Absolute worst service center I ve ever experienced. I bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Beaty Chevy. Purchasing experience was fine. They sold me on the included oil change package with the purchase. The only thing they didn t tell me was that it is nearly impossible to get oil changes there. Often times they will be booked out several weeks. When I could finally get an appointment it always took several hours at minimum for them to change the oil. One time the oil was changed (which again took 4 hours). They never called me to tell me it was done. When I went back on my own, I found out it was done, got my keys from them, and left. 2 hours later they called me to alert me that my truck, which is now parked in my garage, has been finished. Aside from the terrible oil change experiences, my recent attempt at getting my truck serviced was awful. My check engine light had come on and my fan was running long after I turned the car off. I called the service department multiple times, on multiple days, and left multiple voicemails. I never received a call back. Finally, I found a way through the app to book an appointment. They were booked out 2 weeks, but I still made the appointment. When I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, they told me it would be weeks before they would be able to work on my truck. I then asked if I could find out at least what was wrong with it. They told me if I paid them $150 they could take it to the back and get to it at some point . I asked if they had an estimate how long that would take. The gentleman then looked at his watch and then at me and said well is 3 o clock now and we leave at 5:30 so sometime in that range . Unbelievably awful experience. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy for service. I will never be back to them, and I would never buy a car or truck from them in the future. I hope this serves as a fair warning for anyone who is looking to buy a Chevy or use Beaty for their service.

I ve used them regularly since getting my Tahoe.. I couldn t get in with them ONE TIME and had to go somewhere else. - That was the worst experience of my life! When returning to Beaty for my next scheduled maintenance, I explained my anxiety thanks to the other service department, they understood and made sure everything was good to go, and assured me not to worry. Most of the time I work with Robert Huff, very straight forward and explains to me what/why needs to be done (if more than an oil change/tire rotation.) I ll never ever go anywhere else as long as I own a Chevy!

Brought my fiance's car in having narrowed down to the car's issue to being either the O2 sensor or the MAF sensor after the car was rumbling on idle. We had been chasing error codes for several months, and had been fixing problems ourselves but finally reached one that we couldn't deal with. They checked on it and said that the valve cover was broken and was creating a vacuum leak and were going to charge $523 to replace the valve cover before they even took a look at the O2 sensor because (they told her) that doing so would interfere with the potential output of the O2 sensor after repairs. We withdrew the car from the dealer after we were charged $163 for the inspection and took it to an independent mechanic. There were no cracks or hairline fractures in the valve cover. All we did was replace the gasket (a $30 part) and the mechanic didn t even charge us an hour of his time.I told them numerous times all I wanted them to replace was the O2 sensors because that was one of the few parts I was concerned about replacing myself. Instead, they used a slightly worn down gasket to attempt to upcharge my fiance the full price of a new valve cover plus what I can only assume was an unreasonable labor charge. Were that price the total for the O2 sensors and the gasket, I would have happily paid that amount. Instead, they unnecessarily ballooned the price beyond the reasonable scope of the issue and lost our business in the process.

Made a service appointment. Waited 2.5 hours for them to start the service. Appointment means nothing. They did not inform me of the delay at the time I brought it in.

Service is always great. The person that answers the phone needs to stop transferring everyone to service. Sometimes I need to talk to the body shop.

Allstate recommended Beaty collision center for my repair after hitting a deer. It was fairly extensive damage due to all the sensors and cameras in the new vehicles. I can be a difficult customer when it comes to my vehicle and Patrick was very patient and addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. I would use their collision center again.

Service mechanic and service representative were both very good. Like every other dealership, they need to hire many more to keep up with demand.

I am not one to write a review for a place of any kind, however after dealing with the Beaty service center multiple times and having issues pretty much every time, I feel its a little necessary.1) The scheduling of the service center is an absolute disaster. I understand every one is short staffed right now, and lots of call ins. However, my first appointment was scheduled for 8am and was told 1-2 hours. Took 4 hours. My second appointment was scheduled for 7am, was told 1-2 hours. Took 7 hours. It should not be that difficult to schedule and effectively communicate this to the customer. If you're short staffed and not sure when you can get to it, but know it'll be done that day, just say so. This is a common complaint going back through the history of reviews.2) The communication from staff to customers is absolutely terrible. Especially if you are trying to call. If you don't memorize your Service Reps name, then be prepared to just get passed around on phone transfers until they eventually hang up. Each employee that I spoke to on the phone was eager to pass you to the next person and not help. IF, and i mean IF, you do find someone helpful there, the hold line has a time limit before it will automatically transfer you to someone else and then you get to start all over again.3) Through 2 oil changes, and 2 tire rotations, They did not follow their own procedures that are wrote on the wall of the service department. They did not check the air pressure after tire rotation either time (Chevy Silverado 2500 so my air front tires to back tires require different pressures), Both times forgot to reset the oil life, and 1 time didn't put the oil life sticker up.4) Had warranty work done to the seat, and upon reinstalling the seat, they left many bolts loose. They cause my seat to wobble around. This is a major safety concern. Upon calling them to inform them, which again took many tries, one would think they would want to get that fixed ASAP. They said they were booked for the day and would take care of it after the weekend. Not exactly prompt service for a safety issue that was a mistake by them5) Upon them not being able to correctly fix my warranty issue (the seat of a brand new Chevy was loose and wrinkly, a clear manufacturer defect) The service manager then proceeded to tell me its good enough and blame me for it being bad, stating that all 160 pounds of me getting in and out of the truck without a step rail is the reason its stretching. On a seat cover they literally just put in. They then said they "talked to GM" and will not be doing any further warranty work to fix it. (which I am pretty leery on if they even actually contacted GM as the seat is worse then it was on the initial defect that they considered bad)6)When I informed the service manager of the above problems (like not checking the air pressure in the tires after a rotation, or resetting the oil life, nor double checking that my driver seat is safely anchored after taking it out) he proceeded to tell me "Well they are taking care of it now so....." and left it at that. This place has been by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. If you can get any communication out of them at all, its just them telling you what you want to hear to push you out the door. Sad part is, They couldn't even manage to do a proper tire rotation or oil change to their own wrote up procedures.

We took our 2019 SUV in because it was not starting or idling properly, but no engine light came on. They said they'll figure it out. Later that day we were told it was a leaking fuel injector, and they charged us over $1400. This did not do anything to fix the problem. After taking matters into our own hands, I ended up fixing the problem by changing the purge valve. Turns out the whole thing was a $62 repair. I am not convinced that fuel injector really needed to be replaced, especially at the same exact time the purge valve went bad. This seems like a rip-off at worst, and incompetence at best. Even in the best case scenario, whether we needed an injector or not, they were not able to fix our SUV. Save yourself the headache, and from going broke. Do some research on forums and YouTube.. You may save yourself thousands.

I got there 15 minutes before my appointment it took them 3 hours to get my oil change and tires rotated I sat in the waiting area watching TV and reading the newspaper for almost two and a half hours. This is very unsatisfactory for something so simple even after having an appointment shouldn't have to wait more than 30 minutes to get something done as simple as an oil change filter and tire rotation they apparently are overbooking a lot of appointments.

This service shop should be deemed a hazard to the public, and should be condemned.

My vehicle has been here for almost a month and it s still not repaired. The communication is horrible and at this point I m not happy with them. I will be having my vehicle towed elsewhere to be repaired and I ll never take a vehicle to them again.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
