I broke down 3 hours from home on a Saturday. A good friend of mine that used to live in Knoxville recommended Bearden Benz. So I had it towed back to Knoxville to them from Sweetwater and worked out my own transportation to finish my trip. This is a weekend/collector car to me that doesn t get out much, so to me, this was catastrophic. Monday morning I got a call and we talked about what happened etc. The initial concern was repaired and upon inspection found several things that it needed. So I agreed to have them go ahead and just fix it all, as this car is really important to me sentimentally. 6 weeks later (keep in mind I had them do ALOT and some of the time we were waiting on odd ball parts for a 34 year old car, one having to come from Germany), so it s completely understandable! I picked it up today and made the 2 hour drive home and it did perfect! While it was there, I was kept up to date. If I called, I got a prompt response. The staff took the time to explain everything in detail, and was nothing short of professional and it felt like we d known each other forever! I have 3 other Mercedes and I will absolutely make the 2 hour drive one way to have them serviced and worked on. It is nice to finally have a relationship with a company that specializes in these cars and is at the top of their profession! Highly recommend, hands down! Thank you all!

I took my Mercedes ML350 to them for a misfire my car was having. They looked at it and said it was a faulty coil/plug. My car was also due for a B service so I got that done as well. They got everything done the same day and were much cheaper than the dealer. So far my car runs great and have not had any issues. Would highly recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Took my car in after only owning it for 2 days. These guys are honest hardworking money saving mechanics. They offered to give me options for some aftermarket parts if I wanted. However all parts put on we're genuine and they gave me a heads up on expenses before doing the work,now take in mind sometimes parts have to be installed to find the issue at least with other shops I've been too. These guys are always busy but will take a moment when Necessary to explain the current issues. Friendly and fast service with reasonable prices. Definitely cheaper than the stealership. Just call them..try them out. They saved me alot of time and money.

I have been using Bearden Benz for 10 years now and have always had excellent service! I appreciate that they are willing to take the time to explain a repair and always do their work promptly. I always recommend them to friends and family! Excellent customer service and I have never had any issues with the work they have done on my cars. Thankful to have an excellent repair shop so that I very rarely have to frequent the dealer. If you have a Mercedes you should go see them!

They were not interested in inspecting my benz for undercarriage shield damage and gas smell. Recommended i find a body shop. Wouldve thought they would care to take a look first. I will find another Benz expert.

They are the best car repair shop in Knoxville! So thoughtful and kind! Every client gets the same treatment and attention to their vehicle. They not only fix the issues, but educate on why things happen to your car! I ve been taking my Mercedes there for about a year now and will never take it anywhere else.

They are an authorized Mercedes Benz service center. Did a great job on the B1 service on our M class Benz. Great customer service and didn t do anything that was not needed while at a fraction of the normal cost. B service on my GLK. Erik and his staff maintain my cars and I wouldn t think of using anyone else. Great service, fair prices. When Erik tells me it s time to replace my vehicle, I get a new car. Grateful for Bearden Benz!

I have been going to this place for several yrs and trust them completely. Don't drive my E350 very much and the battery usually will run down about once 2 to 3 yrs. They get me in and out quickly....other than that I see them once a yr for annual service.....everyone here has been great. Would not use any other place.Service: BatteryService: Battery

These guys were awesome. Super knowledgeable and polite, and their price is about half of a dealership. Job done without any problems. They even replaced a small light in my car that had gone out without me telling them to, and they did it free of charge! Good guys, I recommend.

Exceptional work and service. I spent the better half of a week calling around for someone knowledgeable and able to work on late model classics. (1982 380sl 56k miles) Literally, everyone told me to go to Bearden. So I finally called, told me no problem we'll have a look at her. Ryland got me in line...yes i said "line". They only take one or two late models at a time due to how much can be involved and after all the other shops responses, I was more than happy to wait. I'm damn happy I did, Thanks guys.

This is a great auto shop for your mercedes. I have a 2002 c230k and they did an excellent job fixing her up. The only downfall is they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I thought my car was not possibly fixable until I decided to stop in this place and ask about what might could happen. The owner helped me feel better about the repairs and affordable at that,compared to other places, Sure enough a week later I brought it back and they had done some major repairs including but not limited to -oil leak,coolant leak,transmission leak and electrical issue in my ignition switch. I am so happy to have gotten it back running very smooth and like new. I most definitely recommend this place for your Mercedes Needs. :)

They have a good crew and fair prices. Not cheap by any means but fair. Defitnely beats the dealership. Very knowledgeable and solid advice about your car and what you want.

Recently purchased a 2010 E Class 350 (impulse buy ). Immediately called Bearden Benz to make sure I didn t purchase a lemon. They were EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and more importantly I felt like I could trust them. Received the Flex B Service and a thorough report of what to take care of next. All in all, I m extremely happy with my purchase and will only take my car, Lil Baby, to Bearden Benz while it s in my possession.

Bearden Benz Repair!?? More like BEST BENZ REPAIR EVER! These are the nicest and most honest guys out there, I feel like they treat my car better than I treat it myself. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Poor service from these people. They promised to install radio and speakers and did not do the job. I then had to pay the full amount and they refused to discuss. They do not know what they are doing. Very disappointed! They don't pick up the phone or return calls. I would look for another place to take your Mercedes, I wish that I had! Another lady waiting had taken her Mercedes back to them 3 times for a power seat issue. She was upset as well. Stay away!

Hands down the absolute best Mercedes mechanic in Knoxville or the surrounding area. Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced I have taken more then 5 cars to them and never had to bring any of them back because something wasn't done right the first time. If you own a Mercedes this is the only place to take it. I just wished he worked on other makes too lol.

These guys were given a second chance after being complete jerks to my wife the first time we brought 1 of our 2 Mercedes cars to be serviced there. I told them about the problem about being rude and inconsiderate to my wife upon a scheduled maintenance visit on my vehicle. Today my wife has another issue with her car, they then make the issue worse and then after realizing what they had done, they simply told her they had no time and good luck then WALKED AWAY with no proposed solution at all. Unbelievable!!! F-

I most highly recommend Erik and Bearden Benz. We have taken several of our Mercedes there for excellent service over the years and have never been disappointed. Their honesty and integrity are refreshing this day and time.

They were on time. And the waiting room was clean and nice. I most likely will not return, as I did not feel that there was not a good level of trust built. They may have done everything that they claimed, but, I do have doubts, because I didn't feel a high level of trust. Felt like a lot was hidden.

The folks at Bearden Benz keep my 1998 E320 going!With each planned service, they identify and prioritize items to be aware of. With unplanned service, they provide an honest assessment and repair.

Awful customer service cars just sitting around not fixed they don't even acknowledge you when you come in they clean they have so much work just looks like they're hoarding cars and giving customers the run around
