I had my car towed to Beaman overnight after running over something in the dark that tore apart my oil pan. I sent an email explaining what happened that night, and the next morning they had the part ordered. After finding out another part needed a quick fix, they gave me updates on every step and had the car running like brand new 2 days later! Also, unlike the quote from the dealership, it was much more affordable. Thank you to Beaman! After several bad experiences at the dealership from myself and my family I was on the lookout for a new service shop. I highly recommend!!!

Had a transmission problem with our BMW.Took it to the dealer and they wanted double what Beaman charged. The work was followed up with a three year warranty.Very pleased with the work.Joel is super nice and helpful.Service: Transmission

I was told over and over that this car needed a part that was no longer available and could not be fixed. Had my car towed to Beaman s and in 24hours my car was working. Our car broke down during our road trip and the people at Beeman Imports were able to fit us into their busy schedule. My Audi was making an odd sound and we had taken it to two other service shops. The Audi dealer couldn t get us in for 6 weeks, one thought it was the transmission, and one couldn t find anything. Beaman had been recommended to us so we decided to give them a try since I didn t think it was a transmission issue. They drove it around and determined it was a wheel bearing issue. Got it diagnosed and fixed in a day and it runs beautifully now! Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I used Beaman Imports to change the timing belt, water pump, etc. on my Toyota Sequoia and will definitely use them for all future maintenance requirements. They got me in quickly and finished the service for a very fair price. While doing the timing belt they found a few other small things that needed attention and called me to let me know. I appreciated that and had them take care of those items as well. I highly recommend Beaman Imports.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely avoid this place. Take it to the dealer instead. For a 1.5 hour job, they charged 3.5. Nothing out of the ordinary, just what they charged me for it (intercooler pipe replacement). Manufacturer says 1.5, every other repair shop I've called says 1.5. For them, 3.5. So I'm hoping they just decided to cheat me. They found the problem that BMW couldn't find - even after paying for the diagnostic -. They were honest and upfront about some scheduling conflicts. They were also proactive and called rather than waiting for a phone call. Pricing was fair.

This review is way past due, and I'm sorry for the delay. Last year when working in Knox commuting from Noog, I started having engine stalls one morning on my '00 Benz CLK 430 Cabriolet. MB of Knox, right across from my office, wouldn't give me the time of day to run codes, etc, even though I was the first car at the bay. Wouldn't take a go-kart there now!Beaman Imports was recommended to me, so I called. Dropped off my baby, they drove me back to my office, and I had a diagnosis in about an hour or so. Although it couldn't be fixed same day, it was the next morning, and at a price slightly cheaper than my regular mechanic in Nooga/Dalton.Love these guys! And love their faith that was evident in their music, their service, and their honesty!Service: Engine repair

Best place in town for European cars. Service is always high quality and prices are fair when compared to online research for parts. I've used them a few times now, always had great experiences. Don't take your European car to a regular shop around town, trust these guys to do the work correctly and for the right price.

I took my Mercedes to Beaman Imports; where they have an excellent and very knowledgeable Mercedes specialist. My issue was diagnosed within 2 hours. Another "alleged" Euro specialty garage had it for 10 days and called and said, "I am sorry but we do not know what is wrong with your car". The good part was he only charged a small 59.95 fee. My main communication within Beaman Imports was with Joel. He kept me informed daily. His explanations of the mechanisms of my car were thorough, easy to understand, and very Mercedes savvy. The price was VERY reasonable. The entire team were honest, efficient, hospitable, and considerable when working within my budget. Not only will I utilize their expertise in the future; I suggest if you have a European automobile, Beaman is the place to go.

The guys at Beaman have taken care of my old Honda for several years now. I'm very happy with both the quality of the work and the customer service. Not the cheapest shop in town but I know the job is always done right, and am comfortable referring folks.

If you don't want to get taken advantage of, Beaman Imports is the place to go for quality work at a fair price. They do excellent work in a timely manner. I also like the fact that they explain things to me in layman's terms.

I was desperate to find a repair shop for my daughter's car in her college town when I found Beaman's via a Google search. The reviews were very positive and they are accurate. I worked with Joel, and he could not have been nicer, more professional or more competent. He was quick to provide an estimate and repair the car without any surprises. Thank you Beaman's!

Diagnostics from beaman imports cost me 120$ at any auto part store that would of been free. Quoted for replacing 2 parts witch after looking them up came out to about 160$ they wanted 800+$ to fix. Then they wanted to throw in a smoke test to make sure of no vac leaks to equal about 1600$ after a quick google search vac test average cost is 88$-111$ .

The only word that I can use to describe my initial experience with Beaman Imports is "Wow!" I took my Mercedes SL in for some diagnostic work and an oil change. Due to the technician's continued investigation and persistence, what was initially thought to be a $1,000 repair became a $70 repair. It's a true blessing to locate people who are thorough, honest, fair, and customer service-oriented. Thank you for a great visit!

My daughter was on her way back to Louisville from a camping trip in the Smokies on a Sunday afternoon when her check engine light started flashing. She pulled over and searched for a VW repair shop nearby and came across Beeman Imports. She had the car towed to your shop (she said the tow truck driver was great, but I didn't get his name or company) and left a message. You folks got her car in and diagnosed right away Monday morning. And had her and her friend on the road by that afternoon. I live in Northern Michigan and couldn't do a damn thing, I truly appreciate what you folks did to get her taken care of and on the road. If I lived near your shop you'd have a life long customer. Thank you so much.

Let me start out by saying, when your car completely craps out, It's a scary deal. I've had some bad luck lately but finding out about Beaman Imports was one of the best things to happen to me in a while.My Mercedes transmission quit working on me and I had the car towed there after work hours. By the next morning Joel had gotten in touch with me and already had the issue figured out. As soon as I told him to pull the trigger on the repair it was finished. The team at Beamans kept me informed the entire time, was super nice and knowledgeable and all of this was a fraction of the cost of other places. I couldn't believe it. I also loved the SpaceX flag inside the shop, Go SpaceX! and Go Beaman!

Joel and his staff saved the day as I had a car issue while traveling through Knoxville for business! As a women traveling alone, they provided the upmost customer service in a friendly environment. Highly recommend them!
