When someone put a major dent in my front fender, it started scraping my tire... I had to get it fixed. Caliber Collision had fixed my mom's Kia a few years ago and had done an excellent job. Choosing Caliber Collision was an easy choice! They did a wonderful job repairing my car. It was ready when they said it would be, and they had cleaned it inside and out! I am very pleased with the work they did, and would definitely recommend them.

Everyone at Caliber was extremely nice & helpful. The repairs were completed quickly & everything looked perfect. They even cleaned my car inside & out. If I ever need collision repair again I have found my go to place. Thank you for making this a stress free situation

I was impressed with Caliber Collision. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. The employees are so detailed and responsive. Tim handled the process of my car getting inspected and fixed, then communicated with me all along the way so I didn t wonder the status. They are thorough, and they are not short staffed. I like their waiting area which has coffee, water.. and is clean, quiet, comfortable.

Wanted to give a shoutout to the team at Caliber Collision. From the minute I entered the 10606 Kingston Pike location to receiving my repaired vehicle, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of their team. Melissa and Bridget were my main contacts throughout the repair process. Both kept me informed and provided me a detailed explanation of the how the repair was completed. I m particular about my vehicle and I m pleased with the result. It looks good! I would recommend their services to anyone who asks.

This place was amazing! My car had been hit sadly but Caliber made it look brand new! The paint, bumper, wheel panel, headlight, and even my tire was replaced/fixed! Thanks to Tammy for being such an amazing women and keeping me in touch with all the details of what was going on with my car! Customer service is absolutely terrible. Parts went on back order and I was never notified until I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. It took 3 months and my back window has scratched tint, and a broken seal on the outside of the window from the accident. I was told they would contact me to get a time to bring it back up but was never contacted. The inside on my car was filthy with a dust or paint from them putting the bumper back together. None of my phone calls have been returned. Would not reccomend this company to anyone.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Natalie at the front did great getting me set up and helped me get my deductible sorted out with my insurance. Dave was really friendly and kept me updated on the progress. He didn't hesitate to tell me when there were setbacks and I was always informed when my car would be done. My car was even washed when I picked it up! My bumper looks better than new!

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber. I got rear ended and my bumper needed to be repaired. This was my first ever accident and experience with a body shop. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the waiting area was clean and had refreshments to enjoy while waiting. They were very thorough with each step of my vehicles repair and I received text messages weekly updating me on my cars status. My car looked brand new when I got it back. It had been cleaned inside and out, washed and waxed! The last picture is after the repairs! I really appreciate the extra effort they took! Overall, I had a great experience, my car looks amazing and I would highly recommend the Farragut location!

What a wonderful experience from the time I stepped in the door. I was greeted by a friendly attentive lady who had an assessor (Darby) come out to assess and explain the repair needed. Darby then promptly took my car back to the shop to do one of the small repairs. Darby was super kind and attentive. After finishing in the shop, she gave a me a thorough estimate for the other repairs needed. She was never pushy and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this facility for auto body repairs, especially Darby and Hugh!

Very informative throughout the process. Tim actually sent me messages frequently explaining what was going on and when parts, paint process started/complete. Would recommend because especially no problems with insurance and payment. Smooth process start to finish.

We had to bring my daughter's car in for repairs following a hit-and-run accident. Christian kept me updated throughout the process, and it was completed before the expected completion date. If I need car repairs in the future, I will definitely give Caliber Collision a call.

I m not certain if caliber collision does work outside of insurance claims or not. They did a great job on our project. If general repairs, auto/body, are available through them, I would seriously consider using them for that service.

The folks at Caliber did high-quality work on my car, and they sent text updates about every other day on the status of the work, which I really appreciated. We also used Caliber a couple of years ago when we lived in Raleigh, so now we have had two very positive experiences with them.

Had my car fixed here as a result of an accident, they kept me appraised regularly via email. The service advisor Jeremy was great in explaining everything. The car was ready before it's promised date and looked brand new.
