Extremely professional group of individuals. I have purchased 10 vehicles from Cadillac of Knoxville, and most of them using salesman Danny Spradlin. Whenever my family or friends are looking for a car, the first person I call is Danny. He usually locates a vehicle that matches their requirements in their vast network. I have never had a bad experience at Cadillac of Knoxville.

Pretty Amzing to show up too a appt. And their outside waiting on you. Not only that Paul and Scotty pulled the vehicle in the garage due too the rain. Awesome people, Amzing Service!!!

If you re looking for a new or used luxury vehicle, look no further than Cadillac of Knoxville. They will treat you like family. The two guys that helped my wife and I were Kenny and Micheal. No pressure sales and a family friendly environment. Extremely happy with the smooth car buying experience we received.

Purchased used car from this dealer. Scottie and Paul were an amazing sales team -- a dynamic duo that even treated us to a steak dinner! Knowledgeable, great personalities and kind individuals. Beaty chevrolet and cadillac of knoxville are both ran by crooks ! Charged me 2200$ for a fuel pump they never installed, it went out again before the manufacturer warranty . Oh but there is no warranty we never did the job . Wow! Blows my mind how these people look down on thiefs , for they stole from me and probably all there elderly customers .Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Scottie and Paul were awesome to work with during the purchase of my first Cadillac. Most sales persons are very pushy, but they were not which I appreciated. They answered questions and gave us the room and opportunity to make our own decision. Thank you for a great purchasing experience.

We bought my used car here, absolutely had the best experience. I bring in my vehicle for maintenance and they are courteous, fast, and always wash my car. I highly recommend this Cadillac dealership!

Mike the Ref is the best. My wife and I have been Cadillac customers since 2009 and he has been our go to guy. He is always professional. Doesn t promise something that he can t deliver and when we told him what we want in a car he has delivered. We don t feel rushed to make a decision. When we decide that we want a new car , I tell my wife to talk to Ref and see what he has to offer. He has never let us down and that is what keeps us coming back. Taking home my dream car has never been so smooth and easy with Michael Petsuck, Russ Clark, Brandon and Kenny Rivera. We came in close to closing and they had no problem staying late for us! OMG!!! Michael P. The Ref is amazing. As usual he has found the car that is me. The XT4 is a great smaller SUX the prefect size for me. My husband is the numbers guy and Michael always explains everything to his satisfaction to the point now when we are thinking about getting a car my husband automatically ask me if I have talked to Ref. We have been Cadillac customers since 2009 and and as far as I am concerned Ref is the only sales rep I need to talk to. He has air about him that puts me at ease and makes me feel he has my best interest at heart. That he will not rush just to get a deal but will make sure I am getting what I want. The best thing about my only experience at CoK was our sales person, Mrs. Dewhirst. She really went the extra mile to try and help my pal but alas it just wasn't meant to be and it wasn't anyone's fault really. I would like to take the opportunity to also add, I think CoK was a tad high on the price of the vehicle we looked at but who knows, if we had gotten to haggle a little further maybe we could have gotten it straight. I think Mrs.Dewhirst would have negotiated but yawl reading this know how the person who really calls the shots is always kind of lurking in the back and the salesperson has to go "see what the boss says" first, so who knows but I did my homework and they were a bit high.
