Mike was super nice. He trouble shot and changed my battery at no charge. They have helped us before, always a positive experience at this location. AutoZone is the best!

Gary was awesome. Took the time to test my battery with a full store and managed to replace it as he was going back and forth with the other salesman working on things outside and managing the customers in the store. I really appreciate you all being open today and so courteous. Thank you!

I came here earlier today because I needed new windshield wipers, and Matt was super on top of it. He looked up my car make and model to find what I needed, recommended the wiper brand he uses, and picked out the correct sizes for me. He also helped me get signed up with the Perks Rewards, so I already have a $5 coupon in my email. Then Matt went another extra step and showed me how to put it on (it might be easy for some people, but car stusf has always been hard for me), and made sure that the one I put on was correct. This was the easiest and kindest experience I've had at an auto store. Thanks, Matt!

I went into the store today in regard to a battery issue. Long story short, Jeff Welch was able to figure out the root cause and got my car up and running without issues. If you come here I strongly recommend him.

Alternator went out on our car as we were travelling down the interstate we were able to limp our car into AutoZone on Kingston Pike. Knoxville. The service was top notch, extremely friendly and helpful. Thomas went above and beyond to see that we had all that we needed to repair our car. Thank you!!!

Omg!!! I am soooo grateful for Rocky!!! He was the ram in the bush, gave me great advice and a great fix as we were experiencing car trouble and was driving to Georgia from Cincinnati!! It worked, I been thanking the Lord for placing Rocky at Autozone when I needed help!! We (daughter, granddaughter and Ralph (dog))made it to our destination!!! Thank you Rocky!!! Thank you Rocky!!! Thank you Lord!! (crying tears of joy yet again!!!)

I'm sure it's a fine place to buy parts. I went in to get a loaner set of sockets and the employee insisted he had never heard of that being a "a thing" and I could buy a socket set. When I said AutoZone on Halls loaned tools he told me to "go to halls, then". Very rude. Made me feel dumb about something that is pretty normal and expected. Went over to Advance and borrowed the same tool. Don't go to AutoZone.

Auto part store that doesn t have portable air tanks? You know like in a bind so get a ride to the closest auto store to fix tire but nope. Maybe update your purchasing department that yes rival part stores do stock them.

Thomas was very helpful and found everything on the list my husband sent me in with even though it took time. I actually went to Advanced Auto first the the guy there took one look at me and my list and basically told me to go away. Said I'd be better off going to Lowe's and moved on to the next customer. I saw Auto Zone right across the street and decided to see if they'd like my business instead, glad I did!

Whoever said these guys don t give good service has lost their minds. Nate was my associate tonight and he was personable and responsible for taking care of me. After a few moments, he brought in his manager, Tom, for an assist and together these guys are the reason I am a long time Auto Zone customer. Great service. Daniel replaced a battery for me that had so much corrosion it took him at least an additional 20 minutes and he kept a great attitude. Even refused a tip. He just asked that I visit their store again next time.

Went in looking for a good car washing liquid and detailing materials. Brian immediately showed me the section I was looking for, but went above and beyond with his outstanding customer service. He patiently helped me find the right products and brands that would suit my car the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and honest. I learned much more about detailing and what products I needed from Brian, and he made my visit amazing. He clearly spoke from years of experience in working with vehicles and I could trust everything he said. Brian is a superstar employee and I will keep coming back for his valuable advice!

Unfortunately I can t remember the mans name who helped me but he was great! I came in because my tail light was out and he greeted me upon arrival and offered to look at my car to make sure it was the correct side, found the bulb I needed, and then put my bulb in without me having to ask (which was awesome because I wouldn t have known how to personally). Great help

Quick, thorough battery fix!I spoke on the phone with Justin who gave me two in stock battery options for my car. When I arrived the team quickly pulled up my history and discovered my battery was still under warranty! Thomas replaced my battery and also checked the alternator and starter. I was on my way in about 15 or 20 minutes.

We prepaid for a part, but when we came to get it, an old man waited on several other customers who came in after we did before waiting on us. After a dispute, the manager did make things better. He gave us a free oil change. See? Good customer service is worth something.

I usually shop at Auto Zone on the corner of Kingston Pike and Canton Hollow Road. Went in today to get windshield wiper blades. I asked the man if he could pull up what wipers I got last time and he said no. He pulled up a list on the computer and asked me what I wanted. It was not a good helpful experience. I left went next door to Advanced Auto. They pulled up my information from before, the man helped me to decide which wiper blades I needed. A man came out in the pouring rain and installed the wipers for me.

Got 3 different grades of window tint. 35 for front, 20 for back and 2 for rear windshield. Applied the tint to the front windows. Went to take the 20 out of the box and it had already been cut and used. I was pretty upset that I had to go back to the store. No offer of compensation, coupons, or air freshener for the trouble of wasting gas to have to make a trip back out. Why would a used product be placed on the shelf? I didn't make a stink about it but I'm leaving this review to warn people to make sure the products you are going to purchase have not been used and placed back on the shelf. Very disappointed with the customer service here. Sorry for the sour review, but I hope this helps to better your business and how you help to rectify inconveniences to customers.

Poor service ! employees was not eager to help and make sales to customer (me) . I didn't know the the piece I needed for my engine however a brought it in as description. Whats a better way to do it right? None. So the clerk said I dont know what this is. I recommend he see where the part is from , top manifold rubber elbow was all I needed. His response was I cant go outside at the moment. No help from them at all. He fumbles with the keys on CP. Looks at me a says I cant help you. So I thanked him , left, and went next door to advance. Advance gave me great customer service. The guy recognized the part immediately and told me I needed a PC. Valve elbow., went, retrieved it and I bought it. Fast ,friendly service from advance those guys know there parts on vehicles rightfully so. Great job guys ! I went back outside to hope in my car satisfied and what do I see across the street at auto zone. The same employee who said he cant go out, outside helping a customer . It's sad to say but I was racially profiled by the 6PM crew. I'm looking to press law suit. I have it on film.

Why We shop here.on.Amber is awesome, my wife had a engine light come on so we were curious to know what was going on.Amber took the time to pull the codes and list them so when we get paid We can replace the defective ones and move on. Special thanks thanks to Her supervisor Noah for his input on this issue also.

A great store with a very knowledgeable staff. Even during these trying times, they were willing to do whatever needed to help me find a solution. After supplying the instructions and a printed copy of the diagram, I was please with the visit. The store was perfectly clean and in order.
