Not at all helpful. My son DROVE his car there for an estimate from a front end collision that broke the mask and crinkled the hood. Broke the mounting brackets on the radiator but did not damage it. We had already found the parts to repair the vehicle until we found out the Caliber had deemed the car a total loss. I was dumbfounded. My son was going to buy the car back and repair it himself until he went to get his stuff out of the car. Caliber had TRULY totaled the vehicle. The ripped the front fenders off both side that weren t even damaged. Tore half of the engine apart and said the transmission was damaged from a 20mph collision. Really?!? How stupid do you think we really are. Keep in mind, he drove the car there after driving it for weeks before an estimate could be scheduled. They trashed the interior by throwing all the parts in the back seat. Wow!!!

Caliber Collision is a very well organized and professionally competent organization. I have used them on two occasions for repair work on my car. One for damage when someone tried to steal the car and once for damage to the front end due to objects in the road. Both times they have done an absolutely outstanding job of repairing the car, coordinating with me and interacting with the insurance and rental car companies. I highly recommend them!

Caliber Collision was great to work with. They were a positive light in an unfortunate situation. (Daughter having a accident) staff was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, which seems to be a rarity and not the norm in customer service these days. I will definitely work with them in the future if the need arises.

Not only did Caliber make my car look even better than before, but they also gave some of the best customer service that I have had, in quite some time. I had damage on the front end of my car, from a wreck that I had two days before my wedding. During that high stress time, Natalie and Kim really took over and made sure that all was taken care of. Though I was without my car for quite some time(finding certain parts is hard right now!), they kept me in the loop and didn t get frustrated when I would call and check in. Also, to the ones who did the actual body work . Wow! It looks incredible! When I went to go pick it up, Duane was really nice too. What a great team guys- I appreciate you all!

We used Caliber because they had great online reviews as well as they were the shortest wait time for repair. We dropped the van off on the day scheduled after a deer ran into the side of it. They even had enterprise reserve us a rental even though we actually didn t need it which was awesome service. They got the van finished at least a week and half sooner than they had quoted us. Exceptional customer service, exceptional communication. I will use Caliber Collision for any future needs.

Did a great job repairing my car after a wreck that wasn't my fault. It did take a while but I have an older car that was hard to get parts for. Staff were good at communicating status updates and additional issues the found while repairing my car that needed addressed.

Dave and his team were fantastic. A recent unexpected snowfall pushed back completion of many vehicles. Dave was able to work with me and have our vehicle ready on time. Otherwise my family would not have been able to go on our planned ski trip vacation and we would have lost hundreds on non refundable things such as Airbnb, kids ski lessons etc.I would recommend Caliber to anyone I know

Can not say enough about Darby and her customer service! From the time I first met with her to the end of the process she kept me informed and up to date with the repairs. If there was any delays on parts she made sure that I was aware of them. She is very professional and considerate of my time and showed empathy. She made the process very easy and helped make the stressfulness of this as minimal as possible. oh not to mention she took the time to explain everything and made sure that the work was up to the highest standard. I highly recommend going to see Darby at Caliber Collision on Kingston Pike in Knoxville. Thank you so much for making this a very easy and seamless process. You are the best

I've waited over two months to have a clip replaced for the bumper on my car from work they had performed previously. I've had absolutely no communication from them. After getting paid for the original repair they have made no effort to fix the issue with my front bumper. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision.

They were very responsive while my car was actively being worked on. However, they had to order a hitch in to replace mine and said it would take a month to come in, so I picked up my car and they said they would call when it came in. 6 weeks go by, I call to check on the status, they say they got the hitch in a while ago and my service tech would call to set up an appt. 3 weeks go by, no call. I call again and get the same answer. Again, weeks go by with no call. I let them know the first time I reached out that since they worked on my vehicle, various things have stopped working - my car has trouble locking and unlocking, my trunk can only be lock and unlocked via the fob now. I called again. No answer, left a message. No call. I've emailed them, gotten nothing back. This has gone on for almost a YEAR now. At this point it may be better to try to use my vacation days to just camp out in the lobby so they do the work on my car that they've ALREADY been paid to do.Don't go, but if you do go, don't take your car off the lot until they finish EVERYTHING.

This was not the first time they had worked on my vehicle. This time and others, they have always been very personable. They treat you well, understanding that it is not just a car they are working on, but it is your car. I hope I dont have to use them, but if I do, I would not choose anyone else.

Using Caliber Collision to fix my car was without a doubt one of the WORST decisions of my life. The repeated delays and missed deadlines, along with the utter lack of professionalism shown by the team was simply infuriating. While I realize certain aspects of chain supply difficulties are outside of everyone s control, the poor management of my project and the infrequent, delayed, and undetailed communication of the things they did have control over is unconscionable. We re still working on it is NOT meaningful information when they ve had your car more then a month and your rental car allowance is about to run out. What shocked me most is that the shop doesn t even do their own mechanical work on site and I m my experience, the subcontractors they use are only semi-competent.On a positive note, the paint job on the car was spectacular and exceeded my expectations. Even in the brightest sunlight, it matched the factory paint flawlessly to my eye.I m still waiting to hear back from the shop regarding further needed repairs.

The team at Caliber Collision on Kingston Pike in Knoxville was friendly, professional, proactive, and incredibly informative. Whenever there was difficulty or the potential for difficulty, they kept me informed and gave me options. I was upset that my car had been damaged in an accident. The team at caliber was a breath of fresh air in the entire process. I would recommend them highly.

Our van looked like new after someone had backed into us and left some deep scratches. They did amazing work and sent daily updates so that we could track the progress. 10/10 would use again in the future.

Repaired electric BLUE Honda Civic was sitting in the pouring rain at pickup with grease spots on the side fender and wheel. In 2 days when it stopped raining we discovered RED paint splattered on the hood (wasn t even damaged in accident), unblended lines on the hood, white streaks on the rear taillight (also not damaged in the original accident), and a dent/scratch on the steering wheel. Our first meeting with the GM to discuss getting the issues corrected is next week. At this time of year, who has time for additional trips for car repair? Who wants to pay a 2nd time for a rental car while they fix damage they caused?

My car was damaged on 9/5, I didn t get in for an assessment until 9/21, then brought it in on 9/28, they estimated repairs to be complete on 10/12. They did not inform me until nearly 5:30PM that it would not be ready for pickup. They quoted 10/16. Again, waited until just before end-of-day to tell me it would be 10:17. Then 10/18, then 10/19, then 10/20. Every day, they said it would be the following day. When I called for more detailed updates, the repair person was hard to track down, and then gave me excuses for the delays. I ended up paying for an extra 8 days of using a rental car, $200 extra cost to me, because they couldn t get my repair done in a timely manner. I would not have minded if they had quoted me the date of 10/20, but waiting for news each day and the subsequent disappointment left me wondering why exactly this is a guaranteed repair shop with my insurance provider.

I have a friend that works here. If you ever have questions about a claim or overall car information, call and ask for Natalie. She'll get you where you need to be and give you all the details! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff!

Kept getting different dates to pick up the vehicle first date given was the 4th of the month... then stretched out to a different date every week until the 30th... every time I open the rear hatch I hear what sounds like glass rolling inside of the hatch...their was a side panel near the front floor board of the car I had toput on myself..Service: Body & Trim

After a deer hit our car and our insurance company started the claims process, the original auto repair company we went with couldn t get us in for a month. I called Caliber on a lark, and they were able to see us within two days. As Caliber was making repairs, its customer service rep was extremely responsive. They even returned my rental car after my car was ready for pickup. It was a seamless, if long, process.
