beyond to find two other companies that could help. I will use them again!

Fantastic service! My car was over heating and I had originally taken it to Service Street on northshore and so happy I came to Car Fix for a second opinion!! They do honest work and SO much more reasonable compared to Service Street. Very happy with Car Fix!!

CAR FIX Farragut did an excellent job of communicating the necessary repairs versus the preventative maintenance repairs. They did not pressure you into any unnecessary repairs. They also provided a cost breakout of all repairs before performing suggested repairs. They were able to provide me with a rental vehicle since they needed to keep my car overnight. I will definitely take my car to this location for future repairs.

Went in for an oil change and had them quote me on a replacement for a leaking power steering rack. Quote was reasonable and staff was very friendly. Quick and efficient service, was back on the road in no time. Will definitely be coming back.

Phenomenal service. I called and they got me in immediately. I have an older vehicle so naturally a simple oil change became more complicated. Everyone was very accommodating. Checking on me often, offering refreshments, very detailed explanations of what needed to be completed. Exceptional teamwork. I have to mention that it was refreshing that they had an old western show on instead of news or soap operas! Great atmosphere!! I am a loyalist and with this service would not go anywhere else! You will not be disappointed!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Car Fix did a very good job when I took my car to them. It was my first visit and I will definitely return. They showed me a couple of things that needed to be done, but in no way pressured me to do them. They willingly accepted the coupons I had. Keep up the good work!

Best customer service I think I've got to experience at a car mechanic shop ever!! Diagnose my car quickly efficiently and my car was fixed within just a couple of hours. They are the best!!! Kate was an absolute joy to work with and she took care of everything and stayed in contact with me the whole time.

Billy and Kate and the crew were so awesome. I had an issue with my power steering on a cross country road trip and they solved the issue quick.I would give them 10 out of 5 if I could.Highly recommend to stop if you need help with car issues.

10 out of 10 would recommend!Great customer service, Fantastic prices, Hardly any waiting. I dropped my Jeep off on a Wednesday about 45 minutes before closing, was called the following morning with a diagnosis and price. Friday morning I got the call that she was all fixed! The original price was a little out of my budget so they worked with me to get the car fixed within my budget!! I will gladly come back for anything mechanical and would recommend to any friends!!C-McDaniel

I would give the guys at Carfix 20 stars if I could! I had been to 2 other places and had work done at both (1 being a dealership) was told something different by each place paid to get the parts fixed and the problem was never corrected. I spoke with David one evening and he had me bring my car to them for a complete bumper to bumper inspection. They found 2 problems right away and set up a day to fix the issues. Had it all done in 1 day and my catr is driving better than it has since I bought it. Plus they didn't charge and arm and a leg to fix it either. Very greatful for them! Highly highly recommended

Very Accommodating!I was in desperate need of an oil change and the crew at the Farragut location squeezed me in. I had a warranty question and the Manager was caring and I felt heard. I left with a better understanding of my issue. Kate, front desk, kept me posted about my vehicle, which is refreshing! Definitely will be back.

Ten out of ten experience ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have loaner cars you can use while your vehicle is being worked on. Prices are very fair. Very professional and fast. I recommend Carfix for anyone having car issues.

I ve been in twice for maintenance to my vehicle. The customer service is fantastic and everyone is so kind. The guys out in the shop are very thorough. Will not go anywhere else!
