We've been here quite a few times and the staff has always been courteous and nice. We had to buy a new battery today (because why not, right before Christmas?). Michael, the store manager, tested our old battery (it failed) and got a new one installed for us in about 30 minutes. He's always been cool to us when we've shopped there. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Look: if you have to buy car parts, you might as well go somewhere nice. This AutoZone is that place.

Had what I needed. Seen store manager picking up litter some pigs threw on ground with multiple trash cans provided. Pride in store and great service.

Wow! The service here is incredible. The store manager Brian took care of all my needs. He was very informed, when we ran into tech issues beyond his control he went well and beyond the extra mile to make this as painless and easy as possible on a core return. I have been to many parts stores in multiple states, north and south, and I have never seen the quality of service you will receive here. Absolutely fantastic. I will be back here for ALL of my auto parts needs.

Always taken care of well at AutoZone. This particular location has been very helpful and knowledgeable with my inquiries. There is another parts store in same basic location that is always packed with cars. This AutoZone location usually not too busy. Good for me. No lines and good service seem like a great reason to continue giving my business to this location.

Stopped by here to buy break pads for my truck. Went in and noticed women were working there. Not to be sexist or anything but I was impressed with them and what they knew about vehicles. Now I know women can be great mechanics because my mom has showed me things about cars before, but it was very nice to have such knowledgeable sales people. Great place and they do an awesome job.

Called the store to ask them if it mattered if my old battery had a vent on it and my new battery didn't. The wonderful guy I talked to said that didn't matter. I really appreciated his help because Walmart Auto Center was useless and wouldn't even install the battery that my daughter bought from them.

Just want to say thank you so very much to the 3 employees who were there on June 25th around 7pm. My husband, 2 daughters and myself couldn t have asked for better service. We were traveling to GA from WI for my daughters gymnastics meet and we had car issues to the point that are car over heated and needed parts to be replaced. Not only were the workers knowledgeable but they were very nice. When people say you will get southern hospitality in the south it is so true! Thank you again so very much to these employees for everything! You all made a not so good situation feel and turn out to be a not so bad situation. Thank you!

I always seem to get good service in this store. The staff is knowledgeable on the products and will help you find what your looking for. The last few times I've been in the store I've had different employees help me, one better then the other, the last time I was in the store it just felt like me asking where something was was to much of me to ask, and I walked the whole store looking before I asked. That could have been just me but seemed inconvenient for the employee standing there. Other then that good place to get what you need

The staff was very helpful and polite. They got me everything I needed and even went above and beyond to help me find a tool to change the battery in my key.

Yeah you guys are friendly there I'll give you that but I bought a belt for my lawn mower and it broke immediately understanding that you guys might have inventory that's older I wasn't angry though I was irritated the fact that I have to do the job again but that's no one's fault it's not like these things have an expiration date I get back home after getting the belt exchanged and you gave me the wrong size belt your parts store you have one job it's not a great job it's a minimum wage job but maybe they should look at increasing your pay so that you will get the right parts for people out of anything you would think that lawn mower belts would be literally the easiest job that you could have you don't even have to measure it just hold the belt up to the light and make sure it's the same size as the old one now I get to do the same job a third time after getting halfway done and trying to put the belt on you're right if you're thinking I should have checked up and don't worry if I ever happen to go in that store because every other Auto Parts has gone out of business I will double triple maybe even quadruple check before I walk out.#lilupset

Had a really bad experience today, I've never been taken back by the way someone talked to me until today. I called the store to put some parts on hold to be picked up later. When I talked with the salesperson, I already had the part number #576, which I told him I needed he said "First of all it's xxx576. What part did you need, 596?" I said no I think it's 576. He said "Oh! You don't know?" That was the end of that call. I know it wasn't a lot of money, but I was going to spend it there. There is no reason to be talked to with such a belittling and smart aleck attitude.

Incredibly helpful. Went out and helped me test the battery. They didn't have the part I needed, but they found it at another AutoZone close by, and I was able to pick it up. Thanks Marty H for your help.

Alright I'm gonna be honest . I had a bad experience . I was changing an ac hose on a 03 VW Passat 2.8 liter. I used the rent a tool program because the vaccum line you have to run is around 200 dollars and I really couldnt see having to do it a second time so why keep the pump ? Anyways I also needed gauges so i also opted for the loaner tool program but the girl gave me a compression gauge Wich I didn't notice it being so until I was home about to run the line . Now I'm not an expert but thats pretty standard stuff if your doing ANYTHING to ac then pressure gauges is what you need not compression I just feel that these guys and gals could be a bit more knowledgeable. Especially when it comes to the tools they're loaning .

11/20/2019 940 am , Went to this store to buy trim removal tools for an project that will require some , Found the tools make of plastic and asked if there was any warranty on the plastic tools and the clerk check via the cash register and advised there was NO warranty . So for $20 .00 if it breaks your screwed. Now thats reason #687 I buy 100% of my tools elsewhere This is the first time I have tried to buy a tool from AZ and the last .

I brought in a fuss and the girl gave me one that was the same color and said it would work. I put it in and it did not fix the problem. I took my car to a mechanic and spent $60 on the ac to be checked only to find out that the fuse was not the right one.
