I was traveling on I 75 north coming back home to Halls during a heavy down pour when my passenger side windshield wiper blew off. I stopped at Auto Zone in Fountain City and asked if they installed wiper blades. I tried buying the cheapest ones and Gary tried to install them but they would not fit my car. When we returned them, Brian pulled out a better set that would fit and Brian and Gary installed them for me while it was still raining hard. Neither of them would accept a tip for their service. As long as I'm in this area and need any parts, Auto Zone in Fountain City is the only store I'll use.Bob E.

Angel was truly my angel. Very very helpful and kind even though I showed up with a bad battery at the end of his night. He was helpful and thorough and was sure to make sure I made it home safe and had a plan for my car going forward!

I will always shop at AutoZone. On this trip I needed windshield wipers. The gentlemen are always willing to put the wipers on for me or just whatever I may need. It's always fast and courteous service.

Under staffed for counter people to help in person sales. Waited approximately 20 minutes to be checked out because I was paying cash. The sales person finally came to the register and proceeded to check out another customer with no acknowledging I was there. They do have plenty people pulling online orders that can't be bothered with in person sales apparently

Started going to O'Reilly's because of this place but . I put the product back and walked out the door and got back in traffic and went down to O'Reilly's. I absolutely abhor this place stopped in spur-of-the-moment because of traffic and I see and remember why. Absolute worst customer service. I stood in line product and money in hand for 15 minutes and was never even acknowledged. I put the product back and went elsewhere.

Don't stand by there sale lame excues, or poor recommendation for a roadside service do not recommend you use their recommended roadside people the man seems okay but the woman couldn't take the car apart nor could she put it back together.. she acted like someone in withdrawals

My favorite AutoZone to go to in Knoxville. They always have everything I need or will he able to go get it, or get it delivered to the store the same day. Every employee there is extremely knowledgeable in helping you get the correct parts and/or tools for the job. Or they will definitely point you in the right direction. I always have a great experience at this AutoZone, 10/10,could not ask for a better location directly off of Broadway.

I had a wonderful visit at the hub store this evening. The young woman, Loretta, was the employee that took good care of me. It wasn't very busy so we were able to talk about ourselves briefly and for my nice customer employee relationship. She is very friendly and has a peaceful demeanor and a nice smile, something that's good to have when interacting with customers. I'm confident if someone got frustrated she would try to defuse the problem and keep a positive attitude and a big smile. I came to see about the installation instructions for a part that I had previously purchased but had lost the instructions. She was able to findanother one of the parts in their stock and I took pictures of the installation instructions with my camera. Now that's great customer service. We talked a little bit more about some losses we experienced recently and it was nice to have such a positive interaction. If you go into the store and Loretta is working tell her you appreciate her as I did. Nice job hub store!

Ryan is an amazing manager! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions and come issues with an ignition, and he not only provided me assistance with hardware but also troubleshooting.

If you value your health, and customer service, definitely go here. Masks on all customers and employees. And they always treat you well, asking if you need assistance. Friendly, quick check out. Gladly took the oil i had for recycling.

Went to this location 2 times last week. They took care of me 2 times it was not inexpensive but they checked 2 vehicles and installed a new battery in each. With the weather of today I am very thankful of Mark and one of the young assistant managers for making sure that these vehicles will start in the frigid temps.They are friendly and have many parts to keep your vehicle running strong.

I am really impressed with this location! All of the employees I interacted with were top-notch. I ultimately ended up at this Autozone because of a problem I experienced at another location. Everyone I dealt with here was knowledgeable, honest, and sincere. They could have easily sent me on my way since my issue had nothing to do with their store, but instead they willingly cleaned up the mistake of the other location without me even having to ask. I especially want to thank Trevor and Cory...they should be rewarded for their integrity!

Friend and I went to get new headlight bulbs. MIKEL went far and beyond to install those little puppies in. He spent sometime working on it. Not because he was incompetent but BECAUSE my 08 Dodge Caliber has the bulbs in an impossible spot to deal with changing them. AKA " Knuckle busters". He put so much into it and refused a tip. Gotta love those beautiful souls.

Great customer service without flashiness, good stock and willingness to work with their stock for customer needs, and okay/outdated digs.Just folks doing their jobs at a reasonable pace with reasonable expectations. Worked with us on a special where they'd sold out of one half and with a lifetime warranty we tried to exchange but didn't have the exact part, which was nice even if it took a little longer.Only downsides would be that the shopping plaza it's in needs some updating just so it's more appealing from the consumer standpoint and there was a mechanical hum inside that became annoying after being in the store for the ten-fifteen minutes it took for everything.

Ordered a part had conf number got there and they couldn t find it. I drove to this store because they said they had the part, then after waiting for them pretend to look for the part they said they couldn t find it. Had me go all the way there for a part they didn t even have ? There is a reason Auto Zone can t compete with the other brands and this store is part of the reason.

Inconsiderate(perfect definition of them) They don't deserve 1 star. So My husband and I was shopping at Kroger down the street. When we came out, the car battery was dead. Where and how I was parked, it was impossible to get a car to jump me off. I called at 12:50 and they said I could borrow the jump box but it was dead, give an hour to charge. He said I could leave a deposit or Id with them to use and then bring back. At 2:40 I called back and was informed I couldn't use it after all. So in the 2 hours of waiting on them I could have figured something out. Inform your employees of your rules and regulations of working there! Thank you for leaving us stuck in the rain and wasted time. Hope your day is going well.

I recently stopped by this AutoZone store and an employee named JENNA BLAKE helped me.She came out and filled my windshield washer fluid with the product which I purchased there. Very polite and helpful.Other employees at this store have done the same thing for me in recent years.Always very polite and helpful at this Autozone store at 4910 N Broadway in Knoxville, TN 37918.Paul Salazar is the manager there currently.Thank you!!!!!

Went here for the first time today after being given a ludicrous "diagnosis" and repair price by a car repair shop. After their free diagnostic showed I had no problems with the engine, "Irish" took the time to help me understand why the earlier diagnosis and estimate was bogus and steered me to a place where I got an honest diagnosis and repair for a much more reasonable charge. The fire alarm went off when I came to purchase a few items for my car. (There was no fire) The team handled the situation excellent. Good service had what I needed.
