Sadly my aging car has needed repairs 4 times within the last year, and I m so glad I found C&D tire. It s hard to find an honest, reliable mechanic, and C&D always goes above and beyond to explain everything they ve found, and fully explain what they re recommending to fix. On top of that, they ve had my car done and repaired in less than a day every time, and have even called me by early afternoon the following day when I had to drop off after hours in the evening. Their prices are super reasonable compared to other local shops, and it never feels like they push any work on you that your car doesn t need. I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this here, in case anyone else out there is looking for a truly great mechanic!

I've been buying tires here for several years. They do excellent work. Have alignments done each time I buy a new set of tires. And their alignment tech solved a shimmying problem I'd had with my Jeep Cherokee for several years. Great people to do business with.

Cannot express enough how much a good mechanic means when you have 2 cars and 6 kids, but these guys nailed it! Always greets us by name, always friendly, always prompt, and communicates very well! We know exactly what we're getting, and they will ask before fixing any issues found while working on something else.Can't give these guys enough praise! Would recommend to everyone! Don't take your vehicle anywhere else!

They have a hard time with communication, but their work is good. They do go above and beyond what you ask of them, which is some good and some not so good. However they did fix my vehicle and I am grateful.Update to my last review. The left the upper intake manifold unbolted and could have destroyed my engine. The sad part is I drove it like that for a couple months. It took another mechanic to find and the error and to fix the oil leak that c&d caused. So not only will they do more work than you ask them to do (which is illegal), but then they don t do the work right at all. I will never trust my vehicle to these people again.

We bring several Company trucks here. Most recently we took one in because I was convinced that I needed an alternator. It Actually was just a bad battery that we purchased from them several months ago so they replaced it under warranty and cost us nothing. Very honest people!!!

Welp, if anyone is looking for honest down to earth fair no bs cool real not pushy feed back giving price quoting best price searching treat woman fair and not stupid price gouging opportunity flipping best place ever ., Here is where you need to go!! All out hands down feet up best place I have ever ever ever been since the good ole days. I'll be back over and over again. The mechanics are honest and relatable the lady up front.. wow! I was annoying and asking a million questions and changing my mind over and over but this lady was being nice and cool and answered every one of my questions!!! Wow this company is top notch! I think her name was Emily. I hope I got that right!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Absolutely incredible. Best quality tires, for the best price. I had such an amazing experience I won t go anywhere else.Also, they re fast. It took only an hour to get the job done if not less and they were busy. I couldn t be more happy.Next time I need tires, I ll be shopping here. And I ve referred many friends. So hopefully I ll get a discount next time ;) thanks C&D!

Came from Chicago for a vacation with my family. Just prior to vacation I had the rack and pinion changed in my Caddy. Drive down with no issues. 2 days before time to go home the rack and pinion went bad, couldn t turn left. Not good on the mountain rides. The rack and pinion had a warranty and my auto shop up north set us up with a claim number and some shops in Knoxville area to get it fixed. Every shop on the list was backed up 2 weeks. We called C D. What an outstanding, above and beyond experience we had with Sherry and the shop! They got us in, had the parts ordered and warranty claim dealt with in 2 days. They were outstanding to work with. I can t say enough about them.Ps: When we picked up the car to go home, they had a full waiting area. We pulled out and there was a noise underneath. They had us pull it back in and checked it right away. Not an issue and we made it home.When other shops just said 2 weeks, Sherry and C D set out to help us and did she ever!Outstanding!!!!

The staff here was extremely helpful and very friendly during my visit. I had to have four tires replaced on an SUV and it was extremely affordable for the tires and the cost of labor (almost half of what another shop quoted me). I got in and out under an hour and a half. I definitely will be going here again if any other issues arise in the future.

Had my tires rotated for the first time on my mini cooper and was very impressed with the place and how friendly and courteous their employees were. Their prices are very reasonable and fair and seem to be very professional too. I will definitely be going back to them in the future for service of my vehicles. I would definitely recommend these folks for service of your auto.

Yesterday was a tough day. On my lunch break, I found out my tire was flat. I got it aired up and drove one minute down the road to C&D Tire. The service was quick, but they charged me $27 for a patch, which is higher than other places I ve been to, but it was literally one minute from my work so it was convenient. I went back to work, and when I got off 4 hours later, my tire was flat again. Of course, it was after 6PM so they were closed. I had to use fix a flat to make it home then went to a tire place closer to my house this morning to get it replaced.I called C&D tire to try to ask what we can do, and they stated they would have to look at the old tire to assess what happened. This was the only option I was given and I was told I could not have a refund unless I went back to the tire shop off of Western Ave, asked for my old tire, then take it all the way to Lovell Road so they can look at it. I feel I should have been refunded, and I don t think they gave me very good customer service today.Service: Tires

I been going to C&D since moving to Knoxville 11 yr ago and John has been the stable force with exceptional service. However, the current receptionists are the initial contact with customer base and not what I ve experienced in the past and sure miss that service/reception. Thankful for John and C&D Tire in Maryville for stepping in to ID vibration issue since John s staff was short handed!!

hours all wrong. i came by sunday april 2 there was no one in sight. doors locked and a sign on the door saying closed on sunday.updat your store hours folks.

I have had consistently excellent service at C&D Tire each and every time I need tires replaced, patched, rotated, balanced, brakes, pretty much anything, they take great care of me, provide a fair price and top tier service. The high degree of customer service by the desk staff is matched by the high quality of expertise and skill by the mechanics in the bays. This is THE shop I go to when I need anything tire, wheel or brake related. Well done.

I took my 1999 Dodge truck to them for brakes. They not only did a Great job, I didn't have to wait on it. They took me home, and picked me back up when the repair was done. Very good prices, with very honest people. Will Definitely use them again!!! Super place..

My son had his oil changed here. Three months later the engine began knocking. We looked under the hood and noticed the oil cap had been left off (still sitting on the frame) and the hood insulation was saturated (it never smoked or leaked onto the driveway). We immediately had it towed to a reputable dealership who told us it needed a new engine, and we should contact C&D since it was their fault. I spoke with the manager, Tony, who was very nice. He took full responsibility, saying it was on them and would be taken care of. Ten minutes later I received a call saying the supervisor, Cliff Rose, said there was nothing they were willing to do. I am a respected doctor in the Knoxville community, and would never treat my patients this way. It is sad that a local business is not willing to own up to their mistake, and do what is right. I would not recommend this company, who obviously does not stand by their work and has so little disregard for their Knoxville clientele.

If you are searching for a tire place filled with glade plugins trying to cover the cigarette smoke, vape smoke, and pot fumes- as well as terrible customer service- then this is the place for you. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to get their tires here. Disrespectful employees who talk down to customers with overpriced tires. If you find yourself getting tires from this place, you must have hit rock bottom. Don't be fooled by any 'deal' they try to give you. You deserve better. Go elsewhere.

I was hesitant about going here just because most mechanics seem to rip you off. This place was amazing. Replaced what he thought was the issue. Did not fix it so he took off and never charged me a penny. Very honest and I appreciate that. I will be back

Was on our way from Ohio to Florida with our 3 children. Tire was going flat due to a screw that was picked up along the way. Stopped in at C&D Tire. Everyone was very friendly and they had us on our way in less than an hour. The best part, there was no charge! Very thankful for their great personal service.

I just discovered I had a nail in one of my tires and C&D was close so I decided to stop by and see if they could fix it. They got me in extremely quickly and fixed my flat and got me on my way. They were extremely helpful and friendly with great prices and no pressure to try and upsell which seems to be very popular these days. I will definitely be back and they will be handling my maintenance from now on. There's a reason they have such good reviews on Google.

Was there just this past week.Their team was extremely friendly and got me fixed up in a very timely manner. My family has been going to them for years at their original location, so I was delighted when I found out they had a Knoxville location and I could stop going elsewhere. Sorry Fisher, they're just plain better.
