We got our car here last year and had a great experience. However, I scheduled service here weeks in advance and dropped it off 2 hours early today and when I went to pick it up 4 hours later they said they hadn't even started and told me not to wait and to take my car back. They told me before that the software update I needed fixed would take less than 2 minutes and nothing I scheduled was complex. I had to schedule a new service appointment for the same day in a different state to get it fixed and got no apology.

Love this dealership. Their service department is always wonderful and very good about getting you in and out in a timely manner. Brandon has helped us with some things this week and was so patient and kind, straight to the point.Highly recommend!

I can t say enough good things about Beaty Chevrolet and Dalton(our salesman) we were very interested in a used Jeep Grand Cherokee they had for sale but being 2 hours away made things difficult. Dalton bent over backwards to make sure we were squared away before making the drive up to purchase the vehicle. Every department we dealt with was top notch and didn t try to push us into things we weren t interested in and even topped off the gas tank before we left. In the future we will gladly make the drive to deal with them again!

I received my Tahoe today that I ordered back in August. The factory was the biggest issue for the delay. When it arrived at the dealership we had some issues, but Beaty stood behind everything, and made things right for us. The only salesman down there worth dealing with is Lucas Johnson. You can try the others, but you won t be satisfied.

I was treated very good and the overall deal including trade in and new purchase was very fair. There was not a lot of haggling and going back and forth to seal the deal. I won t reveal exact numbers but with what Beaty gave me for my trade in plus the incentives, it means I drove my last truck for almost seven years for about $1,500. And the trade in made the new truck sales tax much cheaper. Sometimes it pays and sometimes it s worth it to trade in. Dalton was my sales person and he was fantastic. And he s still there for me with all my questions about the new truck which I have a a lot of. Very down to earth nice guy. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle again from Beaty!

Just bought our 2023 suburban and couldnt be happier. Our salesman Austin fought for us and our needs all the way til the end. He made it possible for us to walk out with the vehicle we loved and wanted! I would 10/10 recommend Austin M. to anyone going to buy a vehicle!!

I just bought my first new car from Beaty. I dreaded having to replace my old car due to previous bad experiences at car dealerships, but I couldn't be happier with this whole experience. Dalton was my salesman, and he went out of his way to get me in the car I wanted. Every single person at the dealership was friendly and helpful, and I didn't ever feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. My finance officer was Joe, and he was super helpful and informative. I highly recommend Beaty. They do not add any dealer markups, but sell at MSRP. They also have a great lifetime powertrain warranty with a ridiculously low deductible.

Absolute worst service center I ve ever experienced.Absolute worst service center I ve ever experienced. I bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Beaty Chevy. Purchasing experience was fine. They sold me on the included oil change package with the purchase. The only thing they didn t tell me was that it is nearly impossible to get oil changes there. Often times they will be booked out several weeks. When I could finally get an appointment it always took several hours at minimum for them to change the oil. One time the oil was changed (which again took 4 hours). They never called me to tell me it was done. When I went back on my own, I found out it was done, got my keys from them, and left. 2 hours later they called me to alert me that my truck, which is now parked in my garage, has been finished. Aside from the terrible oil change experiences, my recent attempt at getting my truck serviced was awful. My check engine light had come on and my fan was running long after I turned the car off. I called the service department multiple times, on multiple days, and left multiple voicemails. I never received a call back. Finally, I found a way through the app to book an appointment. They were booked out 2 weeks, but I still made the appointment. When I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, they told me it would be weeks before they would be able to work on my truck. I then asked if I could find out at least what was wrong with it. They told me if I paid them $150 they could take it to the back and get to it at some point . I asked if they had an estimate how long that would take. The gentleman then looked at his watch and then at me and said well is 3 o clock now and we leave at 5:30 so sometime in that range . Unbelievably awful experience. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy for service. I will never be back to them, and I would never buy a car or truck from them in the future. I hope this serves as a fair warning for anyone who is looking to buy a Chevy or use Beaty for their service.

Hans Egli assisted me with the trade-in of a 2019 Equinox LS and purchase of our new 2024 Equinox LT. Hans was very approachable, professional and efficient and went above and beyond getting us the best trade in possible for our 2019 Equinox. He researched acquiring price incentives that were available. He was able to get me signed up for a first responder incentive which was very helpful and time consuming for him. He had a great attitude, non-pressuring. It was a pleasure working with him. He also custom ordered a new 2024 Colorado Z71 for me as well. I look forward to doing business with Beaty Chevrolet and it will be worth the drive from Maryville to receive such excellent care. Thank you again for everything.

I ve called the service department several times to try and schedule an appointment or ask for prices, less than helpful (1/5 star) is an understatement of my dissatisfaction with their phone etiquette and willingness to call you back when you do leave a voicemail. Unbelievably frustrating, recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else since clearly they don t need your business.

Service here sucks, go somewhere else. Dropped off a car a week ago for warranty work. Was told I would get a call to let me know when it would be fixed. A week later and they still have not told me when it would be completed. They also never answer the phones nor do they call you back. I have escualted this to GM to help me understand what is going on. Either way I will never be back.

Lucas and Joe were very professional and prompt. We arrived on the car lot and wanted to browse without talking and Lucas was very understanding and professional. Once we came back Lucas immediately helped us and brought us to Joe who got us financed. I highly recommend, best car buying experience ever

Ordered a new SUV here and waited six months for it. I knew I'd have a wait, which was fine. I called to confirm the order that was placed the day that orders were submitted and was ensured that the correct car order was submitted. Once the car had been finished, I stopped in to check on the delivery date. I noticed that the pricing was off, so I asked to see the specs of the car that was on its way. My order was suppose to have add-ons, which the car they ordered did not. I asked about it and the salesman told me for sure they ordered the right car. Luckily, I had kept my "build sheet" from when we finalized the build. Sure enough, they ordered the wrong car. They offered to order me a new one, but I was moving to Nashville a month later and didn't have 8-10 weeks to wait.I was able to get a higher model with more add-ons for equal the price from a dealership in Nashville the next day. So, it all worked out great for me, but you definitely have to double, triple check them and it still may not be correct, as was my experience.

I had been looking for months for a truck that fit my needs. I even traveled to other states several times hoping to get a better deal and each time I was disappointed because of the typical car lot games. I was at my limit when a neighbor said have you been to Beaty s. He said Beaty is a family owned car lot that has been in business in Knoxville for over 75 years. He called his rep and told him I would be coming by and what I was looking for. When I showed up they took me to exactly what I was looking for and didn t waist my time. I was treated like family and was introduced to Ethane Griffin ownership (which was working up front like everyone else) and the Manager Mike Rudder. I can t tell you how pleased I am with the experience and the truck. Please don t do as I did and waist your time playing the car sales games, just go to Beaty s and enjoy your time driving a new vehicle.

Steve Andrade was awesome! He was able answer all of our questions and was great to work with. We went in to the dealership to just look and compare but walked out with a brand new car. Steve s knowledge and salesmanship is on par and we look forward to our next purchase with Beaty Chevrolet.

Beaty chevy used to be a good dealer for service and sales. I bought several vehicles from them but the service and customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They do not care if you visit them or not and they do not do there jobsThey will not answer the phone. will not call you back and leave you in the dark. They act like you are bothering them. Customer service will put you out of business. If you complain it falls on deaf ears. I bought a new 2024 truck but I did not go to beaty stayed in maryville and was treated very well by the Chevorlet dealership in Alcoa. They lost a valueable customer who will never use them again Stay away from this dealer!!!!!!!.

First off, I want to say that our sales guy Dalton was excellent. The whole sale process was professional. I am leaving this review because of the shady finance service I have experienced after the sale. I understand that dealers make commission on extended warranties, however, this experience makes me not want to use this dealer in future. We paid full in cash for our car on March 12th. The sales manager talked us through extended warranties and I admit that at the time we agreed. However, I went home and that evening did more research and realized it wasn t worth it. The next day I called and asked to cancel the extended warranty (Chevy website states you can cancel within 30 days for an immediate refund). The sales manager told me I had to come in to do it. I thought that was strange but figured he would try to make me jump through hoops to save the commission. I went in, the process at the time seemed straight forward. He wrote up a new sales sheet and said our refund wouldn t be immediate because they had to wait for our original check to cash. But once that happened they would send a check straight away (our check cashed that day). Well, fast forward 2 weeks and no refund check. No word from the dealership. I have heard this is a common issue with dealerships who don t want to take a hit on refunding extended warranties so they just delay as long as possible. This is a shame because it hurts their sales guys like Dalton who are doing a good job and are going to lose future business because of the practices of their sales managers.

I came in for routine maintenance on my 2013 Volt. The maintenance was performed quickly and thoroughly. Technician Robert Smith discovered loose axel nuts and tightened them. Since then I can tell a difference as there is no longer any play in the drivetrain as torque is increased and decreased. Robert Smith is an excellent technician. The lobby was also comfortable with plenty of tables to work at while I waited. am very satisfied with my visit to Beaty Chevrolet.

We had a great experience with the service department. Allen and his team took great care of us. I recently called on them to buff my Camaro for the World of Wheels car show in Chattanooga. The detail shop did a great job buffing any scratches out and brought out the shine again. Needless to say I brought home a FIRST PLACE Trophy!!!!I also needed a new battery which was diagnosed in a timely manner and replaced. While we waited the sales staff were polite and friendly and ensured we taken care of. Thank you Beaty Chevrolet for caring for my car as much as I do and taking care of your customers!

Everyone was very personable and I greatly appreciate how they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car I bought and that I felt comfortable in there dealership. My car salesman Dane Hill was really helpful and made it to where I did not feel pressured to buy a car, he listened to what I wanted showed me all there options and showed me the best options for my situation. Robert Duffey in finance was excellent as well. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and listened to all off my concerns and wants and helped me come up with my best option. Greatly appreciate everyone there !

I had a very bad experience but Steve is going to try and make it right so I didn t feel comfortable giving 1 star. It s been a day since I picked up my car which has the same problem so I ve been thinking about everything. My suggestion to you is the person who is in customer service needs lots of communication skills. I was under the impression that if I left my car for repair it was going to be helpful so the mechanic wouldn t feel pressure and overlook whatever is wrong with my car. I had no idea that it meant they wouldn t even look at my car in 3 days time. I will say it again. 3 days and it was still not even looked at. I don t know how many people have spare cars but I m not one of them. When I called to check on it I received an uncalled for attitude and just plain rudeness. I was shakened but the lack of empathy of my situation. I just picked it up the next morning and the paperwork says they reset the codes but my check engine light is still on. I didn t even want to go in to get my keys but my son was with me and we both went it. The ladies at the counter smiled and weee friendly and I didn t even discuss what happened. They gave me my keys and I left without a plan to get my car fixed. I did make a report to the better business bureau bc I didn t want anyone else to be in the situation I m in. The guy Steve who I think is manager did call me. He gave me his personal cell number to call if I will give you another chance. He seems very sincere and I hope he is. I m going to think it over this weekend to see if I will but I do plan calling him to thank him even if I don t take him up on his offer.

It took a few days for an appointment but when I came in everyone was very professional and timely. I got there about 45 minutes early and someone came right out. We went through the reason why I was there and the general questions they ask. I waited and was kept informed of what was going on. When the Service Tech came to give me my keys he went over everything that was done. They fixed the problem and checked everything that I thought would be associated with it without me ever asking beforehand. I just wish I could remember the Tech's name. Very satisfied and everything was covered under warranty.Thank you.

I just had the BEST day at Beaty Chevrolet!! Gary Nolan made my car buying experience exceptionally smooth and stress free, as did the rest of management that was involved. I love my car! We will definitely be coming back to Beaty for our family's car needs!

Basic mechanical sensor repairs were fine, reasonably price and relatively quick. Less than a day turnaround to replace both front wheel sensors and bearings is pretty good. In addition, there was an issue with the electrical system and the technician wanted to charge an additional $150 diagnosis fee to disconnect the HV system and stated the probable cause would likely cost $2000+ to fix. After I rejected that as too expensive I was told there was a computer programming patch that could be done instead, and which seems to have resolved the issue as of now. I appreciate that there was an alternative, but I would have greatly preferred that option to be offered first (or at least presented at the same time as an option).

My experience purchasing my new car was great with Sales Associate Jake Hall, having everything well prepared when we arrived and with Financial Services Manager Robert Duffey. Both were nice and felt very welcomed and went over everything we needed to know. Great Job!!

No integrity,Gary does it make you feel good taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled!!

My salesman Miguel walked me through the process and Joe in finance listened to me when I told him that I wanted to go through Capital One (my bank) and didn't want the additional warranty products. He also said that I was his test of their new digital finance system and everything went smoothly to have my deal done and keys in hand in a little over an hour. All around I was very pleased with the service that I received from Beaty Chevrolet in Knoxville, TN

Service department is awful! They don t return phone calls and the online scheduler doesn t work. It took me 6 phone calls to schedule a vehicle for recall work, and only after I INSISTED the person answering the phone schedule it for me. Despite my request to make sure the recall parts were ordered in advance, they were not. The car was dropped off on a Thursday and on Tuesday we were told (when we called) that it would be another ten days before complete since the parts had to be ordered. This dealership is absolutely awful.

This is the second vehicle we've bought through Dylan Justice and have been very pleased each time. He is friendly and helpful while acting in a professional manner. I would recommend Beaty and Dylan to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
