After my Jeep was backed into, my insurance company recommended Calibur Collision on Callahan Road in Knoxville, TN. I can't say enough of how wonderful Mitzi and Richard were. They handled everything with my insurance company and rental car perfectly! My Jeep looked great with the repair work, and they even detailed the interior and exterior. I highly recommend this place of business!!

Customer service was great. Had an issue with hood. Manager came out and had technicians make adjustments. They also vacuumed our vehicle, which was a nice surpise.

Richard did a very good job communicating with me about the work being done on my car. The shop made a stressful situation less stressful by helping arrange the rental, helping me understand the costs, and keeping me updated on the status of my car. Great job!

Caliber did a fantastic job restoring the body of my 2021 Civic Type R to its previous condition after I got "T-boned" in the driver's door.Beyond the excellent physical bodywork, they also did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process. Despite unavoidable delays in getting parts, they managed to beat their estimated completion date by a day, even after having to wait for the sub-contracted window tinting shop to fit my car in to their schedule, which took several extra days.Mitzi (front desk) was actually pretty hilarious in addition to being a great listener & super helpful. Matt (regional manager) was also a very attentive listener & fantastic problem-solver. Very grateful to the whole team at Caliber.While I hope to not find myself in need of their services again, if I do, I would definitely go through them again.Before & after photos attached.Service: Body & Trim

This past spring and limb fell out of a tree and hit my car and it put a large dent on the driver side a pillar roof area and about four dents in the hood of my car. Before this I had zero scratches or dents in my car. This location of caliber collision has very poor workmanship. My car left caliber collision with damage that it didn't have before going to this place. Every piece of interior trim that was taken off now rattles. One of my quarter pan Windows was taken out of the back and when it was put back in it didn't get put in flush. They were supposed to fix it but told me I had to take it to their glass company and their glass company did not fix it. One day when I pulled up to check on the status of my car, I saw in the back a guy painting a car (not mine) with the bay door completely open and the car just barely inside all the way. When I got my car back there's tons of little imperfections where dust and dirt got under the spray. An area on my roof you can tell has been sanded and painted very poorly. Overall not a very good experience and will not be using this place in the future. If you're okay with subpar work then I'd go there but expect it to take a lot longer than they tell you in the beginning and to leave with more damage than it previously had.

Caliber Collision on Callahan Drive is an excellent repair shop. Everybody from Mitzi, the receptionist, to Richard that went over the vehicle were polite, helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make what could have been a hard experience easy. The repair work was completed early and I was kept updated on the repair work and the automobile looks better than it did before the accident. I can nt recommend this shop highly enough.

Everything matched perfectly. They finished early, but the grill was not attached to my jeep. They were going to charge me more to fix what they didn t complete I YouTube did myself and 30 minutes would ve been much more satisfied if they would ve just attach the grill the way it was to begin with.

Patrick and Missy took really good care of me while my car needed minor body and paint work. They were friendly, honest, and transparent about the repairs and cost. They had the work done in the estimated window with no problems. My car looked great when I got it back. The service is excellent!! From the moment we dropped our car off, the staff was VERY consistent with communication. They assisted with a rental car (Major relief).We were kept up to date every step of the way AND they got the job done way ahead of schedule.Highly recommend Caliber Collision!!!!

My top choice for auto repair. These folks have helped me restore my vehicle in two separate accidents. Both times they were thorough and kept me up to date with progress of repairs. My vehicle was consistently completed on or before their estimated schedule. They also have a great relationship with a nearby Enterprise and both times called for me to be picked up and driven to my rental as well as for Enterprise to come pick up my rental after my car was repaired. Super convenient and great customer service. They do everything they can to make the process as smooth as possible and make sure you re aware of the details involved with repairs.

We had our Jeep repaired in 2020 without the use of insurance to help a young driver that was the daughter of a Knox Co Officer and Caliber was great. I called 8/9/22 since the previous experience was ok and they will not even give me an estimate until Early 2023 because we are not going to use insurance. We even own a small business next door and they will not see us for a simple estimate which I explained would literally be the same rear bumper repair if they could update the estimate on file from 2020 I would be grateful. I assume they make more $$$ from insurance so the rest of us don't matter. Just sad to see the level of "customer service" in today's world.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very helpful and held my head light for months while my car was in another shop. Patrick was the one who helped me and besides the pleasant attitude of everyone else there he was more then professional with me the entire time! I would recommend any type of mechanic work to there guys especially insurance claims.

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber. Athena, the adjuster, is competent and also kind. The gentleman at the front desk was also very welcoming. They realized that having your car repaired is a difficult process to go through.It took less than a week to have the repairs done. They notified me daily of the progress. The repair was excellent. The paint job was perfect. I couldn t tell that my car had been damaged when they were through.I would recommend Caliber on Callahan to anyone needing repair work done. It is worth the drive.I now feel that I have people I can call if I have any questions in the future about the exterior of my car! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My sister was recommended from her insurance company to use them. We looked online and saw they had really good reviews. Since my sister was using insurance from a wreck that was not her fault, she paid the deductible and was told the only thing she had to pay was $1000. She paid that and they released her car. Which in their terms and conditions says they won't release the car unless fully paid for. Someone from their office called her 2 months later berating her about making a payment of 1300 or so because her car was not fully paid for. She has the receipt and everything that states the car was paid in full and she only had to pay 1000, which she did. 0/10 don't recommend.

My insurance company recommended CC to me after my daughter had an accident requiring body work. The staff is super friendly and they left numerous voicemails to keep me advised of the progress. With everything still slow (COVID supply chain backup), the car was still repaired earlier than expected. Overall I recommend them highly.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Car was brought in for a replacement catalytic converter after it was stolen. CC subbed out the work to another shop. CC at no time contacted me regarding my repairs, I had to call and ask about them, and then call to see if it was ready. When I picked up the car the check engine light was on and it was NOT on prior to them receiving the car. They told the insurance complaint that several codes popped up which is not true. They have made 0 attempts to address the situation or to trouble shoot the issue that occurred while they were in possession of the vehicle. I was told to take it somewhere else for diagnostic testing at my expense

I was a victim of insurance fraud with this company who purported to be able to properly assess and repair damage that was not body damage but related to mechanical and/or electronic damage caused by the impact when my vehicle was rammed from behind by a wayward driver (who was probably texting or something on their phone). There was thousands of dollars of damage per the estimate which my insurance company made the mistake of paying them ahead of time for the body work but when it came down to assessing the no longer functioning control center (which the display/radio/rear-camera is connected to) they were mum and offered theories to my insurance company about the control center but no plan to properly assess and fix the damage. Now I have a vehicle where the body damage was repaired but the control display in the car which operates the radio/digital functions, and most importantly the rear camera view, no longer works. When I attempted to reach out to the manager she seemed confused about what to do and offered me some half baked solutions. Now I am having to argue with my insurance company daily about getting this damaged covered, all because Caliber just wanted to do the body work and get paid thousands for that at the expense of not addressing the entirety of the damage that they were not qualified to address.
