First time going to Budget Brakes and couldn't be more pleased ! The manager was super nice . After theInspection was finished he explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be.Had an 11 o'clock appointment , was out in about 45 minutes.Highly recommend them !

These guys are professionals! When they got my vehicle up on the rack it wasn't an hour before they had installed new rotors and pads on my front brakes. Rick informed me that my back brakes were fine until at least next winter. I thought I'd need brakes done front and back! Honest, no nonsense guys here! I'll recommend them to my friends and will be back in the future when I eventually need new brake pads.

Great customer service by Rick! He explained in detail and showed me the parts and why the work needed to be done, gave me options and worked me in between appointments. Highly recommend this business, they'll get mine the next time I need brake work!

We couldn t be happier! We were traveling from Michigan when our breaks started grinding. We walked in on a Saturday morning and they got us right in. They got coloring stuff for our two year old and were absolutely amazing. Seriously couldn t be more thankful! Highly recommend!

The guys here go above and beyond to help you and they have been very honest about the things I wanted fixed! I ve never felt over charged or taken advantage of here. They pointed out I could use a warranty I was unaware of. Thanks guys. Will continue coming here.

I scheduled my appointment online and came in on my schedule date and time with the guys getting me right in. The staff was very professional and amazing! Budget Brakes on Broadway is always my number one go to for brakes. They are reasonable in price and very professional staff!

Brought my 2019 dodge ram 2500 diesel and just to see if I needed brakes. They were very honest and told me my brake pads were ok. They asked me to come back in about 8 months for another inspection. They told me there s no charge. A great staff and very knowledgeable I was very impressed with this company. I definitely will return in 8 months.Definitely stop by Budget Brakes North Knoxville on Broadway

I will come here as much as possible! These guys were so great and accommodating to my 5 year old -and respectful . The tv had some not so nice words on it so they muted . They kept us out of thr monsoon rain that was happening outside. And overall just SUPER NICE . 10/10 will tell everyone about them

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and the manager was honest about pricing and even squeezed in a small discount for being a teacher. I never felt like I was being 'taken for a ride', which I sometimes do when I deal with my car issues.

I really appreciate that they got me through so quickly today. I couldn't be happier with my brakes. It was also nice that rather than merely "upsell" me with a sales pitch, they actually showed me the different pads available and explained the advantages of each. There was no pressure at all, just good information. They seemed genuinely interested in giving me good service, and it worked: I'll be back. Service: Auto brake repair

Budget brakes did me right. I was supposed to drop my car off this afternoon and they would work it in today. They did it right away, called me with a cost, we approved it and the car was fixed that afternoon. Professional and customer approved.

After dealing with a dealership *coughLanceCunninghamcough* that screwed around and wasted THREE DAYS without touching my truck, I took it to Budget Brakes on North Broadway and they had me ready to go in no time. Everyone there did a killer job and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Give these guys your business.

No one likes taking their car in for work. But when our truck's brakes began to sound like the Rock Monster from "The Neverending Story," I knew we had to take care of the problem sooner than later. The crew at Budget Brakes got me in early and had the truck up on the rack for inspection within minutes. They told me what they found (none of it good) and gave me a price far lower than I expected. Even better, they got all the repairs done that same day. In fact, I was in and out in less than two hours. Unheard of! ABSURD! I have no issues with their service, professionalism, or quality of the repair. Shout out to Service Manager Devin, awesome dude in the Scooby-Doo shirt, and the tech that reminded me of John Dolmayan who alerted me to a potential problem that turned out to be not a problem. Great crew, great shop.My wife drives the truck more than I, and keeping her safe while she runs the roads is important to me. The guys at Budget Brakes fixed our truck and put my mind at ease. I couldn't ask for more.

Took my car here on 10/26/23 and had brakes/rotors changed. A week later I heard light clunking sound from front of car that got progressively worse until it sounded unsafe to drive. Had my car towed to my normal mechanic and when we put on lift to inspect, the top bolt of each caliper was missing. Doesn't seem very thorough or safe of their staff to me. Just a word of warning. Have receipts/pics/video...all paperwork if corporate would like to know more.

We were in town for a concert. I had recently taken some seniors up on the parkway (leaf season) and I obviously wasn't properly downshifting to save my brakes and they started to make noise. I had infact damaged my rear rotors. They had us fixed in an hour after arriving and even offered us discounts. We were very happy with their professional and convenient services.
