Just had some brake work done by Don at Bradley's Automotive and gotta say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any auto repair shop I've ever been to. Not only did Don do an expedient job on my car, while I waited, but for a very fair price and he was one of the most pleasant human beings I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His lovable little puppy dog, Sally, also kept me company during my entire wait. I highly recommend Bradley's and will be having all my repairs done there, in the future.

Super nice place to go. Plus he has a cute puppy name sally to keep you company while you wait.We went in to get our breaks changed he charged us $70.00 and called his buddy to get us some breaks that was around 34.00 I believe. Super friendly guy.

I have used Bradley's several times over the years and have had nothing but a great experience every time! I honestly don't know how one man can handle all that he does but he does it admirably. His rates are also ALWAYS far cheaper than anyone else I call. Absolutely the best place in all of Knoxville that I have used and I have used MANY over the years.

Ok not saying not to listen to negative opinions but I have had my car serviced through Bradley for almost 5 years. He is honest, straight to the point, and doesn't charge a arm and a leg. He gets the job done. He helps everyone out as best as he can and always perform outstanding customer service. He always follows up with you. I hope he never retires and if he does he passes his experience along bc he is seriously for the people.

Saw great reviews but had a very different experience. The body work that needed to be done was due to an insurance claim. We were given a good estimate. They booked our car to be worked on 3 weeks after the estimate when they would have time. We dropped the car off and was told it would be about a week. Called on the Friday of the same week to get an estimate on timing to see if we needed to get a few items out of the car. Was told they hadn t even began to work on it. (Even though they booked us at a time that would work for them). Called at the end of the next week and was told the exact same thing. That it would be the following later part of the week. Called again today, was told it would be getting cleaned up and ready by the end of the day. One min later I called to ask them not to vacuum the inside and all the sudden the car was ready. Get the car, reeks of smoke...I have an asthmatic child...found cigarette ashes in between my seats. They are friendly to your face but are not honest. Will be sending the pics of the ashes to my insurance agent and also explaining our experience in hopes this does not happen to anyone else.
