These guys are fantastic. Brought my 4Runner in to address some issues I started to have, Christian was amazing to work with and their entire team and system there is flawless. Christian was able to provide an itemized quote very quickly, and his team was able to address and diagnose any potential issues efficiently. They provide you with this online report that the mechanic can attach photos and videos to show you problematic areas, a very cool use of technology that saved time and made it much easier to understand what needed to be addressed. Christian was extremely helpful in advising what needed to be prioritized and he made a great effort to keep it within my budget Prices were more than fair, and the advice was honest. I'll certainly be returning. I'm super attached to my Toyota, and with Christian and the rest of the team there, I'm assured it will last many more miles

3 weeks ago, I called Car Fix it and spoke with Christian immediately I felt good to hear the friendly caring tone in his voice. I have many reasons for writing this 5 star reviews, allow me to share. First, Christian, James and Ryan are the best service team ever! Once I arrived Christian explained every component of the repair work, along with plans to follow up after the service to "re-check" the repair(how reassuring!), Secondly his communication skills were great leaving messages with my repair progress, next they provided a super cute Loaner SUV. One more reason to share, they were patience with me when I was unable to pick up my car due to my scheduling conflict. James provided a nice discount which help me greatly (awesome price) to sum up this has been the best repair service experience I've had in years. Sadly, I found out yesterday Christian will be moving out of state so he will no longer be there. However so nice to know James and Ryan (both equally fantastic) will continue with my future repair work. I look forward to being a customer for a long time, very happy to refer my friends. Thank you Car Fix it !!!!!!

Went to carfix at agnes rd to see if they could help me fix something on my car. I had the pleasure to meet an awesome person whos name is CHRISTIAN. He was very kind and proffesional and most important he helped me fix my car. They were very kind and made me feel welcomed to the family. Ill deff recommend this shop for any car repairs or any issues . Im deff coming back soon thank you all so much!!!

Highly recommend!!! I am newer to the area I had my car towed here from another shop solely based on their reviews. James took my car in for a second opinion and gave more information than I could have asked for. Of course it s not the easiest to hear you need a new engine, but James told me his personal experience having gone through a similar situation not too long ago. All in all they were very accommodating and understanding! Grateful to have come across an amazing mechanic.

I was in need of getting some quick car maintenance done (oil change, tire rotation, and a quick once over) I decided to try this place due to a friend s recommendation. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christian he was knowledgeable, professional, and pointed out a couple things that he saw on my car as far as wiper blades completely worn out and needing replaced. The service was a lot faster than expected and not as expensive as other places quoted me. I definitely will be back for all my future car needs thanks to christian and the guys in the shop!

Awesome service! I am an out of state student looking for mechanics near me. Came across here because I was heading for a long drive and my car was making a noise. They were very transparent with me offering recommendations on the vehicle, but never pushing me into buying something extra which I appreciate. They did maintenance service on my car and they did not disappoint!

I recently moved up to Knoxville and decided to take our 2018 Mercedes-Benz Gla250 to have some work done on it. The entire team from start to finish greeted and handled our service with the upmost care, dedication, and professionalism. We were personally attended to by James and he went above and beyond to ensure that not only our vehicle was taken care of but that our alternate transportation was provided. During the entire process I was continuously kept up to speed with updates via phone call and text message until our vehicle was done. The work was perfect and done at an extremely competitive price compared to the other automotive mechanics we inquired about. After our first visit to CarFix, we have decided this will definitely be our family mechanic. Thanks CarFix on Agnes Road!

Super nice, friendly, knowledgeable people. James was very helpful and patient with my concerns. I had a rattle that was diagnosed as struts which had never been replaced at 183,000 miles. They fixed it within a day. No more rattle and rides great!

Brought my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid in with a check engine light active. Thought it might be a camshaft issue. They confirmed it was a camshaft sensor and replaced it the next day. They followed up with a free brake inspection. Price of fix was very affordable. Honest, quality service. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Ryan, and Car Fix for the help!

I had a great experience when I discussed the issues that my car was having with Christian. Even though there was a customer in line before me, he made sure that I was promptly greeted and answered my questions afterwards. He gave me a few recommendations and alternatives as well so I wouldn t feel as if I only had one option. If I have more issues with my vehicles I will definitely return to this location to talk to Christian. He is a game changer!

We have taken our vehicles to Phibbs Auto two times. Service was excellent and prices are very reasonable. First he put a water pump on our Audi Q5 and the price was exactly what he quoted. Next he put a hose on our truck and it was even cheaper than we were quoted. Taking the Audi back Monday for another small problem and expect to get the same great quality service. Highly recommend them.

James is the best!! I called and they were able to get me in that same day. He and another employee I sadly didn't catch the name of took their time to explain what was going on with my car and give me all of my options. They were super quick too! I'll definitely come back here

I went to get an oil change and brake inspection. Christian and team made sure that they let me know about other issues that my vehicle had to stop ongoing problems that I have experienced lately. He is very friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail so I know what to have serviced when I return.

I went to this repair shop after having several issues with my car that I couldn't figure out. I was in panic mode and they really helped me. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female and they were patient enough to help me understand what I needed and why. James was the name of the guy who helped me with pretty much all of it. He even set me up an Uber to get me back home so I wasn't stuck there for hours. If you need car repairs go see him, he was awesome!

Car Fix replaced the ball joints and some other parts, and did a realignment on my Toyota Tacoma. The staff showed me what was broken and explained everything they needed to do before I received my quote. They offered to give me a ride home since the repairs were going to take several hours. Great customer service and my truck is driving much better.

I want to give a shout out to these guys I recently took my car in for an oil change to another service which shall not be named and they told me I had a couple of serious problems with my automobile and quoted me a sizable sum I took it to these guys for a second opinion, and they showed me the problems which were not as serious or expensive and fixed me right up. In the process they did find an actual serious problem. I had a faulty tie rod, which could ve resulted in a serious accident. They fixed that too still for less money than what the other place quoted to me. In addition, they provided Uber service to me to get back home while they fix my car and to pick me up and bring me back to get it. They are always courteous, and I appreciate their professionalism and honesty

called a few months ago to get an estimate for a tune up....(was unaware that Phibbs had sold the company). was told approximately $600.00. told them I had never paid that amount, ever, for a tune up. i took my car in for a "review". the quote was less but still outrageous. nope...will go somewhere else . (my car is a 2010 Corolla! not a new luxury car..)

They put in an oil filter housing on our 2014 Jeep Cherokee that was leaking massive accounts of oil. They did it right before Christmas and at the last minute. They got us on the road to get back home for Christmas in one day. They did a great job and they were great at communicating. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing work on their car completed.

I have been a satisfied customer with Jim Phibbs Auto since 1982 so I was concerned and saddened when I learned that they had sold their business. I should have known that Jim and his crew/staff would make sure his customers would be in good hands. Had work done on my car a month ago and still a very satisfied customer only now with Car Fix. This guys are the real deal. I was able to schedule our van the same day I called. They are definitely a busy shop, but they balance customer service well, everyone was nice even at the end of the shift and got my car fixed on schedule . Thank you!
