Took my truck to have it fixed after a valet driver at Fort Sanders Hospital broke the steering trying to do a U turn supposedly. This store addressed some issues that the severville store didn't.For the most part, they did a great job. But for some reason, no one seems to know how to do an alignment properly. After 5 alignments4 at Sevierville store1 at this locationAnd it's still off.So, I will be doing my own alignment and having someone else recheck it.Pictures are of the truck going straight down the road, but the wheel isn't straight. When I put it straight, the truck goes right.And of the damages from the valet drivers negligence.Besides the alignmentThis location did a great job in repairing my truck. Took 3.5 days but worth it.

I went to Big O to get a tire plugged/patched on my husbands Tacoma. They fixed the problem & had good customer service. But when the techs put the wheel on the mounting machine they gouged the inside of his wheel. Pretty pissed about it since the wheels are only about 6 months old.

I dropped my car off at 9 to get new tires put on and was told they would call when it was ready. 12:00 comes by so I call 3 times and get no answer so I had my wife drive me down there. The car was just sitting out in the parking lot ready . I was in a hurry to get back to work so I didn t notice the damage. The next day I washed my car and that s where I got pissed. It looked like Edward scissor hands is the one who worked on my car. I stopped cleaning off the residue from the old weights so they didn t think it was a previous damage. I go by today and the manager wasn t very happy about it and told me they would get it in and get that cleaned off while I decided if I wanted store credit for the scratches. After sitting there for an hour I got pissed even more and they refunded me back $200 and I left. Once I got off work and got home I took off each wheel to clean the residue with my wheel eraser (because I have one but a multi million dollar company doesn t) and that s where i was fuming seeing all the damage. I guess nothing has changed since the last review and they don t care what the employees do. I will leave this review up until I hear back from corporate and see if anything is resolved.

I had hot a pothole on Clinton hwy. and blown out a 20" tire but thankfully they had one in stock when nobody else I called did. It was a little pricey but I didnt have much choice. Could've bought 2 new tires online for what I paid for the one tire but I didnt have time to wait a week on them to be delivered online. Giving 5 stars because I was thankful they had the tire in stock and got me fixed up. However they did scuff up my custom aluminum 20" rim and got something black on it that i cant get off. I should've checked it before i left but i was in a hurry and didn't think about it. Just check your rims before you leave. I am thankful to be mobile again so it is what it is i guess.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE !! They will put your life in danger by not properly securing your tires & have no remorse for doing so!They replaced a new tire and DID NOT SCREW LUG NUTS ON SECURELY causing a HUGE DANGER to myself and the public! My car began driving very shaky and making loud noises indicating the tire installed by BIG O Tires had not been properly secured. Had to swiftly pull into a different tire shop next morning and my tire basically fell off bc it was so loose !!! I called and they did not care about the liability and huge risk they are causing to the public! I ve had to call and follow up multiple times because they never return calls like they say they would, only to never receive a call back from the district manager who claims I had to wait a week for him to come back from a trip to review camera footage YET AGAIN NEVER CALLED ME BACK after I had been patiently waiting. This whole ordeal has been such a HUGE INCONVENIENCE & DISAPPOINTMENT because this company failed to do proper safety check & quality assurance. I ve had no other choice but to leave a review .

I got four brand new tires at 3:30 on a Sunday. They fit me in and got me out of there a little after 5:00. I get a couple miles down the road and my left front tire goes flat. I tried to call them but since it's after hours no one answered. I had to have my car towed back to the shop. They looked at it the next day and told me it was my fault. I believe they rushed to get me out of there and didn't do the job right but I had to pay

I will never use this location ever again. They scratched/gashed up 3 out of 4 rims on my Camry and never bothered to mention it to me. Then Jimmy Noles sent a text 5 days later to ask me how well it went and when I responded back with pictures I never got a response back. Great customer service $1200 is alot of money to spend for them to ruin my rims.Update: I went back to the store talked with Shannon. He looked over my rims "seemed very concerned". I sent the photos to his cellphone and he "assured" me that he would get with the boss about this. He told me he had to do his daily report or something to this effect and he would let Jimmy know about what needs to be done over this matter. That was over a week ago. I still have yet to hear something back. So apparently nothing is going to be done about this matter.DON'T USE THIS STORE. THEY SOUND ALL SWEET AND NICE AND CONCERNED BUT ULTIMATELY THEY WILL NEVER FIX THE DAMAGE THEY DONE. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. PLEASE, DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.

Called friday March the 1st to make an appointment to have my work van repaired . The appointment was scheduled for March the 5th at 8:00 am. I was there at 7:30 and checked my van in at 8 am. The person I talked to Friday was not there and I talked to a female. She pulled my record and all it showed was needing tires, which I said yes I needed tires, an oil change, transmission flush and the brakes looked at. She wrote everything down and I left the van and ride with another tech from my company. At 10:08am I got a phone call that I couldn t respond to until 12:05. I called and the female I that had checked me in explained that the tires that I wanted were not load rated for my van and we agreed on a different tire. Now at this point, our staff had approved the work with the incorrect tires. The new total was less than the original quote so they resubmitted the quote and waited on approval. At 2:10 pm I got a call from the gentleman I made the appointment with Friday and he explained that he had canceled the new tires because I said I wanted a specific brand, to which I explained that I had already talked to the female and she told me the tires would not work. So now he had to reorder and pick them up, apparently he could not communicate with his team members. So I get dropped off at 5pm and I find that they ordered a axle seal and it was wrong so the had to order another seal. I m in the waiting room and I see an employee take a motorcycle out of the back of his truck and take it into the shop. Then at 5:30pm the female comes and explains that they were not going to be able to repair my van today, so I told them to put everything back together and I would take it to another shop. I learned at the end of this whole ordeal that the oil didn t get changed, the transmission didn t get flushed and that the brakes they ordered were wrong. Also on the invoice was a part that read that they were not able to finish the seal. So for 10 hours all that was done was 4 tires and an attempt to fix the rear axle seal and brakes. I will never go back to this establishment EVER! The company I work for is a big company with a lot of vans, I plan on talking with our fleet service advisor and tell him that we need to use someone else, National Tire up the road is who we normally use but they stay very busy, it looks like I ll just have to wait until they can get my van in for repairs because this place will never get my business ever again. On a side note, I asked that the TPMS light be reset, it was not, so now I have to have that done as well.

I went there expecting to spend maybe a half hour to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. It took them over 2 hours and cost me 200 dollars. At 14 years old I couldve done 10 cars mount and balanced in that amount of time. Don't go if you have plans to be anywhere on time.

So incredibly happy coming here -- And Shannon really helped me out, explained some differences between tires and was really patient with me in understanding my options, both in terms of ride, comfort, and price. Absolutely love coming here and getting taken care of -- everyone's respectful and understanding. Got all 4 new tires, went ahead and got an alignment and tire protection

Charlie was fast and efficient and did a great job taking care of my vehicle like it was his own. He and Franklin were both very professional and courteous and treated me like I was the only customer in the store. I 100% recommend this location because of the professionalism and excellent customer service that these gentlemen provided me today. Plus my car drives like it's brand new due to the tires Charlie installed!

Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great customer service and fast service. They care about the customer they dont treat them like a dollar sign like most companies. I never take my cars anywhere else. They are always honest and try to get me the best prices. Its rare to find car repair shops that will give this kind of service. If your looking for an honest caring repair shop that will go the extra mile for you then go to Big O's on callahan!!! You won't regret it!!

Brian store manager at big o tires was the best. This was my 2nd visit I needed brakes and rotors also did an oil change. Brian was great thanks for your assistance see them again next oil change.

I have had two great experinces with Big O, once they repaired a roofing nail in my tire, and the other they priced me some excellent tires. Overall, great customer service combined with good prices creates an excellent experience.

What a way to spend a Sunday.My wife and I were on vacation in Gatlinburg, 5 hour drive from our home in Louisville, when we got a flat late Saturday evening from a road hazard. I put the spare on and was able to get back to our hotel room. I researched online where the nearest tire shops were and found that the only ones I d ever heard of were in Knoxville and that only 2 of them were open Sunday. I looked up inventory and found an acceptable replacement tire a Nitto Neo Gen was listed as available in a set of 4 at the 2440 CALLAHAN DR, KNOXVILLE store so I booked the earliest appointment I could, noon,and figured we d get this taken care of and get back to vacationing.We arrived@ 11:13am and were informed that they didn t have the nitto and only had one option in the size I required the sumitimo HTR A/S P03. I should have turned around and left.Instead I spent the next 4+ hours there. Buying a tire I didn t want. And watching as the tire techs struggled to get this tire on the rim and seated on a bone stock Subaru. I found myself wishing that I d enjoyed my Sunday in Gatlinburg and booked tire replacement Monday morning with Discount Tires. At 3:53pm, 7 minutes before close, I could see that only one wheel with new tire had been fitted back to my car. The amount of stress and anxiety this caused being 1 and a half hours from our hotel was very high. We were given assurances that it would be completed but these were not very believable and resulted in a sick feeling in my stomach and tears from my wife. 5 minutes past close the manger told us there was nothing else that could be done. My wife asked if We were stranded he said they d put our old tires back on so that we could make it back to our room.I really wish they d thrown in the towel sooner. Spending 5 hours and 20 minutes at a Big-O was not our idea of a fun vacation activity. And to leave without new tires was frustrating and infuriating. We limped back to Gatlinburg stayed the night booking an appointment for the next day to try again at discount tire in Knoxville. We woke up and ate breakfast at the pancake pantry and drove to Knoxville we made it to discount tire where the tires I d purchased online were in stock and waiting and all was completed in about 45 minutes. Lesson learned, Big-O is now a Big-No for me.

I ve been going here for 6 years with 2 different cars. I ve had oil changes, tire changes, battery installation, and more. I ve always felt the staff has great communication. They answer all my questions and keep me updated. I feel they work diligently to solve the problem and not just try to up charge me for a bunch of stuff. I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a helpful and friendly place!

I absolutely loved this place me and my wife went to this establishment today at around 5pm and I was needing an oil change. They not only fit me and was going to do the oil change for $25 which is already a cheap price. But as soon as we were done the nice man in the front gave me the oil change for free. Now I m not saying this is going to happen for everyone but they knew I really needed this done for me and my family(we have 2 small children) to continue to go to work to provide. I already was having a hard day and he noticed and gave me and my family the best service I have ever seen.

I waited 4 hours for 2 tires to be put on. I had an appointment. Then they put on 4 new tires because the technician didn t bother to listen to me. I ll never be back.

I brought my car to Bg O off Callahan about a month ago because the brakes were making some noise and to get an oil change. They changed the oil and said the brakes were fine. The brakes weren't fine. They are grinding. My husband brought it to Discount Tires and they said my car is missing two brake padsand the other two are worn bad. Y rotors are destroyed. We now have to pay 1500 to have my roors replaced brake pads etc. Highly recommend you don't use Big O. We were customers fir a while but no longer.

Abagail was terrific upon entering the shop. Very friendly and helpful dropping off my truck. Shannon Burkhart got my vehicle in the back quickly and had the technicians quickly remove the nail, patch the tire and had me quickly on my way down the road. Excellent service overall.

Had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks, received a confirmation email and even had a call from an associate confirming they could get the tires I wanted prior to my appointment. Arrived 30 minutes prior the appointment to find the store was closed for Labor Day (according to the sign on the door.) Seems to me that someone would have had the courtesy to check and see if there were appointments and cancel them if the business was going to be closed on a Monday. Now, I m left scrambling to find tires before my college student has to return to school.

I had a great, simple, no nonsense experience at the Big O on Callahan Dr today. I set up and appointment over the weekend for noon today. I was early, they got me in early! (NICE) I had and oil change, tires rotated, and fuel injection serve done in less than an hour! Unreal! I worked in this industry for years, and these folks rank at the top! Jimmie knew his business, tech's had me done in a short. Outstanding service here, remember to be patience with the service industry, things can get backed up quickly, the flow here was seamless and timely.

Had 4 news tires and alignment done. Dropped off at 8am. I expected it to be a while before it was done, but I got a call at 9:30am telling me everything was done and ready for pickup. Everything went smoothly and was a great experience. Would recommend 100%

These guys at this shop dont look to nickel and dime you to death. It's simple. They identify the problem or need and tell you your options. Hooked me up quickly too! Very nice waiting lobby too. Dont hesitate! Take your ride today

Had tire plugged several months back, after this visit we continued to have issues with tire losing pressure. We went back and purchased new tire as they couldn t find any leaks. We continued to lose pressure in new tire, made several visits back to figure out issue. Every time being advised they could not locate issue. Tired of losing air we went to get second opinion at other tire shop and they found issue within minutes. The rim was bent causing tire to lose pressure. Big O created other issues with my tpms, losing the cap covers every visit, unfortunately we will not be back. The only positive was the FOH staff were friendly, different each visit.
